I had a great flight flying into Orlando. From the gate agent to the crew onboard, everything went smoothly and made for a pleasant travel experience. One of the highlights was that the flight was not completely full, so I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself, which made the journey even more comfortable. I don't believe I had ever arrived at JetBlue's Terminal C before, and it was a pleasant surprise. Terminal C truly impressed me with its modern design. The terminal is clean, spacious, bright, and welcoming. The open layout creates a relaxed atmosphere and makes navigating the airport easy. Overall, it was an enjoyable flight experience from departure to arrival, and Terminal C was a great introduction to Orlando.

Typically we have been flying with frontier and spirit because of fare prices.. but we were heading to PR and found a pretty good deal round trip on jet blue. We arrived SUPER early to the airport, got on the plane just fine and then the DELAY... 50 min waiting on the plane it was because the computer went out(pretty important). It wasn't pleasant but we got to our destination. On the way home.... ANOTHER delay!!! This time because of storm clouds... the pilot said it's better to wait than fly through them. We waited on the plane again. The staff was friendly, the bathrooms clean, the snacks good the seats ok. I'm always looking for the best deals. But over the past two yrs on other airlines mentioned above, NO delays! On our way home we had to check our bag at the gate because it was a full plane well they LOST our bag! We waited at the carousel, asked the info desk he sent us to the jet blue counter where the man said oh yes three more bags are coming out. So we walked all the way back to the carousel and waited... nothing... my husband went back and talked to the guy who looked it up and insisted it was on the way out. Now 45 min after.. finally they admitted to it being misplaced. They eventually found it. JetBlue is located in thermal C at MCO it's new and beautiful but there isn't a Dunkin.

Terminal C that opened up in 2022 is absolutely amazing. Eternal itself is easy to navigate and has such a clean environment . Many restrooms, many stores, even though the prices are what you would expect at an airport. They also have a local presence which is nice, two breweries counter service to grab a beer at. A large variety of food options , my favorite is the Sunshine Diner. There is a part service to help with customers that need a little bit of extra assistance to get to their gate. the "JustAsk" Desk had a representative available. PSA - unlike most airports your departure level is at the bottom level not top level.

MCO-SYR. Excellent leg room. Seats were comfortable and the best landing I've ever experienced. Only downside is that the plane was like 30 years old and the in-flight entertainment was not from 2025 so we weren't able to watch movies. But I love the airline. They gave me a full soda can and I didn't ask for one! Nice people

I just completed my first flight with Jet Blue, my normal carriers have recently failed miserably so I decided to try another airline and I will say finding this direct flight out of MCO to BDL and back was smooth sailing. The entire experience from signing up for their TrueBlue rewards program to booking this flight online was a painless and efficient experience. With the recent reliability issues across the entire airline industry I try and book direct flights whenever possible especially since 2022 has been a year of delays and cancellations - it's not a guarantee of trouble free flying but the risk is greatly reduced so I take the best odds I can get even if I have to pay up a little. The A320 Aircraft is a beautiful piece of engineering, Jet Blue's configuration allows you the option of picking a wider much roomier seat with lots of leg room there is a modest up charge for these premium seats but there nothing like it in the industry that I know of excluding first class of course. The boarding process out of Orlando was well organized and smooth thanks to some very friendly and professional gate agents and the Jet Blue crew onboard provided that same level of service and professionalism. I know this is just a snap shot but I'll definitely look at them for future flight when the destination align...

    the funeral I missed

Had a flight 5/8/25. It was for my grandmothers funeral, they delayed the flight over ten times because of weather when nothing was even showing on the radars. My flight was at 5:30pm and took off at 1:30am and I didn't get to go on said flight because my mother had work and I wouldn't have anyone to pick me up in CT from the airport. I ended up missing her funeral. That is something no refund will ever be able to fix.

Another delay. Sunny. No bad weather. Plane is at gate

Will these airlines ever get it right? I suggest the FAA make them start eliminating flights so they aren't operating with skeleton crews!! They have crammed too many flights together. It would be interesting to compare on time departures to fifty years ago. It is a rare occurrence to have a flight leave on time anymore. When planes land, it takes 10-15 minutes for the jetway to be attached. In Orlando it's minimum 40 minutes to get your bag. If you add all these times together- two hours at airport for pre departure, three hour flight time, 10 minutes to attach jetway, 40 minutes for bag- you now have six hours invested. If we had high speed trains like Japan, China and Europe the trip would be the same time!! My last flight on jet blue leaving Orlando was five hours delayed We shall see what out outcome is today!! There is no trick to picking flights. Early or later in the day does not matter. They all SUCK!!'

