When I…read morearrived, I was informed that the cat room was being painted and that my cats would not be able to stay in the cat condos but in 'kennels' somewhere else in the facility due to paint fumes. I was assured that it would only be for two days (until Monday). I asked to see where the cats would be staying and was informed that I was not allowed to see where they would be kept as it was not a tour day/time. I expressed my concern about not being informed prior to arriving that the cat room would be closed for a portion of our stay and that I was not allowed to see where the cats would be boarded. The cats ended up being in the cat kennel for four days (instead of two days) and ACE Pet Resort charged me the full price for the cat condos even though my cats were in kennels for the first 4 days.
