The first words I heard from them were, "Are you okay?" And there was genuine concern in the voice of the woman who answered the phone. They were very busy with other jobs, but were able to squeeze me in about a week after the accident. They told me the work would take three days and the work took three days. They did really, really good work. And the best part, the final cost was several hundred dollars LESS THAN the estimate. They found ways to save me money and did so. I highly recommend them.

Good body work but crappy consideration of inside your vehicle, ( I just paid off this Jeep…read moreLiberty) they ruined my sound system by not taping plastic over my doors before they sand blasted with fine yellow and green glass particles. I spent an hour cleaning dust and 'sand' out of my jeep when I got it home. They ruined my high tech $900 electronic sound system by blasting sand everywhere I vacuumed it too but that didn't help. I even vacuumed sand out of my interior fuse box, which could cause a whole host of other problems. I await their response on how they're going to deal with me asking for repair cost reimbursement on my stereo that won't work now. I'm livid. Update: the sand and heavy dust also ruined my electric window operating panel so that needs to be replaced too. I couldn't even clean up all the glass sand from when I vacuumed the first time so it needs to be detailed. They pawned me off on their insurance company which paid me off with only limited $$ to do what needs to be done for repair myself. Still livid.

I came to them on my spare after blowing out a front-tire sidewall the evening before. Twenty minutes after Il called, they had my car jacked up and the new tire mounted. They even cut me a break on service/mounting fees. I give them my highest recommendation should you find yourself in need of tires in the Putney/Brattleboro area of Vermont.
