I went into the store knowing exactly what I was there for, no need to try it on or anything. It seemed as though the shift lead or manager was trying to get two employees to separate to say hi to customers and help them, except they stood around laughing and continuing on with whatever conversation they were having instead. When I'd finally grown frustrated enough of waiting for someone to help me was when the shift/manager asked if there was any size I needed, but I told her no as I was so baffled by the employee's attitudes that I chose to buy the shoes I wanted from somewhere else. read more

I came into your store in North county San Diego, Escondido Westfield location.  I purchased a shoe that was displayed for to 29.98. When I got to the register they rang up as 59.98. I informed the gentleman at the register the shoes re displayed for 29.98 and I even showed him the sticker.  He said they were on sale for 29.98 but now they're currently 59.99 so he could not give me the 29.98 price that was marked. I told him that the sticker says 29.98 and he should honor the price that is inside the shoe. He explained to me that he would not give me the price that was displayed because they are no longer on sale and he would have to give me the current price that they are being sold for even though the sticker says a different amount.  I am very disappointed with my interaction and my experience at your location. I don't feel that that was a proper outcome to the situation being that it was not my fault it was displayed for a price that it was no longer ringing up as. Be prepared to pay more than is advertised. read more

Walk in store last week & was pretty disgusted by lack of caution taken by staff. I know its post-COVID time but I talked to three different associates all sounded sick, sniffling, coughing and none of them were even wearing masks. I'd think after everything we went through in 2020 wit COVID management would care a little more for their employees than to have staff in store sick and contaminating product and customers. A previous review where advertised price (sticker on product) does not ring on register, it's still happening here. Please be aware of this that sticker price is not the same as what they scan. It's very dishonest, there was a clearance item marked $5.98 on the hat but rang up at $10.98. I was watching my items as the cashier scanned them (she was looking at each item) and failed to tell me the discrepancy. When I pointed it out to her, she said it was marked wrong and couldn't give me "advertised" price. I was also purchasing a pricey pair of Jordans as an Xmas present. Ended up not getting the hat, due to the principle of them not selling it as marked. A terrible business practice. The return policy is 14 days full refund, 30 days store credit. Ended up our son doesn't like the Jordan's after all so we'll see if they honor their return policy because the cashier said 14 days store credit only (different from what the printed receipt said). Overall, I don't have confidence that this business does the right things. Will not be patronizing this business after this experience. read more

I had a great experience here! Michael assisted me and was very helpful. He asked lots of questions to see exactly what I was looking for (even though I didn't even know) and from the scattered unsure answers I gave him he found a great pair for me! And they were on sale. He has a lot of knowledge about the technology behind Nike shoes and filled me in on it all without being too salesey. Do not I repeat do not order anything from their online store. I placed an order for four pairs of shoes for my daughter on August 1st. The only reason why I place the order online is because her size wasn't available in store. After placing my order I received an email stating that the order was processed and I would receive another email with tracking information. I received a second email three days later stating that my order was placed on hold due to credit card verification. The email stated for me to call the company to assure them that I had placed the order. I'm not sure what the verification was for being that the money had already been taken out of my checking account. I tried calling this door for two weeks straight with no answer I even emailed them with no reply. I received a total of 6 emails telling me to call them regarding my order yet the number they give you is just an automated number and no one ever answers. I even called the store where I was told to place the order and they couldn't even help me they stated that they didn't even have a customer service number which is odd. I had to call my bank to dispute the whole transaction and now I'm left with trying to find my child school shoes elsewhere. If you are thinking about placing an order with this company beware they will not respond to emails and they do not answer your phone calls this was my first and last time ever shopping with this company. read more

Sergio is always great! My last experience at this location was with Susana and she was absolutely awesome, she was so patience, great to talk to, really personable, honest, friendly just overall great customer service from her. She made sure I really liked the shoe before buying them, because she is a shoe junkie like myself. Another thing I liked was when I was buying the shoes from Sergio I noticed she clocked out, This is great because it means she spent time that she was either supposed to be off or at lunch helping me and I felt no rush or pressure to make a decision. Great selection of shoes, but horrible staff and customer service. Everyone seems inconvenienced to be there and just waiting for their shift to be over. Went there twice in a few weeks because decided to return a shoe I never wore... but I missed the two week refund deadline so I had to exchange the shoe instead (return policy should be 30 days). The original purchase and the day of the exchange I pretty much got the same lame customer service. The most annoying part is asking an employee for the shoe I need, then they go tell another employee to go get it... it's bizarre, like they are just happy to pass the buck to someone else to go find the very product they are selling. And regardless of which employee is handed the task to get the shoe for the customer, it takes forever for them to reappear with the shoe. Lucky for them they have a great shoe selection to override the employee situation. read more

Let me start off by saying, I created a Yelp account just to rave about an employee. So last week my family and I decided to spend the day shopping. My husband has been looking for new running shoes for a long time now, trying to venture out of his Nike free runs. We had the privilege of Michael helping us out. He was nice, friendly, and approachable. He was patient while my husband tried on multiple different running shoes. He also had great recommendations and advice, to help narrow down and purchase what was best for him. We loved the store so much, we decided to get my 1 year old daughter's converse there. Which we could've purchased anywhere, but I wanted to help Michael out with a little extra commission. While checking out we didn't get the usual, "Who helped you today?" When I asked if they received commission, he explained with a huge smile how they didn't, he just loved his job and loved helping people. Hands down the best experience I've had at a shoe store.
