They never do, next time same thing, he yeh yeah, never do, next time over and over the same situation. Sometimes I've payed $140 for a very detailed and never clean the cup holders. This last time I told me just outside because they never clean what I asked and he is like yeah yeah, with such a careless attitude. Of course because its not his business, he doesn't care. Im buying my own cleaning products to clean the inside. Or maybe try a different carwash, where they care about their costumers.

I never have asked Andy why the name, and all I can guess is that it was the previous owner's name back in 1992, hence Haskell Auto. Just don't quote me on that. I have been a customer of Haskell Auto for 29 years now. I started coming here by word of mouth from a work colleague of mine. Andy, and his nephew Stanos, have been taking care of our vehicles for a long time. Sorry Stanos, if I happen to have misspelled your name. The thing about life is that when you come across good people, embrace it. This is who Andy and Stanos are. Not just really good at working on your car but, serious about making sure you are happy with their profession work. I have always appreciated their honesty and concern for maintaining our vehicle. Not only do they help maintain our vehicle but, they also work on other family member's vehicles. If you are in search of a good mechanic, give them a try. For sure they would be most happy to help you your vehicle concerns. I have sat in the waiting area of their place, and this what their comment is, "I bring my vehicle here because I know it's going to get done right". ALSO P & J replaced a part without telling me till I got there to pay for their quoted work. P & J did not offer to return any replaced parts to me. When I requested they return the starter that they replaced, they said I would have to pay for it. Any of the other replaced parts were not available to me, as they threw them in the garbage, and the garbage man already picked up. The mystery part that they said was broken, was a part that had to be taken off to replace my starter. I was only told that when I went to pick up (& pay) for my vehicle. Oh yeah, they were to schedule a tow, I never got a contact call. I called my own towing co, so I could have it towed there. So now, my car has other problems, I called them to take it in again, then I slept on it and thought, why take it to get shafted again?? am not taking it to P & J.
