I've been here twice, both times during their major sales (e.g., the all body care $5 sale), and it's been hoppin' in here. The staff has been great -- attentive and helpful without being overly intrusive. In general I think B&BW is overprice, but when they run their sales it's a great deal. I'm glad this location is doing well, as I'll likely continue coming here instead of dealing with mall traffic.

The most distinctive feature I noticed is that their grocery department is huge and at least 2-3 times larger than in most other Targets. I'm not sure why that is, but the customer base here must support it. Due to traffic from the Costco warehouse as well as their gas station, it's usually a bit of a cluster to leave the area. Nonetheless, it's in a handy location particularly when one might be doing dual Costco and Target runs.

They get very sharky around you if you're there for more than one hour. especially the Spanish chunky chick with long hair. she has a very serious demeanor. never smiles. I noticed after a while past the one hour browsing and shopping looking, she would creep up in the same aisle I was at pretending to stock and check items at the same time spying on me. very creepy. I didn't have a basket so had to hold a few items in my hands and forearm. The other heavy set AA female employee is just as leery and creepy. It's very insulting, uncomfortable and off putting to assume someone is taking things. It is not worth my time to cater to a location with suspicious sharky employees. The other locations never shark me. very disappointed with this location, it's big bright and spacious. but it is not worth being there over 30 minutes. Instead, I went to Gamestop (at the hip) and purchased the helmet for $303.99 plus tax. The box was big, (22"x16"x15") & heavy, had a mix of English & Japanese writing on it. The item is a BN HEAD COLLECTION MS-06F Zake ll. I got home and Googled the Japanese words but couldn't confirm it was a helmet. I was convinced it was the helmet but the kid looked at it and said he wouldn't be able to wear it. Next day, I took it back, explained the situation in that it's not wearable & offerered to exchange it for a wearable one. The manager employee, Augustine, asked for a receipt & id, glanced over the box & claimed the box was opened. I assured him to the contrary but he flatly refused. We went back & forth on the issue for a while with negative result. I resorted to leaving & calling Gamestop corp cs Trish who instructed me to call the store & ask for a district manager's name & contact. I spoke to Augustine who refused. I explained I was instructed by corporate & will need to record this conversation as proof he refused. Augustine then rudely hungup on me. I recontacted corporate, relayed the outcome, asked if they could give me the d.m.'s name but they said they couldn't do it either. C.S. Nancy said she will put in an expidite order but couldn't say who or when or how I'll be recontacted. At this point, I have lost all faith in Gamestop. I compiled with the receipt's policy & feel they will not honor it. I want a full refund for the way I'm being treated.
