Aloha gang! I needed a new pair of Skechers and drive up to the Skechers Outlet in Escondido. The store was clean and very well organized. They even had a section of shoes that were wide and extra wide fit which is just what I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience A pleasant one I also loved varieties of Skechers they had on hand. They were also running a buy one pair and get a second pair for half price. After taking one of the pair home I decided I didn't like the fit and returned them and got another pair with no questions asked. They just request the shoes are returned in their original box, like new. I'll definitely be back when I'm in need of another pair of shoes. read more

This skechers is in Escondido, California. I was in the area, and my dad needed a new pair of shoes, so I stopped in to get him some new shoes. I was greeted when we came in. My dad is in a wheel chair . The aisles were easy to push him down them. It is wheel chair accessible. Clean store. Professional . Staff was polite, respectful, and professional. They have a nice selection of shoes and boots great prices. 5 stars for professional staff 5 stars for clean store 5 stars for quality and quantity of boots and shoes. First off, store closes today Sunday at 8pm. Came in at 7:30pm and was notified by staff I only had 10 mins to shop...guess staff wanted to go home early during the holiday shopping season. For the goods: I used to come here and buy shoes in the back section where the "clearance" shoes are supposed to be. Would usually get some pretty good deals and would buy a few pairs for everyone in the fam. Prices don't seem too good now. The clearance price is around $50 a pair so not sure how they could call themselves an outlet. Writing this review outside in my car, there are people walking to go inside but staff already locked up for the day before 8pm closing time. SMH read more

Your basic Skechers store with a wide variety of shoes. The prices are hit and miss as some shoes are well below market price while a larger selection offer no discount whatsoever or are even more affordable through Amazon. Best to to your own research. Store is always clean and staff very friendly and attentive if you need assistance. They offer narrow aisles with little to no seating to comfortably try on footwear. Beware of manager Aileen. I brought in an item to this store for return on the last day it was eligible. She wouldn't accept it because she said they counted the day something was purchased as day 1 (so giving you 29 days from day of purchase instead of 30). The Skechers company said several times that was incorrect, which indicates to me that for someone at a manager level to say what she did was dishonest. Unfortunately, the Skechers company kept me on the phone forever, or hung up, or said they'd call back/email back but didn't. Finally said they'd give a refund, but 2 months after they received the return still haven't provided a refund. It's not just Aileen and this Escondido store, but the service of Skechers regarding returns in general, that seems tremendously questionable. read more

This store does not offer curbside pickup, so don't listen to your email if you purchased an item for pick up. The person that answered the phone was really rude! I kept telling him the email was telling me to do curbside pickup up he just kept repeating we don't do curbside pickup. Then update your system! read more

Surprisingly clean and organized with a robust selection. The deals are mild. Not often does a shop open to a bunch of people waiting outside, but in Escondido and when a name brand store like Skechers outlet opens up, crowds are sure to gather. I was impressed by the stores selection and setup. If you're into skechers this is a paradise. Deals? Well most of the prices are standand prices that you would find on Amazon and any other store that sells Skechers. The real deal is the "bogo" which you could save 30 bucks if you bought two shoes. - I saw a pair of shoes I bought two years ago for the exact same price I paid online. So without Bogo it's not really an outlet store. - The real price breaks are found in their clearance rack. - Several staff members available to help. read more

