My husband and I brought our 10lbs Shih Tzu Ginger for a first time full groom here. We are from Torrance California and she regularly gets her grooming done every 4-6 weeks. We are here for the holidays and it was her first time in Nevada so we wanted to give her a groom experience over here. I'm glad we chose this place because the hand scissor skills and experience was top tier! They actually do get spoiled. She got her photos taken during the groom and after! Her hair was very soft and she smelled so good. There were still some armpit knots afterwards but it was very minimal and hard to spot so missing it was very likely but not impossible. I know Ginger is not fond of having her under brushed so I think her groomer did not want to force it on her and prioritized her comfort which I definitely understand and would rather prefer it that way. Her overall cut was honestly very surprising to me. It was very symmetrical, detailed and polished. I can usually tell when they cut more clipper focused (from bringing her to different groomers which let me see the different styles--I'm picky) because some thigh edges get left out, some indents get visible, and it ends up being a random longer tuft of hair though in this cut there was visibly none. The hair her groomer cut (or Kandice in particular) was molded and shaped well. She nailed the round face, her legs and the start of her tail by her butt looks more flushed and it feels flowy. It's hard to explain. There was a tuft of hair by her butt before that didn't really flush the start of her tail and now it's basically cut well--I feel like I'm saying jargon at this point but you have to see/feel it in person to tell. The cut by her visor was also so admirable. It looks so straight and detailed; I'm so happy with it. I can tell she took her time, and that Ginger was comfortable enough to let her do it. I'm pretty sure it's a given with all the pictures you see here. Them taking pics of the pups before and after just shows how confident they are in the final look. I'm really satisfied with how she cut Ginger's hair! This raised my standards a lot more with hand-scissor cutting and I fear I might have to start looking again around Torrance sigh. Now, the store itself. In the morning when I dropped her off I got the strong dog odor smell when I opened the door which I'm not fond of, because her groomers at home do not have that so it's possible to mask the smell. Though when I picked her up the store smelled okay, so it might have been one of the clients, but just a heads up that it can be one or the other. The entry experience was awkward, but nothing bad. They just don't greet you until you get to the register bahaha. Their merchandise was so cute. I wish I budgeted for that, but it'll have to be for next time. The price was a little inconsistent as well because before when I called they said that it would be around $90 since the groomer I chose is $20 above the beginning price of $70, but I ended up paying for $100 and some change. I didn't mind because the matts might've been the issue and we usually pay around that price back at home, but just be prepared to bring extra. They cut really well so I had no issues paying more than I was quoted for, but some people might not be. This is where I take off a star when it's regarding the storefront and the pricing. Regardless, all-in-all great visit with some minor understandable inconveniences. They take their time with your pup, they SPOIL them. Their hand-scissor skills are very proficient, and you get cute pics of your pup depending on the season! There is no doubt when they take care of your pup. Thank you so much for taking care of our little Ginger during her vacation at Nevada. Spoiled pup is the best groomer for small to medium dogs! We've been taking our Yorkie Coco here for the past 3 years and she always comes back freshly groomed with a bow and cute picture with background that changes each season. Booking is easy on their online portal or call the shop. You can pick which groomer you want as they all have their special skills and experience in each breed. We've liked groomer Chanell the most but do switch to Johnny or other groomer based on availability. Coco is usually done after two hours and they're quick to text when ready for pick up. We've never had a bad experience and she's never been cut here. We love spoiled pup!

Julia was so kind and so patient with my puppers, she looks and smells so fresh shiny and clean. Julia is a wonderful stylist, I love how she cut her hair! I was scrolling through Instagram like I normally do and an ad for Spoiled Pup LV appeared out of the blue. They do Asian fusion grooming and I have been wanting to get that for my dog, so I immediately contacted them. I received a text the following day telling me that the groom is between $80 to $90. Am I ready to be financially irresponsible for my dog? YES! Am I sure she wants the extra VIP treatment? I am not sure, but I am willing to give it a try to see if she likes being pampered. I booked an appointment and brought her over without thinking twice. I was a little nervous about how she would be because she can be a little pill. However, I think she likes being groomed and groomers really love her. So, I think it would go okay. I hope that they open another location closer; I was a little bit late, but they still groomed her. They have a really cute store. They have these teddy graham treats that Bonnie loves, so I bought a bag. They have really cute dog beds, bows, leashes, harnesses, and all kinds of treats. Bonnie also loves freeze dried treats, but I did not get them. Maybe next time? Bonnie seemed to be pretty excited, she was checking out the inventory with glee. Bonnie was really sweet when she met the groomer. She said, "Oh, you are friendly! Thank-goodness!" Bonnie is friendly for the most part, but when she is on a leash, that is when she becomes anxious. We discussed the type of cut for my dog; we couldn't get the schnauzer cut because the groomer at Petsmart constantly cut her hair really short. They went to the back. Bonnie let out her usual big bark when she saw another dog and she was told, "You be nice!" I left worried that Bonnie would wreak havoc on this establishment. Everything went well as far as I can tell. I received a text of her getting a facial. Then when the groom was complete, I received another picture. She is so stinking cute! The groomer suggested that we try growing our her skirt. This is a task I am going to be adamant about this time because I really want her to look like a schnauzer again! I also know she was being good because she was running wild and free in the back...and I think I saw another dog there with her. I will definitely come here more. I just need to schedule on the weekend because they about a half an hour away from me. Hopefully, they get enough customers to open in more places.

