He said he could do it in June. I called late May to see when in June he would get me in. He said in August. When I asked how all those people got ahead of me he said he would put me on the schedule for 8/18. On 8/13 I left a message to confirm the appointment. He didn't call me back. Next day I went to the shop and was told if I hadn't heard anything to the contrary the date was on. On the 16th I got a message saying I wasn't on the schedule. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I don't know what the game is... Murphy's Law I guess.
