    My party on the cruise.

Outstanding!!! The ship was clean. Most of the staff was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and professional. The food was delicious Everything was on time. My party and I really enjoyed ourselves and I'm very glad we contracted Spirit Cruises. Now, one (tall 6'3"-6'4", white male crew member wearing a blue collared shirt with stripes on his shoulders). While our cruises was in progress and my party was sitting in the dining room eating. This guy grabs himself a plate and prepared a full plate food. He slowly opened an looked through each serving container scooping out his fill of food. My party and I watched, and I waited for him to ask or at least thank us for his lunch. He never did. Question: was feeding your staff part of the contract?

Stern view showing the upper deck and enclosed lower deck. Very nice boat.

We went out on their boat for a Sea Scattering ceremony. Chaplain Rene led our ceremony and Captain Nick was at the helm. It was a beautiful service on their boat. The boat itself is very nice. It has a large interior with tables and big windows. The bow has seating and the upper deck is open, also with seating. It's a nice vessel. I definitely would recommend using them. Thank you, Spirit, for a helping us make our memorial so beautiful. It was a perfect, calm and peaceful setting.

For the occasion, I'm really happy that my family and I had the opportunity to experience this harbor one hour Sunset Cruise. It allowed for all of us to gather together have great conversation and taken some beautiful views. This was a fun little cruise as the second level had music playing, and the first level you had the option to purchase your spirits drinks. From the box office for tickets to the crew on the vote everyone was fairly pleasant and patient. there were seven of us and an infant that needed to board right at seven and they gladly waited for us. From what I can recall, you're able to buy your tickets starting at 45 minutes before the next cruise takes place not any earlier. You can also visit their website to purchase tickets in advance as well. a stroller they ask that you leave it at the dock just to accommodate for space on the boat overall but still just being courteous leaving oversize items behind if possible. Anytime of the day that you do there cruises will be enjoyable, but I think that the sunset cruise would be the most beautiful. And you have the opportunity to see the city lit up at night.

We took the one hour cruise that leaves from Shoreline Village and had no complaints. The only issue was that you really couldn't hear what the captain was saying. Luckily, it was mostly shipping containers to see and not much else. It was relaxing on the top deck and Worth the $19 price.

It was a good way to waste an hour. I didn't know that Long Beach had such a big shipping area. Enjoyed seeing the Queen Mary from a different angle. The captain tried to give some facts but the speakers were poor and it was hard to hear.

My friends and I came on a Harbor Sunset cruise after a long day at the Aquarium. It was only $17.00 and lasts about 45-50 minutes. That's a pretty good deal. So we got our tickets and waited in line. Part of the reason that we decided to go on the tour was the beautiful boat that was docked and being cleaned off. We were under the impression that this was going to be our tour boat. About 10 minutes later this ugly looking tug boat pulled up behind the beautiful boat and I knew that we had the old "bait and switch". Now, they didn't tell us that which boat we were going to be taking but it seemed like we would be taking the nicer one. That's why I can only give 4 stars instead of 5. However, the tour was great. We were able to catch the sunset and it was so beautiful. We toured the harbor and got some interesting facts about the landmarks along the way. We were on the top deck to get the best views and when it got too cold we went down below. Unfortunately, the windows were so old/foggy/not transparent that you could not see anything from downstairs. The tour was almost over so that was OK anyways but still...you should have a view from wherever you sit. I would hold out for the nicer boat in the future. They must use that for a dining cruise. But if you just want to zip around the harbor and get some great pictures for a cheap price, this fits the bill.

I booked the whole boat out for my college graduation party. The crew is friendly, safe, and a clean boat with a an exceptional fun time for any group looking to celebrate any occasion. I did the fiesta cruise and the food, and margaritas were delicious. If you're looking for a good time. This is it.

Nice little tour of the harbor. The weather was pleasant, the skies were blue. It was a perfect day for a boat ride The trip is about an hour. Enjoy all the views of the harbor. You can sit inside the climate controlled area or go hang on the front end of the ship. On this trip, the boat was pretty empty so we walked around and checked out each of the spots. The deck is nice, but the front of the boat was my favorite. Wherever you are, the captain gives you a nice little rundown of your current location and what you're looking at. If you're interested in imbibing on your cruise, they have a bar with some moderately priced cocktails as well as some specials of the day. I'd definitely be back and and take another trip sometime.

