Which is funny but not really because he said hello to the people who came in after me. Anyway I looked around and really didn't see much Steelers gear. Went in about a month and a half ago to ask when they should be getting in The new NFL jerseys for this season they told me about three weeks so basically the start of preseason. The season started Thursday and tomorrow is the first official Sunday with football I went yesterday and they have the same 4 jerseys that they always have. To top it off the worst customer service. If you walk in and don't see an elderly man pretty tall don't bother going in because they will not help you. Only one who helps is the tall elder man which I'm sure it's the owner. Ridiculous season started already and no new jerseys.when I ask them to check other stores for the jersey I want all the guy said was nope I guarantee you nobody has them. Today was the 3rd time I visited this place in North County Fair Mall to look for NFL gear, and that will be the last! First off, there are no customers ever in there which makes it more annoying that their service is always terrible!!! The employees that work there give horrible customer service and have attitude problems. Whenever you ask for assistance, it's feels like you're a nuisance and they'd rather be watching their program on TV. Best to go online and Prime it! I've shopped this chain for a good number of years, and in general, the prices are on the high side for a brick and mortar store, and the sales don't seem to come often enough and are usually a "2-for" deal which can be somewhat annoying to meet. However, the selection and sizes are usually pretty good. But what is 5 STAR GREAT are the CUSTOM jobs. They contract this service out and I'd wish it were a few $ less, but it's top notch work. NO STENCILS nor Silk Screening! It's genuine letters and number in layered colors (if needed, and prices will vary) and STITCHED on like it should be. Not even the Padres stores offers this type of customization :-( I've done my fourth, and probably last custom jersey, but I proudly wear each of them. It really is superb craftsmanship! read more

At times, the staff could be really laid back and just watch sports on the television, while you browse. They don't step in to help you out until you ask for it. I went in here before Christmas and had the nicest young guy help me out. Today I went there to specifically buy a certain Jersey. Walked in only person in store. Worker was obviously working on inventory/paperwork. He never looked up to acknowledge me. I went to Jersey but needed help to get it down walked up to register where he was working waited and waited and waited for him to acknowledge me and help me. Nothing. I finally said I guess you don't want to help me. He looked up at I walked out and never said a word. The worst service. Now I have to go somewhere else to find the birthday gift I was looking for. I've been here a few times and sometimes they're helpful and sometimes they aren't. Very inconsistent service. The prices is what you can expect, not too high. When I went yesterday (2/6/16), 2 employees were just standing around doing nothing, didn't ask if I needed help finding anything, and they were just talking crap on customers who were coming in for Broncos/Panthers gear. They said stuff like "don't be mad at us because we don't have what you're looking for; you're the one who came in last minute"... Things along that line. Which is understandable, but it's very unprofessional to say that stuff when you're working. Save it for when you're off. Not to mention, the smell in this place is awful. Only giving them one star because it is required, they deserve 0. I special order a shirt, nobody bothered to call me about it for 2 weeks when I called they ended up losing my shirt that I had already payed for. I went in for a refund, they basically tried to blame it on everyone and everything else instead of accepting responsible, they called me tell me they found the shirt to come in a pick it up, when I went in they expected to charge me full price even after everything. Then I called the operation manger for the company he said that I could have a discount to go pick it up, I told him that it would be a little bit before I could go pick it up he assure me it would be there waiting for me when ever I did end up picking it up. if that was enough when I go to pick up it was not only on the sales floor to be sold but had a significant stain on the front of it, and on the clearance rack so for all my troubles someone else could have got it for the same discounted price!!!! 100% will never shop here again which is sad because I have made several purchases here!!! read more
