I rolled off the lot with a new Lincoln Aviator 4-years ago, and from the start, there was this annoying flapping noise whenever I hit 60 mph and over. My car came in with damage from being vandalizing. 2 months later the car is still there with electrical issues. Dave claims it was in a bad accident. The car had none of these problems when it was dropped off. So.. if it was on a bad accident it happened while it was in there possession. There is not a word of truth that comes out of Dave's mouth. In one day I was told....I have a loaner, then I don't have a loaner, then I'm getting a loaner from enterprise (called enterprise and there was no record) then he said he has a loaner. Everytime he said to come to pickup vehicle 4:30-5:00. I showed up at 2:30 and it was like he saw the devil. I knew that he'd be gone by 4:30. I waited 2 hours and at the end he refused to give me the car unless the deductible was paid on the vehicle that developed thousands of dollars damage while sitting in his shop. I felt threatened by him, between his nose sniffing and lies and getting in my face I had to call 911. Unfortunately nothing was resolved and the car still sits there not repaired. I found it amazing how many different lies and stories he told me in a matter of 90 minutes. I can't believe any good reviews are legitimate. There are not enough words to tell you what a psycho Nose sniffing lying POS So David Lindgren....I'm so glad that you responded. You just proved what a liar and dishonest thing you are. Yes.. that is what the car came in for so why 5 weeks later does it have electrical issues while in your possession. Why did you tell me it was in a major accident while it was in your possession.I came at 2:30 because I knew you'd be gone by 4:30. The loaner come at 4:30, the rental come at 4:30 and then the loaner you originally didn't have that magically appeared come at 4:30. Everything was going to be ready between 4:30-5:00. Really... your not that slick. It was confirmed that you'd be gone before I got there. The loaner car was there and you didn't even tell anyone to service it. Had I not been there the car would never have been ready. You were never were going to give me a loaner. When you ran out of lies and excuses... you made up more lies about the insurance company. You wanted me to sign papers and take the car with all the electrical problems as per the insurance company. Upon calling the insurance company they said they were waiting for you to send papers. You admitted to the police officer that you never sent papers. There is not a word of truth that comes out of your mouth. People beware... he tells you what you want to hear and then makes up more lies on top of all the other lies. You brought me, a senior citizen to tears. They really are first class! They fixed everything perfectly and more. They even made improvements to my vehicle because they asked if I was happy with the way some things were and I said no. One example is one of my off road light switch was just dangling next to the steering column and they mounted a new switch on the panel to the right of the steering column and hid all the wires. I didn't even ask them to do this and no extra charge either. They are professional, dependable, honest, and personable. I highly recommend them. Your shop is shady and your new manager is absolutely horrible.(Rude) You'll learn the hard way when you see upset customers like myself. You don't use duct tape to fix a bumper issue. My 4th car to visit these fine folks. There work is amazing and I treated my wife's truck to a full detail to complete the process. Excellent, as I have come to expect. A small caveat this time... the boys "misplaced" the key fob, which had a special sentimental piece attached to the key ring. They boys paid for a new one (not cheap), did an extra $1000 worth of work at no charge to me for the inconvenience, and promised me the fob would turn up. 2 days after picking up the truck I got the call that they had found the fob!! If you're looking for acceptable customer service, timely repairs, basic communication on the progress of your repairs, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This is a long story, but hang in there, the ending is just unbelievable. I brought my company car here because a friend had some work done here. I was told by Scott that it would take "about two weeks". I understand it could take longer than that, but they had my car for over one month. I tried to get updates and was told that Scott and two other employees were no longer working there. I would get information from one person, then a week later someone else would tell me something different about why my repairs were taking so long. I mentioned this is a company car. My employer was to cover the deductible and I sent emails to Scott before he left that stated their estimate was approved by my insurance and that MY EMPLOYER was covering the deductible. I got a text from Antonio that I could pick up my car, everything was all set. I was so happy after being in a rental car for a month. I returned the rental car, but then I got to the body shop and was asked how I would like to pay the $1000 deductible. Antonio didn't know anything about my employer covering it. My employer is on the east coast and they were closed for the day, so there was no way I could reach them to pay. Of course, it was Friday. I had to go BACK to Enterprise and get BACK in the same rental car. I went home, dug up the emails I sent to them a month earlier about my employer being responsible for the deductible. I re-sent the emails. Then I called and Antonio told me that's all he needed, I could pick up my car. Now, this is where it gets good: Antonio told me I could come in the next morning - Saturday - between 9am and noon. I got there at 9am. The owner David Lindgren was there and said I could leave my rental car there and they would come and pick it up. I corrected him and said that I would still need to return the rental car and then come back for my car. I explained the problem I had the day before, not being able to get my car, and that I needed to actually have the key to my car before I returned my rental this time. He gave me the keys. This man KNEW I had to return my rental car and come back. Can you guess what happened next? I came back to First Class Auto Body to find that they had CLOSED. I found David Lindgren on LinkedIn and sent him a message letting him know he stranded me. I was surprised when he responded a few hours later. He lied and said that he was at the shop for at least an hour and a half after I left. I sent him a screenshot of text messages to the shop asking where they were at 9:38am. I can also show repeated attempts to call them at that same time. He didn't offer to meet me at the shop this weekend so I could get my car. This man couldn't care less that I'm without a car due to his careless mistake. Shut the gate and locked my car inside. My car is sitting on the lot at this horrible body shop. I will have to get a ride or Lyft to go down there and pick it up Monday if they're open, it's a holiday. read more