I've been a businessman all my working life (I'm 75). I operated several businesses. I was very impressed with the management and crew of this company. They met my every request and provided an experience that was totally enjoyable and made it easy for me to host my event. I only recommend companies that are as great as this one and the people are as nice as these folks. You'll be pleased with Spirit Cruises! Jack Castiglione

I took my guy on the sunset dinner cruise and we had a blast! It started off as an affordable "something different" date night activity. Both of us have a history of sea sickness so we were testing the waters ;) We both did just fine! The city of LB happened to be hosting an event that changed our boarding location. They not only emailed with changes but they called us! Super awesome customer service. Fast forward to the trip. The boat and food were nothing fancy- well worth the price we paid though. It was a pretty smooth ride, great weather, and a super chill crew. They were quick about dinner service and we had a really amazing time dancing! We would definitely sail with them again! It was an awesome time! Thank you Spirit!

The booking process has serious potential. The receptionist was pretty and friendly - but that was about it. Even though everything was prepaid, I had to present a physical credit card. All I had was my phone. She said they sent me a txt. True, but they send two to confirm after the booking and the morning of the rental, and one an hour before we arrived - we have a two hour drive, mentioning a waiver for the first time, and no mentioning of a credit card. By chance we had one (all of us had plenty on their phones). otherwise we would have not got the boat. Then, kind of brutal, came you can not go here, can't go there. This combined with them adding demands long after taking a non-returnable payment... just feels not good. When we returned, there was no one on the landing dock. We had to see how we got along, got the boat fixes while their staff were chilling in the office. Fair enough, but they should have a camera down there and see if there is any need to assist returning customers. I would not book London Boat Rental again. Watch out which times you book - do not book at hide tide.

Decided to surprise my wife with a relaxing duffy boat ride for our wedding anniversary with some friends. Went straight to Yelp to do my research (thanks Yelp!). Originally, I was going to book with a rental company for Newport Harbor, but then came across a Groupon for PCH Electric Boats. After checking out their website and reading the glowing reviews on Yelp, I immediately booked. I called to book a white duffy boat on the day before Thanksgiving. The person on the phone was friendly, courteous and really easy-going. They asked if I had a Groupon and if I could provide the voucher number. BOOM. done. all set! I received an email with VERY DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS (including photos) of where to park and where the meeting area was. Additionally, a link to the waiver form that every passenger is required to fill out (even your babies) was included in that email. On the day of our booking, we were met by the owner Grant who I'm pretty sure was the same friendly, courteous and easy-going person I talked to on the phone days earlier when I booked. He provided specific instructions on where we're allowed to go and what to avoid. He saw we had several small children in our party and recommended everyone use the restroom nearby before boarding since there is not place to stop out in the harbor. After we came back from our potty break, Grant lead us down to the dock and got all the kiddos fitted for their life vests (all in great condition btw). He assisted us with our bags so we could focus on boarding the kids safely and even took a group photo for us! The boat was clean and easy to drive. The sound system was bumping and all the windows easily lifted up for that nice harbor breeze. It was a beautiful and memorable day. On our return, Grant was at the dock with one of his employees ready to receive us. He guided us in smoothly and as we were gathering our belongings and cleaning up, he helped all the kids out and grabbed our bags. We handed Grant a tip and immediately he passed it over to his employee who was going to do the post-ride cleaning.. what a great boss!!!! Definitely will be booking with PCH Electric Boats again! Thanks Grant!!!!

Whenever we have family or friends visiting from out of state or overseas, it's one of our favorite activities because it's a relaxing way to see the Port of Long Beach, the Queen Mary, and, if you're lucky, the sea lions. We brought another group yesterday, and everyone enjoyed the tour. The only downside, in my opinion, is the boats used for the harbor tour. Yesterday we were on the Kristina, and in the past we've also been on the Caroline, which we chartered for my mother's ash-scattering ceremony about 14 years ago. Both vessels are showing their age. I also think the marketing could be clearer. The photos on the website and many travel sites prominently feature the newer catamarans, which gives the impression that those are the boats used for the harbor tour. I actually called ahead to ask and learned that the harbor tours use different vessels. While I appreciated getting the correct information, many first-time visitors probably wouldn't think to ask and may expect the newer boats shown in the advertising. The harbor tour itself is still worthwhile, and we'll likely continue bringing our guests because we genuinely enjoy the experience. I just hope Harbor Breeze considers updating or refurbishing the harbor tour vessels and making the marketing a little clearer so guests know exactly what to expect.
