So this complaint was two weeks ago in June 2026, my last straw when the young lady with glasses argued with me. But I get it, they have good prices, good customer service and do a great job. I GET IT. My car came out like it's brand new. I think I'll take their membership. Which is also reasonably priced! Honestly very upsetting! I have been coming here for years and today was a dam shame and waste of my money!!! First, they didn't offer any detail cleaning which was very disappointing. Secondly, they told me they would wash my mats. And do the works on the outside of the car plus salt spray. The man outside assured me that they would clean inside whip the seats down, clean the dash and cup holders. Once, they finished and told me to come to my car. The mats still had dirt on them all they did was hose them down !!! I saw bird shit still on my window and side of car, they didn't even clean it off!!! Didn't dry my car properly, or whip them down the car at all! Then, the inside of the car didn't look clean at all!!! A lot of crumbs and dirt all over still. My cup holders weren't even whipped down or touched! They charged me $50 bucks for nothing! I am so upset with how my car came out. They were rushing like it was busy!!! They had two cars!!! After weeks of making calls, leaving voice mails and not getting any traction on this, I am please to update this. On April 17th, I was FINALLY connected with a CSR who was willing to help. Unfortunately, I did not get the CSRs name. That stated, it was suggested that I go back to the Bedford Hills location and contact the manager, Paul D'Amato. Paul assigned a technician to polish out the scratches. That resolved the issue. Paul also instructed the tech to run my 2024 Outback through the handwash to ensure there was no other damaged caused by the machines. You know those people who will travel out of their way for stellar service? Well...I really come here out of pure convenience only and nothing else as it's the nearest car wash to me. My last visit was horrendous. I'm a dissatisfied- but loyal customer. Until recently. My car still had on dirt and grime from the last snow showers we had a week ago- so a wash had to happen. Newer COVID protocols have been added. You still pull up- but an attendant now asks type of service you'd like, hands you a ticket plus one for the dashboard. I just did exterior- because I don't want anyone going inside my car anymore- plus I can dry vac the inside right from my driveway. Guys outside determine your service based on the ticket placed on the dashboard earlier and hand-gesture you to get on the tracks. Put car on neutral and roll up. Paying is disorganized. Drove my car upfront, showed the cleaning guys I hadn't paid yet. One of the guys even said, "do you want to give me your card and I go inside to pay for you?"......... "Nnnnnnnnno". As they dried my car, I ran inside to pay. I could've seriously driven off without paying- so could hundreds of other people too. I'm loyal and satisfied now. Not only did the emblem on my car come off during their wash, but the manager, Laura, was shockingly unhelpful and even had the audacity to blame me for the incident. Went to this car wash because I read the good reviews online. I had some substance thrown on the car while I was parked, so needed to wash it. Big mistake. They charge a lot of money & do nothing. After the wash the car came out with the substance on it, nothing came off. After the car wash, I had to clean it manually. The machine throws lots of soap suds on the car & then there's, what it looks like, manmade cloth strips that hit the car & another one that "rinse" it. There's a machine that tries to dry the car but it's an epic failure, the car was still mostly wet. Afterwards, I had to go to a different area of the place to vacuum the inside of the car myself & it's freezing where I'm at! I was so angry! I though the person in the car wash would do it.
