Friday and Saturday night they have your traditional haunt, but on Sundays during the day, it is sensory friendly for kids and scaredy cat adults who at least would like to see what is inside a hunted house without creepy scary jumping out characters. Was told when this booked that the bouncy house would be picked up the next day which was a Sunday , perfect because I don't want that behemoth sitting on my lawn for longer than 24 hours ! So when I didn't hear from them on Sunday I called and they told me it would be first thing Monday....ok ...not really acceptable but I understand. Now they are 2.5 miles away so when I called at 9:00 am Monday and the owner said they are on the way I say great . I did a couple of errands and came home around 10:15 to find their equipment still on my lawn . I called back and talked to the same "rude " so called 40 year in business owner to ask why it wasn't picked up yet and he went off on a tangent about this being the busiest weekend and 200 other customers and no help , and then went on and asked me if I was one of "those guys " who sat around and watched my lawn all day ! WTF ? Who does this guy think he is ? So .....I had to do a face to face with this arrogant so called business owner . Sure enough....just what I thought....jumped up in my face and proceeded to tell me I'ma "Kenny" .....ya know a male "Karen"....not once but at least five times ! He is a lucky man.... I would not recommend doing business with this man unless you get a written contract for drop off and pick up times . Very unprofessional.

I figured seeing I was spending close to 400 dollars for a bouncy house for one day, that I was all set. It wasn't until the night before that I noticed I never got a confirmation email or call like I was told I would. That's what prompted me to get look for an email sent when booking and noticed it was scheduled for June 4th. So I called first thing in the morning to get this solved assuming the person that took my call accidentally entered that date wrong. The lady that answered was rude and took no accountability for anything. She sat there and pointed fingers at everyone else BUT the company's error. Repeating " how did you not catch this sooner" " this is why you should have checked the email." Listen I got that email WHILE on the phone booking, as the man I spoke to repeated multiple Times it was for may 21st and even repeated to say " see you may 21st" at the end of the call. Whether who thinks who is wrong in this situation, as a business I would have personally answered that phone and said " sorry about this confusion, let's see what we can do to fix it" instead of this lady sitting there question the customer (myself) on how WE didn't catch this error sooner. If someone is spending 350+ on my business I would just try and make it right. We have rented from you guys for quite a few years so it was extremely disappointed to be treated like garbage. The fact that then the woman said we would received the bouncy house after the party would have started? and then when they received a call from another family member of mine because I was extremely overwhelmed with how you were handling the situation, you continued to give them a hard time and when they got upset you proceeded to say you guys did not want to deliver to us anymore. We were really struggling because the "online florist" that was supposedly "local" missed delivery of flowers ordered 5 days earlier. USPS could get the gift delivered even though it was sent a week earlier. Joey arranged to have Scott come to our daughter's 25th birthday celebration at a local pub. Scott did an OUTSTANDING job making sure everything was coordinated as we live in Florida and were not onsite. Can't thank Scott and Joey enough for making this happen precisely as needed and without any friction at all!

I was helped by Julia who was absolutely incredible. She was by me every step of the way, listening to what I did and didn't want, and making changes along the way in the dresses she was picking out for me. I am so bummed that I didn't buy my dress with Julia because she deserves all the praise for her kindness, helpfulness and patience. The dresses were absolutely beautiful but I happed to find one that was perfect for me elsewhere. I would still 100% recommend Marry and Tux first to anyone that is shopping for a wedding dress or bridesmaid gowns. Ask for Julia!! :)

I have to say my experience tonight at this location was a text book example of what excellent customer service should be. I was approached by Patty asking if I needed help - I let her know what I was looking for. She had some great suggestions and was a great help. We chatted for a bit and she was friendly and went the extra mile! I'm a bit old school and getting help in a retail establishment these days can be difficult. I hope the management of this store realizes what a gem they have in this employee. Very impressed!