its been 3 years ish, still nobody has fixed the issues with my car. I took it here due to a front end collision. they put the stripes on my car and never sealed it on the hood back is original and the back is as perfect as it was when I bought the car. missing screws in my door. the hood never lined up! they do not use just OEM parts like said on their promise note! I have all documents to prove and show! my silver hood stripes on my Camaro ss is baked and sun burnt the sticker is peeling off it's terrible! under my hood it says I have a V6 Camaro its a V8! scratches they buffed out came back. originally the very first time I received my camaro I wouldn't accept it because they put my broken grill back on my car and tried piecing it together but I look at everything! do not take your vehicle here. and the family and friends of the workers need to stop creating false reviews. i want my car fixed or I'm getting a lawyer. it's cheaper than fixing the issues myself I had gotten quotes from local shops on what id pay out of pocket to fix my hood! read more

Basically holding it hostage. It was taken in with a full tank, returned with less than 1/4 tank. Still needed to be cleaned when I showed up to pick it up despite lots of communication about my arrival time. Broke my inside dome light and some glass during the repairs and almost 8 months later they have that ready except now they won't give me the parts for what they broke because the insurance hasn't finished settling with them. Out of control unprofessional. I can go on and on about every other frustrating thing that happened before that but it was exhausting enough living through it. This shop and its manager are terrible. My side view mirror was broken before a long road trip. They got me in right away and saved the day.

They had my car for far too long, got paid and could have gotten more m ok ney from the insurance company to do the job right and still gave me back a car that was in worse shape than what I took it in for and blamed the rest of the car that they weren't even working on for their shoddy work. The paint has all kinds of divits in it where it looks like they painted the car in a dust storm and tried to bn cover it up by color sanding, the pinstripe is all wavy and they didnt use the same person to do the original pinstripe as instructed which would have been cheaper and now the pinstripe is the wrong color, wavy and much thicker than the other side of the car that was correctly pinstriped by my regular pinstriper just months before AND they attempted to reuse the painted side mouldings that they reinstalled with double sided tape CROOKED and is now falling off. They taped off areas and peeled off patches of paint on areas they weren't supposed to touch and now not only does the entire side of the car need to repainted correctly but also the deck lid. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE IF YOU GET A "EARL SCHEIB" JOB. I picked the car up and it was filthy and they didnt even finish buffing out parts of the repainted areas. They detrimmed the doors and didnt replace all of the screws when putting the trim back on and the door handles look like they were taped off instead of removed as I saw that they were when I stopped to check on progress while they were "working" on my car. It was a total shoddy job. If they couldn't do a proper and good job with what the insurance company said they would pay, they should have refused the job IF that was the case. Now I have a real mess and have to have it all redone at my own expense because they won't respond to my insurance agent or my request to make it right. I wouldn't want them to touch it again at this point because I know they would screw it up even more. read more