Customer service at this location is terrible. They don't move from behind the register to ask if they can help. When you finally get someone to help they don't finish the job they just walk off and back behind the register leaving you on your own looking for shoes that are in no way organized. Our first time visiting this store. Customer service was great and we walked out with 4 pairs of shoes and 2 bundles of socks for $125.00! They also had a popcorn machine, fresh popcorn! Poor customer service. Girl working today pointed me to the 40% off lowest market price for any clothing over $15. My husband was there for shores so I decided to partake. There were few clothes on sales with XS. I found a black running shirt for $17. She rang up the shoes and shirt. The shirt ran up for $14. I noted that the price was market over $15. She said...yeah..this was marked differently and didn't qualify for the sale. She would not honor the sale although a rack of shirts was market $17. She would not even respond. So I was visiting my sister and had to buy some shoes since I forgot mine. A simple question I asked, turned into a very disrespectful answer. By a male at the store. Training for this unpolite person would be awesome as a new year's resolution. He was also playing/arguing/raising his voice at his two female coworkers that I could hear all over the store. It gives a very deplorable image of what Skechers is all about. Telling me first that he was not on the clock perhaps, then he interrupt the conversation I had with cashier 103092, to tell me that the shoes I wanted were stained because they were 70% off. Nicely laid out store, spacious with pretty much every Sketchers show you can imagine, from work boots to fancy dress shoes...and even a larger than expected selection of outer wear such as shirts, socks and such. However, on this trip I had a pair of shoes in an incorrect size that I needed to exchange. The staff member helped me out it great fashion and got me going in the proper shoes in record time with a smile to boot... and as an added bonus, the hungry 7 year old I had in tow got a little bag of popcorn, which made my life even easier. I love Sketchers! Shoes, socks, boots and even clothing! I have shopped many stores and dropped by today looking for a pair of boots. I had one pair already, but really wanted to get another pair in a different color. Valerie Hurtado greeted me and saw the boots I already had. I did not find them on the Sketchers website so I knew it would only be an in-store item. She confirmed that and looked up what store might be carrying my cozy boots! She even called the only other store that had them to put them on hold for me. She offered assistance in checking out current stock on their new boot styles as well. I promise you I did not receive anything for writing this except exceptionally good service. I am so motivated to tell others about this store that I am writing this before heading off to sleep. Can't remember ever having such a easy time taking something back. Not only did my Christmas Sketchers not come from this store, they weren't even purchased in this state. Never the less, when I called to say the shoes I received for Christmas were a size to small, Valerie told me she would do everything she could to find exactly the same pair in my size. After calling many, many stores and having no luck, she persevered until finally coming up with the one's I wanted so badly. I took the shoes that were to small to the store where I met Shona, these two girls are a delight. They will go out of their way to make your store experience rewarding and you will want to go back, I promise. I can expect the right size of the Skechers I love to arrive free of charge in the mail. Escondido, Saturday 4:00 pm. 3 shoppers in the store and no help...and that's not the worst of it!!!...Large selection but the shoes being displayed are not inline with the stack of shoes above and below; very confusing. I determine pretty quickly my common size (a 9) requires a ladder to get to for most styles, which will require help each time which is a real problem when this store has young people that are not about to help. When I tried to get the young man and young woman to help who were chatting away at the front, I was ignored. I have to go up to the front several times to get one of them to even look my direction. When she finally comes to my aisle, I point to the 8 ft high spot where I think the shoe in question is and the girl says," I thought you knew where your size was before you called me back here?" Then she finds the size, and I have to take the plastic molding out of the shoe myself, as apparently they don't help with that either, and I slash my thumb completely through with the plastic. OUCH...bleeding now, she's two feet from me and doesn't do a thing to help. I ask for a bandaid so I don't bleed on the white canvas shoes I am trying on and she says she doesn't have one. I wrap tissue from the shoe box around my wound and go upfront and ask the same young man who is more interested in the girl than helping me. He says ( and she chimes in simultaneously) the bandaids are in the back and we can't go back there now. I then ask if I can talk to their manager. Together they say he's in the back and we aren't allowed to bother him. I ask for his name; they can't find his card. Oh believe me I will find this manager and he will hear what I have to say, but in the meantime stay away from this store!! read more

Came by this Saturday morning at 1030 am. Sign says they open at 10am. Hard to buy shoes if you can't get in....cams in later with a return and the manager went above and beyond to help find a replacement shoe. Even though the late opening was weird, the service was good and they had popcorn. Overall was a good experience at this store. read more

I'm trying to make before 9:00pm made with 4 minutes to spare. As I walk in immediately as I walk in a worker tells me they're closed and I tell him there's four minutes I'm gonna grab some shoes real quick and rudely he says hurry up and grab what u need. Mind there was other people there. then I ask the cashier who is that guy I talked to when I walked she was like the manager. Come on a person whose suppose to lead and showing workers below him to always help customers they might be getting off work late and just happened to make it there before what I thought is before they closed and be treated in that manner.
