They listen patiently to owner's concerns and take their time and are gentle with the animal patients. They have been my pets vets since I moved to DSM in the late 1990s. From new babies to geriatric animals they continue to be top notch in diagnosing and treating their patients. They also explain their findings and recommendations for treatment in an easy to understand way and do so with a real kindness and concern for both pet and owner. I also called to get his rabies shot and was told he needed an exam even though I was there in October with him. I personally went somewhere else solely on the shot but again, overall a good vet.
