The owner of Wellness Haus, Melissa was amazing as well as the owner of Ptula ( see my review about this brand ) . I left exhausted after Pilates but also refreshed and enjoyed my vitablend Açaí bowl and coffee from those guys coffee. If you are in Orlando and want something to do , Boxi park always has something going on and there are tons of places to eat, have a drink or sit on the grass and read a book ( not recommended on Friday nights or the weekends lol because it's crowded and too loud to read ) Great for a solo date, couples , family or outing with friends.
