    After visiting 5 shops in one day, I came here looking for a set of 20's. Chris & the techs were awesome, giving me options and mounting different wheels so I could make the best decision by seeing each option on the vehicle. Left a happy customer with a set of 22's.

    My rear passenger side tire kept slow leaking, and at first I thought I had a bad tire. Since my…read moretires were still under warranty from Sam's Club, I went there to get it checked out. Sure enough, they showed me where the source of the leak was (rear side of the wheel). What I didn't notice at this time was the fact that there was a small crack on the wheel (since the wheel was covered with soapy water and bubbles). I told the Sam's Club employee to go ahead and replace the tire with a new one, which they did. All good, right? Nope! My tire was still slow leaking so now I was confident that I had a problem with the wheel itself. I still didn't think it was a crack and I thought I just had a bead leak, which I could MacGyver myself using a bead seal readily available at your local auto supply stores. However, as I was getting ready to do this and I took my wheel off, that's when I saw the crack which gave me a 'Oh Shhhhhtttt' moment. And thus begun my journey trying to find a good wheel repair shop. After reading through some reviews on both Yelp and the popular search engine site, I came across M&M's, among other shops. M&M's was actually the 2nd shop that I had called. But M&M's was also the only shop that picked up their phone. The lady on the phone was super nice, gave me pricing, estimate repair time, etc., etc., etc.. Pretty straight up with the whole, 'the repair length really depends on how busy we are because a lot of car shops randomly send their wheels here to be repaired' or something along that line. Long story short, I brought my car in the next day. Talked to the lady and she gave me the same price that she had quoted me over the phone. And then another guy came out to look at the wheel. And after he took a look at the wheel, he gave me the same pricing that the lady inside did. So I told him to go ahead and repair it. I took the spare wheel out the trunk and he put it on and I went my merry way. Original estimate was about 2 hours to repair and I think it was more about 4 hours before they called me back telling me that the repair was done. Didn't matter since I was at work and wasn't planning to pick up the wheel until after work anyway. I went back, dude put the wheel back on the car, I paid. And over a month later, the weld still holds. I highly recommend this place if you need to have your cracked wheel repaired. They also repair wheel curb rashes and their prices are also reasonable (yes, I asked).

However, the last two years--specifically involving an unresolved electrical/check charging system issue with my 2015 Honda Accord--have required an extraordinary amount of patience and have ultimately resulted in significant financial and personal hardship. Around Thanksgiving 2023, I brought my vehicle to ToyoMotors to address ongoing electrical issues. I trusted that the work performed would keep my car reliable, as I am heavily dependent on my personal vehicle for work and safety. Since that time, my vehicle has continued to experience electrical and charging system failures, resulting in repeated stalling. I returned my vehicle multiple times between breakdowns, each time under the impression that the issue had been repaired and the vehicle was safe and drivable. Like many others, I have experienced financial hardship due to inflation and made the responsible decision to maintain my existing vehicle rather than take on a new car note. Unfortunately, around Thanksgiving of last year, my car stalled again, prompting another return to ToyoMotors. I am a first responder, and my vehicle has stalled on me twice around 2:00 a.m. during freezing temperatures, requiring emergency tows and jump starts just to reach safety--after I had already paid for services and was told the vehicle was repaired. Since then, I have returned my car to ToyoMotors twice more and took out two loans through Sunbit based on the assurance that the vehicle was being properly repaired. As a result, I have now gone over two months without reliable transportation while continuing to make loan payments. I communicated directly with the owner, Mr. Syed, explaining that I am actively paying on an open loan for a vehicle that is not drivable and expressing concern that costs continue to accrue because issues were not fully addressed before the vehicle was released. I also shared--both verbally and in writing--that due to my lack of automotive repair knowledge and as a female customer, the repeated breakdowns had caused me to lose trust in the repair process. Following these communications, ToyoMotors declined to continue working on my vehicle, leaving me without transportation after months of patience and financial commitment. What is especially concerning is that while reviewing Google feedback, I noticed another customer describing nearly identical issues. In that case, the business publicly stated it was "committed" to resolving the matter and invited further discussion. In contrast, I expressed similar concerns and was ultimately turned away. Today, after leaving the shop, my vehicle stalled again on the way home. I was forced to take an Uber to work, still without my car, and left questioning what work--if any--has been completed since November. I am now over $3,000 in debt, without a working vehicle, and facing additional repair costs elsewhere for an issue I was repeatedly told had been resolved. I expected more understanding, accountability, and consistency from a business I supported for years. Instead, I am left disappointed, financially strained, and hurt by the outcome. I believe other customers should be aware of my experience when deciding whether to trust ToyoMotors with long-term or complex repairs.

    Not sure why someone would leave 3 stars but say only positive things. I had a good experience…read morehere, so I'm leaving 5 stars. Previously I had gotten tires from a different location. Today, two of those tires popped from hitting a curb. (Yes, I am an Asian woman, but I swear this is uncharacteristic of my driving.) I had my car towed here using roadside assistance from my car insurance. Went in and had a smooth transaction. Luckily, I was swayed into buying the roadside hazard insurance on the tires. I think it was $9/tire. Today, I only paid $46 for 2 new tires. (I was hesitant to buy the insurance. I swear my reasoning for buying it wasn't because I'm a bad driver. I promise I'm not!) They didn't have the right Michelin tires like their system indicated, so Edgar asked me if I wanted to use Pirellis instead or have them get the right tire. I asked what he personally recommended, and he said that I should get the same tire. I said okay, and he went and got the right tire from another store. Super friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with the service I received.

To make matters worse, one of the employees parked her own car behind mine to change her flat tire, causing me to waste even more of my time. When I asked why the employee's car was blocking mine, no one gave me an answer. I am very disappointed with the service I received.