First time trying a different grooming place and decided to book with Deka. Pricing depends on dog breed/weight. Our dog Appa gets scared with new people, but Deka approached him slowly and with care. We received pictures of Appa during his appointment which we appreciated! Deka advised us about a bald spot on Appa's coat and said to spray some moisturizer on it. Overall we will definitely be coming back and experienced wonderful service. read more

Just wanted to share my 5 star experience at spoiled pup LV. Moving into the area I needed to find a new groomer for my two toy poodles. I'm very particular with their grooming and will just take them anywhere. Nothing like a bad haircut on your fur baby. After doing research, I found up LV and was impressed by all their cute after photos of their doodle grooming. The online booking is very user-friendly and I was able to book my appointments with ease online. You also can make additional requests that they will enter in on there as well. The staff is friendly, very experienced and really care for the dogs. Chanelle is amazing keeping my toy poodles looking adorable! They conveniently send you updates and text you when your pup is ready for pick up. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for precision Grooming with care for their pup. Went for a second grooming and had another great experience! We showed up a little before the shop opened but the receptionist opened the door and checked us in early. She also stayed with my pup until the groomer came in, and she was just so sweet and friendly. Julia was our groomer and you can tell how gentle and nurturing she was. I was pleasantly surprised when she walked out with my pup who was calm and relaxed (he's a fearful and nervous dog) and he was wanting to stay onto her. Cute cuts are important to me but my pup having a positive experience means so much more. I appreciate Julia and the front desk so being so welcoming and attentive! I never write reviews but this place deserves one. I took my dogs here for the first time on 7/16/24 and from start to finish it was a great experience. Booking an appointment for two dogs at once online was easy, they listened to everything I wanted done, and did a great job on both dogs. I have a reactive chi mix that takes awhile to warm up to people and they still managed to give him a full spa day (also I'm still very sorry he scratched you!!). Bonus: they sell super cute clothes and toys. We will be returning monthly! read more

