Between two Specialized bikes - a road bike and a gravel bike - and my Mongoose hybrid, they've been looking after me for a long time. About a month ago, the frame on my eight-year-old Diverge developed what turned out to be a manufacturer's defect. I brought it into Bike Depot, where the owner inspected it, confirmed the issue, and told me they would handle everything directly with Specialized. Just over a month later, I picked up a brand-new, ready-to-ride Specialized Diverge E5 Comp. No runaround. No excuses. No cost. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this was a reminder that some companies still stand behind what they sell. My sincere thanks to the entire Bike Depot team for making the process effortless, and to Specialized for honouring their warranty without hesitation.
