Nothing on the shelf that was indicated they have on the website. Not one individual came to me to ask if they could help with finding something, help with my search, or purchase. I were mislabeled on the shelf, some without price tags. Then when I found what I wanted, there wasn't a box for it, missing the quiver, missing the arrows, and these were supposed to come with the bow. No one had any archery knowledge, or willingness to help. Honestly, this store is in desperate need of real leadership and trouble shooting. FROM LEMONS TO LEMONADE From the time I purchased my soon to arrive item on December 1, 2025, my customer experience was a NIGHTMARE. (And, it confounded me because I have previously spent big bucks as an established customer and that this purchase was a high dollar product.) From misinformation on the website about the product being in stock (when it was not), to lies and false promises from the call center agents (the first 2x I called about my order) and then being told that employees of a sister-store (that actually had the item) would NOT communicate nor comply with a co-worker's request for help/information (which I found to be incomprehensible and totally shocking and unacceptable), it was frustrating, upsetting and nerve-racking because the clock was ticking to earn a Rebate from the manufacturer for the product by Dec. 31, 2025. And until about, the 15th, when I finally reached call center rep "Kevin" who kept his WORD and got me in touch with Isaac B., the Assistant Manager for Customer Service, who turned out to be my savior and the man who turn my disaster of a transaction from lemons to lemonade !! So, to sum up KUDOS to Isaac B. (who became my Santa Claus) and commendations to Kevin & Andy (in Billing) and honorable mention to Amanda the last call center rep who listened and followed-through. As a side bar, this gift to myself is sort of a Bucket List item to remotely bring a little happiness to myself due to the 39 year loss of my 2 children, who were kidnapped in 1987 and who have NEVER been found. So THANK YOU for a great man like Isaac and those members of his team who truly understand the concept of Customer Service and how it can impact not only a customer but also another human being. Terrible service, waited for over an hour for representative to help. The only attendant working at the time said he was busy helping another customer only to see that they weren't actually helping a customer but asking them about what hobbies they liked. when the attendant was finally done then they ask what they could help with only to inform me after waiting an hour that they couldn't help me because they stopped selling firearms at that time read more

ZERO STARS!!! This company states they provide "great care and great service" but they don't care a bit! Ordered a pair of Medium-Large "Heat" gloves on line, paid for shipping, received the gloves that are very strangely sized--way too big. Called their customer service line and wasted nearly 40 minutes of my time--only to be told they could not refund my money, nor could they exchange them for a smaller size. THAT IS NOT GREAT CARE OR GREAT SERVICE! I just looked up their PATHETIC BBB rating--a 1.25 out of 5!!! Wish I would have screened them before ordering. Very disappointed in this company. On June 17, 2025 I placed an order for two boat seats. I received a confirmation email stating my order was place and should be delivered by June 20th. The charge was debited from my account on June 18th. The email came with a tracking number that never worked. The order was not delivered by the 20th. I continued to check the tracking number but never had any updates or new email. I called customer service number which was for the Nebraska store. They referred me to the North Dakota store where they said my order was shipped from. I spoke to customer service and they stated they would ship another set of seats out to me. They never arrived. I called again and they said they would ship again. I then received one seat. I gave it a few more days thinking they may come in separate boxes. When I spoke to customer service once again she stated that corporated was tracking the packages down and that they had shipped FIVE to me with only one arriving. Now it is July 21st and still not seat. I called corporate customer service and after 20 minutes on hold she stated that the seats were out of stock and that I would only get one. They said I should be getting a credit for the seat I never received. I questioned her as to why the previous customer service people were telling me they were shipping me more when obviously they never did. I am giving 1 star only because I can't give a zero. I am very upset that I was constantly given the run around from customer service and strait up lied to about five seats being shipped to me. Lying to customers is unacceptable. read more

Was in a while back and nice store. However this short employee with glasses and a bearded who claimed to be the store manager was extremely rude! I want to shop here, but not if it under his management. He seems very controlling and if I was his employee I'd leave him high and dry. Is there a "zero" star. Ordered hiking shoes. After paying, I noticed they were going to send them to a store an hour away - rather than my home. I cancelled the transaction right away. They, of course, charged my credit card already. I called immediately and asked that they send the order to my home. They said they needed to cancel the transaction and that I would get a credit to my card with 7-10 days. That didn't happen. Called again today. Put on hold twice for long periods and they NOW said they cancelled the transaction today. Wasn't done previously. Now refund would take another 7-10 days. This is a good place to start a business.