If you have your Magic Band ready when you get off the plane, it's incredibly easy, and you just walk up and scan your Magic Band and they tell you what line to stand in. Line 10 is AKL for both villages and Coronado. A personal gripe of mine; I don't think Deluxe resorts should have to share busses. Before this trip, we'd always stayed at Polynesian and Grand Floridian. They are both Deluxe resorts, and they share with Contemporary, and all of those resorts are right next to each other, so it didn't really bother me. But this time we were at Animal Kingdom Lodge, and we stopped at Art of Animation and Pop Century before getting to AKL. I just think the Deluxe resorts are so much more expensive that they could get their own busses. In any case, I landed at the airport at 3:45, was on a bus by 4:15, and on resort at 5:07. I don't think it's worth the cost of an Uber to get there like a half hour faster, but that's up to you. One thing that's great about Disney is that you don't need to worry about transportation at all once you get there, and I really appreciate that. And if you check bags, you don't even need to get those, and they'll deliver them right to your room. I had a very early flight home though, and they picked me up excessively early. I got picked up at 5:30am for an 8:30am flight. I didn't have luggage, but if I did I could have checked it at the resort, so no one needs to be at the airport that early. I sat around for a good 2 hours before my flight. That might have been worth taking an Uber just so I could sleep another hour. Compared with several competing carriers, Alaska Airlines offered the most practical itinerary and convenient departure times for my trip. The booking process was smooth and easy to navigate. Fare options, baggage allowances, seat selections, and upgrade opportunities were clearly displayed, making it simple to customize my trip according to my travel preferences. **Priority Airport Experience & Efficient Flow** My airport experience started positively. Check-in counters were well organized, and airline staff members were courteous and efficient. Security screening moved smoothly, and boarding commenced close to the scheduled departure time. Although the gate area became crowded shortly before departure, the overall boarding process remained relatively organized and stress-free. Call +1 866 346 5014 or +1 866 346 5014 today for fast assistance with your Virgin Atlantic travel needs. Virgin Atlantic customer support can help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, seat upgrades, check-in assistance, and other travel-related services. **Comfortable Cabin & Calm Environment** Once onboard, the aircraft appeared clean and well-maintained. Most flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the overall experience. However, seat comfort did not entirely meet my expectations. I paid approximately $140 extra for seats that appeared to offer a more comfortable arrangement during booking, only to discover that the actual seating configuration onboard differed slightly from what had been displayed online. My assigned seat, K6, offered limited cushioning, forcing me to use additional pillows and blankets for lower back support during the flight. While manageable on shorter routes, improved seat padding would certainly enhance comfort on longer journeys. **Reliable Journey & Smooth Arrival** The flight departed with only a minor delay and arrived close to schedule. Inflight snack and beverage services were delivered efficiently, and baggage delivery after arrival moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, customer service before departure proved frustrating. I initially contacted a representative in Seattle regarding flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Portland, where I was informed they could not assist and provided another contact number. After several transfers and repeated explanations, I was eventually redirected back to the original department before finally receiving the information I needed. The aircraft itself looked attractive, and the majority of cabin crew members worked hard throughout the journey. However, cabin cleanliness declined slightly as the flight progressed. A few passengers were loud and inconsiderate, while some lavatories required additional attention after several hours in the air. Although Virgin Atlantic provided excellent customer-focused service, convenient route options, and professional cabin crews, the inconsistent customer support, disappointing seat comfort, and minor cleanliness concerns overshadowed some of the positives. Would I fly Virgin Atlantic again? Yes, particularly for travel along the West Coast and across North America. However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with Delta Air Lines, ITA Airways, Allegiant Air, Emirates, ITA Airways, Sun Country Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and American Airlines to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience.

Check-in counters were well organized, and airline staff members were courteous and efficient. Security screening moved smoothly, and boarding commenced close to the scheduled departure time. Although the gate area became crowded shortly before departure, the overall boarding process remained relatively organized and stress-free. However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with Delta Air Lines, ITA Airways, Virgin Atlantic and American Airlines to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience.

Overall, Southwest has been super reliable for me. Sure, there are occasional delays, but they've mostly been weather-related. On a recent MCO to PIT flight, we had about an hour delay due to weather, but they made up time in the air and it only ended up being about a 30-minute delay. Plus, the flight wasn't full, which made for a really comfortable ride. One thing I actually like is their boarding process. It's almost like a virtual queue--check in early, get a better boarding position, and you've got a solid shot at a good seat. Wait too long, and you're probably heading toward the back. Flying solo, it doesn't matter much to me, but with family, that early check-in strategy definitely comes into play. Their rewards program is solid, the staff is consistently friendly and communicative, and they just get you where you need to go without the headaches. Not much to complain about here--Southwest has earned its spot as my preferred airline in the sky. Wheels up!

Pay attention to signage that lists the cities managed by the counter. We easily printed off boarding passes and luggage tags. The line took time to check in our bags so beware and allow buffer time. Employees were friendly and made sure we had what was needed for a smooth check in with security. The gates had plenty of seating and when our flight was ready, the agents called the boarding groups quickly. We also took advantage of checking in our carry ons for free.
