The employees were nice, and the store itself is smaller compared to other Kohl's locations. I placed an order for store pickup. The reception in the area can be a little spotty, but you can log into their Wi-Fi--which is a helpful tip. Their Sephora section is also very clean and nicely organized. They do carry home décor and bedding, but the selection is limited due to the store's smaller size.

I tried to return a new item with tags still attached just outside of 90 days not knowing about their changed policy & was greeted with a rude clerk who refused to even give a store credit & stated there was nothing they can do. I also filed a complaint via Better Business Bureau & company responded with "they really don't care & it is my responsibility to look at policy at the register or website." I feel this is very unfair considering their long standing 180 day return policy & not printing their new policy on the receipt.
