Their pricing is on the medium-to-high side for the area, though still cheaper than the dealer. I needed an oil leak repaired. There was an $80 inspection fee before repair, and it didn't count toward the total repair cost. I did appreciate how quickly they handled everything and that they offered a ride home. When I picked up my vehicle, I had some questions about my bill. I politely asked about the labor charges because I was confused by how high they seemed. It showed $80 in labor to fill the vehicle with oil, even though it was already in the shop and had been drained after the repair. While my service advisor was reviewing it, another advisor helping someone else made an unsolicited snarky remark: "We have to charge labor--what, you want us to fill it with your used oil?" I had no issue paying for new oil; the labor charge just didn't make sense to me. My advisor found that it had been entered in error and removed most of that labor charge. There was no apology. I'd like to think the mistake would have been caught even if I hadn't said anything. As for the quality of the repair, it's hard to say for now--everything seems fine, and time will tell. I also later learned the repair should have a two-year warranty, which was never mentioned. Overall, I left feeling upset and irritated by the experience.

They rotated the tires but refused to replace the missing lug nut -- even after acknowledging they sold and installed the wheels -- and told me to go see a mechanic instead. They sent me home with only 4 out of 5 lug nuts on one wheel, which is a serious safety hazard, and took no responsibility whatsoever. I had to purchase the replacement lug nuts myself and the Toyota dealership ultimately replaced all the lug nuts at no extra charge as part of my routine service. If you have aftermarket wheels purchased from this location, don't expect them to stand behind their own products."

I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.