My girl had a horrible experience at Pets Mart so I was nervous bringing her to get groomed again. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend going here! They sent photos to update me. Hands down, the best groomers in Vegas! They are friendly & take great care of the pups that come through their door. As a pet parent, they keep you updated every step of the way & send you cute photo updates, so you always know what's going on w/ your baby. I knew about them because they groomed my senior chi a while back & I loved the results. I was nervous bringing our new rescue baby here because this was his first actual groom & I wasn't sure if he could handle it or if he could be groomed to my liking. Once Mindy saw him, she knew exactly what to do. She let us know she was gonna shave him down due to his hair being long & matted & said she would give him the "teddy bear cut" for his face. I was ecstatic because I wasn't sure w/ his hair texture if that was achievable & omg, just WOW. The finished result had me almost shedding a tear! Lol. She made him look soooo handsome, I'm obsessed. 5 stars for Mindy, we are so thankful for you! read more
Let me just start out in saying that this does NOT have to do with their grooming. Only with their puppy selling/dealing practices - which suspiciously, they don't have much reviews on. I want you to make an educated buying decision. They claim to be sellers of puppies that come from "licensed" home breeders. I found in my case to be untrue. They give you zero information on where the dogs are from. This is a red flag. Yes, I should have known better. I was naive and believed in what they told me and I thought they were better than this. I was wrong. I want to also preface by saying that this is my first time experience and what I've experienced was a LOT of back and forth, lying and now false claims. But I have attached PROOF of everything I'm saying. So you can make your own educated decision. On April 17, I put the $500 deposit down for a Pug puppy. It started when I called this business because I was confused. Is this a pet grooming service? A pet adoption place? They called me back and said that they happened to have a pug and he was 8 weeks old and he would be $1800. I asked if anyone else was on the list for him and was told no, but FUNNY thing right? 4 other people called before hand about pugs and just suddenly, they had a pug from last night. I go ok, so I go there. Completely unprovoked, the guy, Jesse (who was the main person who I dealt with) said that he'd lower the price to 1650. Looking back, this was such a trick to get rid of the pup. I said "ok, what's the deposit?" Jesse says half but that he'd allow 500 cash as a deposit. I again, stupidly say OK. I go to the ATM and get that cash for him right away and sign a deposit contract that says that once you put it down, you HAVE to get the dog otherwise you lose the deposit. It is unrefundable and you have to get the dog within 3 days. I come back the next day, April 18 to pick up the dog. I was over the moon. I loved him so much and made sure he never touched anything and was careful because Jesse really scared me about Parvo and how he needs to be careful about touching anything and meeting anyone until he gets his second round of shots. I understood. I took him home and really bonded with him. Never let him leave my sight or home. April 20 early morning I noticed something was very wrong. He was lethargic, had diarrhea, and was vomiting. I knew something was very wrong with him so I took him to the vet but on the way there, I called SpoiledPup asking for advice. They said maybe give him food and see if he wants it. I said ok, and tried to give him a treat but of course he's so sick he cares little for it. I get to the vet and they want to do a Parvo test and say ok. The test came out positive. (proof attached below). He was PARVO POSITIVE. This was about 48 hours from point of sale. I was conflicted because the bill cost at 7k with what the vet said was a 50/50 chance of surviving. I was so heartbroken, and I felt this was unfair since the contract (attached) said he was seen and good to go according to a vet. This can't be true. Incubation for Parvo is at least 3 days so you can do the math. They sold me a Parvo puppy. I texted them and they wanted him back (see attached) and I was worried that they wouldn't take care of him. They assured me that they would and if the dog was better they PROMISED that I could buy him back. This is not how it played out. The next day after I gave him back (stupidly because I trusted them again) and yes, they gave me my money back. But this does not absolve them of selling me a sick dog to a known contagious disease that may now be rampant in their business. AND it's in my home. The next day they claimed he was doing "just fine, that it was a false parvo test" & then days later they claim that the breeder wouldn't wanna sell the dog back. There's no proof that the dog didn't have parvo, and no proof from them and the "breeder" that they decided to keep the dog. I don't want to make accusations based on what I think MIGHT be happening, but I believe that the dog may be dead due to their extreme negligence, and are trying to cover it up with claiming that the breeder suddenly doesn't want to sell the dog. And now they're claiming that I am "clout chasing" by calling them out and bringing awareness. When I confronted them about it they admitted that this happens a LOT with them. So PLEASE, be very careful about getting a dog from them. I would personally not play with this. read more

My fiancée found this dog grooming salon on Yelp. At first, I was like, no way I'm paying $65 for grooming. I don't even pay anywhere near that for my own haircuts. But I caved in and decided to give them a try. I had a 3pm appointment on a Saturday and I arrived 10 minutes early. The guy at the counter was very friendly and welcoming. He quickly took a look at my dog's shot records and walked me through how to answer the questionnaire so I don't get in trouble. Lol Then Chanel, the dog groomer, comes out and introduces herself and asks me what I wanted to do for Teddy. I happened to see another dog who looked just like him getting picked up and I loved their cut, so I was like.. JUST LIKE THAT! How convenient, right? Chanel then proceeds to get started with the grooming while the guy at the front(I forgot to ask his name) explains the whole process and everything that is included. For first timers, they make this Ayurveda herbal pack (mud facial) and a carbonated bath complimentary. Teddy also got a lavender aromatherapy and infrared therapy, which makes him smell like a million bucks and is supposed to last for 2 weeks. It's day 2 now and he's still smelling very fresh! I am jealous at the amount of pampering my dog got at this salon. I will definitely be back (maybe in a few months) to Spoiled Pup to keep spoiling my pup! They definitely live up to their name. read more

A wonderful spa experience - it was Spawesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They even sent pics of my fur baby while she was being groomed as we had an awful experience with a previous groomer. They were very reassuring and patient and of course my little princess came out of there looking gorgeous and smelling so good. Thanks Spoiled Pup!! read more
