Valley Auto also lost the original title to My 2022 Luxury Hybrid Sports Car when appraising it, and so now I have to pay to order a new one at the driver's licensing branch. I ended up finding another 2006 Honda Element EX-P near Seattle with literally 1/2 the miles, and after Valley Auto released My Deposit, they jacked the price of this *ALREADY* jacked up car, jacked it up even higher to $8500 - Unbelieveable - Highway Theft / Robbery! I literally purchased a vehicle near Seattle with HALF the mileage for $9993! Valley Auto's 2006 Element has 256,000 miles............ and Valley Auto is charging customer's an outrageous $8500?! (Note: This does NOT even include Dealership Fees, Titling, Registration, and Washington's 9% tax rate!) -- NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to pay to have a replacement title issued on My Car I almost sold them until they literally lost My Title (It's going to take WEEKS to get a replacement issued, and now I can't sell My Car for the rest of the summer, missing out on any summer buyers) Photo: Outrageously OVERPRICED on a 2006 with 256,000 miles

While helping a 60yr old lady friend of my girlfriend who doesn't know much about engines we looked…read moreat a couple of trucks here. She needs a reliable tow vehicle for her horse trailers. They tried to sell her a blown out 2012 Ford F350 6.7 diesel that had a destroyed turbo. Claimed it had 120k miles. Scratches and rust all over. Said it's a local Spokane truck. Research on the VIN showed it was owned by a large Montana cattle ranch and sold through a Dealer Auto Auction, this is how reputable dealers sell their junk trade ins they can't sell on their lot and still keep a good reputation. They do this to keep large repeat customers coming back by accepting their worn out trade in. The fenders had the paint blasted off from all the gravel and rock driving. It was making 11psi of boost max (instead of 32+) and blowing blue smoke. The shocks, steering and suspension are destroyed, pulls all over the freeway. The front springs were so worn out it was sitting 1/4" above the axle bump stops (mechanics will understand this). This thing was hammered if it truly has 120k. They tried to convince us this all was normal and it's a "really great truck". They really fed her a line of BS. Also, the whole front end grill, radiator, crossmember had been replaced and had spray painted fenders. The bottom of the engine was loaded with grease and leaking on the ground. At a traffic light the smoke engulfed the whole intersection at one point. The truck has half the power it should. Turbos for these are in the $7700 range. Check engine light popped on during the drive. It also had a trailer brake module error so the trailer brakes aren't even working on this tow vehicle. I'm so glad I went with her so this scammership couldn't take advantage of our retiring friend. Shame on them. If someone wants to invest $10-15k in this truck it could be a good ride. Not a good deal for $22,000 sale price before any fees or taxes.

Tried multiple times to contact this dealership by email about a truck they had listed and never…read morereceived a response. Eventually I drove in to see it myself. The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. A salesman approached me and seemed annoyed to even grab the keys for the truck. Beyond that, there was basically no effort to help. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did. Honestly, it felt like they had zero interest in actually selling vehicles.

As for Dave, sorry you had to work the day after Christmas, but your smug disdain was disappointing. Also, pretty sure telling us our neighborhood demographic was a hindrance to securing a loan is illegal (i looked it up). We were in an emergency situation and needed a quick fix vehicle for 6k, but they required half down. If we had 3k, we would have bought the same vehicle for $2500 from a private owner (yes I did the research on this as well). "Bad credit, no credit, no problem" is a joke. Finally, Dave if you can't respect the demographic that walks through your door, maybe you are in the wrong line of work. In summary, next week when we have 3k, we won't be going back.

TK Auto Sales - I bought this Honda Civic. I really like this car. This guy helped me for two days test driving cars. I believe his name was Brian.Thank you

Had the car for only 4 months and the engine light started flashing, it normally stayed on solid, knocking noise under the hood, sputters like it wanted to die. I called them and told them and even sent a video of the noise and asked since it's only been 4 months, I hadn't even driven a 1,000 miles on it if I could bring that one back And switch out. I was told it was up to the owner. Well I have been trying to get a hold of TK the owner since April 29th 2026. And it's always he's not here, I'll have him call you.NEVER HAVE HEARD FROM HIM TO TJIS DAY. Yes I understand As Is but I have bought many cars from lots and they have lasted 4-8 years, I'm on SSI, I have mobility issues and it took me a year to save for down payment, Every person I talked to on the phone has told TK I've called but he refused to call me back. They are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I noticed that a lot of the time the lower ratings are females and they don't help at all. They came and got the car after days of me trying to get some help. I saw other reviews from men where they got a different vehicle after something happened within 3-4 months of having it but I got no help, no acknowledgment of me calling daily for almost 2 weeks just wanting to talk to TK and he told his employees I don't want to talk to her just keep telling her I'll call her back and he never does. It's so messed up. But they'll get theirs in time. Karmas a bitch and so am I.

Within 4 months, it was back in shop for more problems. The next week, new tires. About 2 months later, back in the shop, and again the tires were shredded. More new tires. Shop visit after shop visit and finally after 2 years, the car is completely worthless. Headed back to the shop, looking at another $1000+ to make it safe to drive. Don't get me wrong, I love walking to work, but not in the middle of winter while my $10k car is broken down and I still pay the payment every month. They said their mechanic checked it out before I bought it and gave me a 'report'. Their mechanic seemed to miss the thousands of dollars in problems I've had to fix since driving off their lot. I DO NOT recommend doing business here.

And, walked us through each step of the purchase carefully, making sure we understood everything. I probably appreciated that more than my husband, as I tend to get confused easily, plus I like to know exactly what I'm signing and why. Gene tends to collect the better brands there, which we love (Subarus, Toyotas, Mazda, etc). It made it a lot easier for us, since we were already interested in the more reliable brands, and we are thrilled with our purchase of a 2007 Pontiac Vibe - drives well, clean, and just the size we were looking for! Once purchased, we had a full 4-hour inspection done, which indicated that nothing major was wrong with the car. It needs a transmission fluid flush and a new boot. Normal wear and tear, especially at 99K miles. We're very happy with our experience and would definitely shop there again. Thanks, Gene - I think this baby is going to last us awhile!
