I was in an accident and called them after I called the police because I knew I'd need body work done. I was not in the best emotional state and they were very calm. The first words I heard from them were, "Are you okay?" And there was genuine concern in the voice of the woman who answered the phone. They were very busy with other jobs, but were able to squeeze me in about a week after the accident. They told me the work would take three days and the work took three days. They did really, really good work. And the best part, the final cost was several hundred dollars LESS THAN the estimate. They found ways to save me money and did so. I highly recommend them.

I spent an hour cleaning dust and 'sand' out of my jeep when I got it home. They ruined my high tech $900 electronic sound system by blasting sand everywhere I vacuumed it too but that didn't help. I even vacuumed sand out of my interior fuse box, which could cause a whole host of other problems. I await their response on how they're going to deal with me asking for repair cost reimbursement on my stereo that won't work now. I'm livid. Update: the sand and heavy dust also ruined my electric window operating panel so that needs to be replaced too. I couldn't even clean up all the glass sand from when I vacuumed the first time so it needs to be detailed.
