The staff was informative about the different types of trees and cuts and for a very small fee they sent a nice guy to carry it to my place and set it up in the stand. The manager was also a good guy. I accidentally handed him more than I should have and he caught me while I was walking away to point out my mistake. The delivery never showed up between the 5 hour window they provided even after I made multiple calls to the owner to check on the status. The driver called me 3 hours later stating he was doing the owner a favor and it's not really his problem. No one has called me to reschedule after 2 weeks. I can't believe Gilt does business with a company like this. This was my first and last transaction with them as well.
