I have around a year coming to this carwash. Lately Ive been telling the guy that I need my cup holders to be clean, and he's like yeah yeah. They never do, next time same thing, he yeh yeah, never do, next time over and over the same situation. Sometimes I've payed $140 for a very detailed and never clean the cup holders. This last time I told me just outside because they never clean what I asked and he is like yeah yeah, with such a careless attitude. Of course because its not his business, he doesn't care. Im buying my own cleaning products to clean the inside. Or maybe try a different carwash, where they care about their costumers. read more

If I could put a ZERO I would. They stole my floor mats and tried covering it by saying they were never there to begin with! I have proof that they were and wouldn't show me the security cameras. Had to call the cops and still wouldn't show anything. I filed a police report and expect a call for resolution from them tmr. If not, I'm taking this court. The guy who detailed my car had left right after my detail and they tried giving me other mats that weren't mine!!!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND THE PEOPLE ALONG WITH IT! read more

As customer never leave anything in your car cz they'll never give it back to you and when you ask they'll ask you if you saw anybody took it as you've been standing there all the time they were cleaning your car. "They cut my subwoofer controller and took it" I never recommend this place again just be careful and never ask when you loose something when you realize that you left in there. horrible service i took my 2015 tahoe to get detailed they wet my speaker and blew it out, i noticed 30min after i left & when i went back they said it was just a coincidence that it happened when i took my truck -.- my carpet was also soaked and cause it to look white & got hard and smelled like mildew and he said what do i expect when a 10+ year old truck hasn't got washed stains won't fully remove but i had just got a detail a few weeks before that!!! horrible experience had to pay outta pocket for a new carpet to be installed read more

To be honest all the people who are rating one star what do Yall expect its cheap service so you get what you paid for. they don't clean the car properly just a quick vacuum and they just spray armor-all all over but do be careful with you belongings inside as they can get damaged or stolen i usually record what i have in the vehicle that way anything happens i can file a report, been going here every now and then to get my cars clean dont really care if they do a half as job like i said you get what you paid for as long as its a clean and smells good than before i honestly dont care if you guys want better service suggest checking out the one on 51st & indianSchool just a little more down the road read more

I went to this car wash yesterday 12/21/2022 First of all the lady or whoever vacuumed my truck stole all of my change in the truck that I just had saved in there second the guy doing my oil change took forever because he was off wondering and doing other stuff that had nothing to do with my truck let's just say that this guy overfilled my oil and now my truck has a check engine light on I had no idea he did this until I took the truck to get the code read and looked up the code then I decided to check the oil I don't recommend this place to anyone I paid over $100 just to get a check engine light never again read more

I took my dad's car here and it got scratched, the windows were messy, interior was not vacuumed. The cash register lady (Joaquina) did not speak English. After I paid, I went back in to get a drink. The manager (Luis) and Joaquina(aka Sandra) were groping and making out in their little room. After a few minutes I left my drink on the counter and left. I stopped here because I seen it as I drove by, when asked about a price for a detail job I was given a $200 "discounted" rate... After refusing the "discounted" rate, the gentleman just walked off. So I decided to go with a supreme wash $26.99 After I get to the front to pay, the lady in the front was semi friendly as she sits in the corner using her phone. So I ask for their WiFi password as my connection says "super wash guess" she tells me. "I don't know the password" I ask to please check with someone else and I get the response "I don't think anybody knows it" and she continues to sit in the corner with her phone. Worst experience ever and I WILL not be coming back here and highly recommend for all of you to make the extra mile drive and go elsewhere... read more

I took my car yesterday to get a full interior detailing and I left there like around noon called back at 3 and they did Not have it ready I told them you guys have 2 1/2 with my car and didn't even tell me a time when it would be ready okay so they said pick up at 5 pm I go there and pick up and then I see that they didint vacuum fully they diditn clean enough I really don't recommend this car wash for details never going back again read more

So I took my truck to this car wash , when they gave me my key I got in what was my surprise! My Windshield was broken the manager knew they broke my windshield . Never did he say anything, when I went to say something all he said was not my problem. He didn't care at all. I understand that accidents happen but he just didn't care ,didn't apologize nothing . Like oh well . I asked for the owner's number, he said no . It's sad to know that business not understand that we make there business. As a small business owner I do care what my customers think of my business and how I treat others . My parents referred me to that place and it was the worst experience. First they didn't call me or notify me when my car was ready and then, when I went to go get my car I found crumbs on my seats and a candy that they left there instead of throwing it away. Not to mention that I payed for an air freshener that was never put in the car absolutely never going back it was the worst experience ever. i used to come to this car wash all the time, so when i moved back to town i figured i would go there. never again...not only did they strip my rim, they tried to convince me that my rim was like that when i came in. then they were like we would review the cameras but then all of a sudden their cameras don't show the angle of the rim. then they stole my cup holder full of change, i don't even care that they took the money but they could have atleast left the cup holder. i wish i would have known they stole it before i tipped the guys. but i will say the two guys that detailed my car did a great job and that's why they received a great tip. please don't go here if you don't want your rims messed up. read more

Today was my second time here. The first time wasn't the best but also not the worst. Today I couldn't help but be extremely unhappy with not only the customer service but the lack of attention to detail. I waited in my car for a good 10 minutes before anyone walked up to my car. When someone finally walked up to my car the guy had the worst attitude. When he asked what I "wanted" I told him I needed an oil change & car wash. He practically threw the receipt at me & when I noticed it was only 11.99 I asked if he had put me down for an oil change too, he quickly snapped & said "you never said you needed an oil change." I was attempting to throw away empty bottles of water that I had in the back when the same guy just seemed to be in a rush to get me out of his way. Waited a good two hours for them to be finished. When I walked up to the car everything looked okay from far away. As soon as I sat in the drivers seat to drive off I noticed how dirty the windshield was left! It seemed like they didn't even vacuum my car & don't get me started on all the trash they left in my car. I assumed that since he saw me trying to throw away these bottles he'd know to throw them out but no. Honestly, you're better off washing your own car in the dark with shades on then to go here. You may do a much better job this way than to go here. I DO NOT SUGGEST YOU SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I'm sure you can find a better, friendlier car wash around the same area. read more
