(It was the day before Halloween.) Their website says they have parking in the back at the Montrose store. I'm not sure where in the back because I went to the back and there was a parking spot beside the one that I was in and then a UPS truck backed into the only exit, which is truly only large enough for a single vehicle (he was inches from the curb on both sides). So I had to wait while the UPS truck picked up a bunch of packages because the entire way was blocked. Luckily, that only took about two minutes, but I still wouldn't park there because who knows how long it might take the next time. There's parking in the front on the street.

They would tell me it would be done by a certain date, that date would come and go with no progress. This happened repeatedly. Absolutely the very worst customer service. Worst of all, no apologies from the owner, no compensation offered for all those years without my doll.

I asked politely. She did not give me a clear answer and barely said anything before going back behind the register and looking at random items. She seemed to have an attitude the entire time based on her body language. When she returned to the register, I assumed she might be trying to find information about the display item. I ended up standing there for about five minutes waiting for a response, but nothing was said. I was not being rude, and I did not talk back. Before I opened the exit door, I simply said in a calm voice, "I don't know why you're giving me an attitude," because I was frustrated but still calm. She then looked at me and told me to "get out" aggressively and said that I did not need to mumble my words so loudly while other customers were still shopping. She also claimed she was the manager on duty. She called the store manager, or whoever was in charge, and told them I was being rude and obnoxious, which is not true. I hope they review the security cameras and any available audio so it can be clear what actually happened. I understand that working in customer service can be stressful, as I also work in customer service. However, it is not my responsibility to deal with whatever may be going on in someone's personal life or behind the scenes. I was simply there to shop. I shopped here last month, and they have my information on file. I only asked a simple question, but I never received a clear answer. I was repeatedly told, "Oh, I can't help you with that." I was confused because the last time I visited, I was able to purchase a display item of a panda. That was last month, and a different associate, a female employee, helped me. Her tone and behavior suggested she may have been having a bad day, and I understand that.
