Ive flown Spirit quite a lot over the last 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I book the first flight out and direct to Orlando from Rochester NY and try to get the last direct flight home. Never a problem.

FRAUD! They do not let the passengers board and force them to buy return tickets from them. They say the tickets are fully refundable but then when you request a refund, they only give reservation credit! This is an obvious scam. I am surprised that the DOT does not do anything about it.

A friend and I had gotten delayed on our flight to Newark from Orlando for two hours, then two and a half, and finally 3 hours before we thought of trying LGA. The agent was about to start boarding that flight and sent us over to the help service desk. With no line and incredible ease we were able to switch our flights right away and board directly after. Joel and I would love to thank the agents Camilo and Annette for their insane expertise, wonderful help, and spectacular attitudes. We will Continue to fly with them, not for the planes and comfort, but the price and the service. Thanks Spirit

Our flight to PR was late about an hour, but both flights were amazing. A bit of turbulence, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was pretty good. Air flight price was the cheapest I found, but they charge for everything; your seat, your luggage, etc.

A quick roundtrip from Tampa to New Orleans and back. Spirit lifted us Up Up and Away! A perfect trip. No issues. No delays. Silky smooth rides. Excellent Customer Service in the terminal and onboard. Thanks for the lift!

Offer a cup of water for free! How pathetic - $200.00 for a one way ticket and was told I was one row behind the rows that get a free drink/snack, wouldn't even give water! Shame on you Spirit! Thanks for the cup of ice, good thing I wasn't choking! Thankful to the pilot for landing safe!

Traveled to MKE, on Spirit Airlines today 5/30/24 . I was checked in by flight attendant Corrina, who displayed the most professional attitude toward the passengers and myself that I had to write this review. I'm sending her a shoutout for her service. Kudos to Spirit.employees.

I have flown Spirit Airlines countless times and have never had an issue with them. Yes, you have to pay for your bags and honestly, any perceived savings is just that, a perceived savings. My trip this time was to Las Vegas, Nevada. I really had no issues. For my flight to Las Vegas, I was able to get a non-stop flight, but on the way home to Orlando, Florida, I had to deal with a layover in Houston, Texas. It was a bit under two hours, so it was not that huge of a deal. I know Spirit gets some negative comments about, but I never had an issue. Yes, they charge for bags and whatnot, but it is what it is. I have used Spirit for many trips and again, I had no issues on this trip, nor can I recall a time that I had any serious issue. Spirit has been around for awhile now and I believe that they are the fastest growing airline in the country. I would recommend Spirit as an airline.

I had to be at…read morethe airport at 2:30pm due to returning a rental car and being dropped off at the airport, and my flight was boarding at 7:30pm. Several hours at the airport was already expected and accounted for, but then my Alaska Airlines flight was delayed for no reason and continued to be delayed at every hour interval until we finally left the ground at 11pm. We were never told why it was delayed so much. There is absolutely nothing to do at this airport, or at least in the terminal I was in. They could at least add some random small Disney store or fun bar in the area! There weren't any charging stations or work tables to busy oneself. I just spent the time pacing back and forth the outdated large hallway watching some idle planes, and sat around. On the flight, they didn't even give us more than one snack to compensate! The TSA line was oddly long, too. It wrapped around several times, but it may have been because of recent REAL ID confusion. They seemed to be on the watch for something, because they had some dogs walking back and forth as people crossed a section one by one. At least the security is active here? Checking in a few hours before board time got us a window and adjoining seat near the middle of the plane, behind the wings. For certain T-Mobile plans, you get free wifi on the plane. Entertainment is only offered when you connect to your own device - they removed the seat tablets. There are USB and charging outlets on the seats. I usually prefer flying with Alaska Airlines, but this experience was maddening.

This (toll-free) number is open 24 hours for flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, refund requests, modifications, and other travel-related requirements. As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. Unfortunately, this JetBlue Airways experience fell short of expectations. I paid an extra $140 for seats that appeared to offer a better arrangement during the booking process. However, after my wife and I boarded the aircraft, we realized the seating arrangement differed from what had been displayed during booking. Paying additional fees only to encounter an uncomfortable seating situation was disappointing. My assigned seat, 6K, lacked adequate cushioning, making the journey more uncomfortable than expected. I relied on extra pillows and blankets for lower back support throughout much of the flight. On longer trips, seat comfort can make a significant difference in the overall passenger experience. The customer service process proved equally frustrating. I first contacted an agent in New York seeking clarification regarding my flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Florida, where I was informed they could not assist and was given yet another number to call. That representative ultimately redirected me back to the original New York contact. Only after several calls and repeated explanations did an agent finally provide the information I had requested from the start. After boarding, I found the aircraft itself attractive and well-maintained, and most of the flight attendants appeared hardworking and professional despite managing a busy cabin. However, the overall environment deteriorated as the flight progressed. A number of passengers were noisy and inconsiderate, and the lavatories became increasingly untidy within a few hours, with wet floors and sinks requiring attention. Although the cabin crew deserved recognition for their efforts and professionalism, the inconsistent customer service, uncomfortable seating experience, and declining cleanliness ultimately overshadowed the positives. Based on this experience, I would strongly compare alternatives before booking JetBlue Airways for a similar trip in

The process to rent a car after arrival took approximately 20 minutes though. I arrived at midnight. If you have your Magic Band ready when you get off the plane, it's incredibly easy, and you just walk up and scan your Magic Band and they tell you what line to stand in. Line 10 is AKL for both villages and Coronado. A personal gripe of mine; I don't think Deluxe resorts should have to share busses. Before this trip, we'd always stayed at Polynesian and Grand Floridian. They are both Deluxe resorts, and they share with Contemporary, and all of those resorts are right next to each other, so it didn't really bother me. But this time we were at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we stopped at Art of Animation and Pop Century before getting to AKL. I just think the Deluxe resorts are so much more expensive that they could get their own busses. In any case, I landed at the airport at 3:45, was on a bus by 4:15, and on resort at 5:07. I don't think it's worth the cost of an Uber to get there like a half hour faster, but that's up to you. One thing that's great about Disney is that you don't need to worry about transportation at all once you get there, and I really appreciate that. And if you check bags, you don't even need to get those, and they'll deliver them right to your room. I had a very early flight home though, and they picked me up excessively early. I got picked up at 5:30am for an 8:30am flight. I didn't have luggage, but if I did I could have checked it at the resort, so no one needs to be at the airport that early. I sat around for a good 2 hours before my flight. That might have been worth taking an Uber just so I could sleep another hour. It's still a great service though, and I plan to use it again next time. There's really no reason to spend extra on transportation when this is included with your stay.

Navigating their website and app was a bit confusing so the day we flew out, we had to update his KTN with the check-in agent. If you're a government employee, this can be a hassle and set back if you do have precheck. The check-in agent has to manually enter the KTN for you. This was a minor setback that we had for my hubby. But no big deal.. we got to the airport 3 hours prior and got everything squared away in time. Overall, Southwest has been super reliable for me. Sure, there are occasional delays, but they've mostly been weather-related. Plus, the flight wasn't full, which made for a really comfortable ride. One thing I actually like is their boarding process. It's almost like a virtual queue--check in early, get a better boarding position, and you've got a solid shot at a good seat. Wait too long, and you're probably heading toward the back. Flying solo, it doesn't matter much to me, but with family, that early check-in strategy definitely comes into play.
