The wait became longer ( it's a mix of malfunction and popularity) some days it's good most days bad. After reading this far, And you still decide using spot free. Here's some things you can do. The wash isn't that great so stop at a use the provided windshield wipers to scrub off anything on the windows first. Bring your own spray bottle of diluted car wash solution to get off any bird poop or stubborn stains. Avoid 8pm it's about the time their system resets and issues appear. I'd like to share my experience at this store for the first time last week. I found there has a coupon for a one time free car wash and I signed up. I attempted to use the QR code they sent me but the kiosk machine malfunctioned and repeatedly displayed an error. With no staff present to assist and cars waiting behind me, I was forced to pay out of pocket just to proceed. To make matters worse, due to either a machine malfunction or unclear positioning indicators on the trackless system, the equipment severely scraped my vehicle, leaving highly visible white scratches on the paint. During the wash cycle, I heard a loud and repeated scraping noise as the automated machinery made hard, improper contact with my car. Immediately after exiting the wash, I noticed the damage and finally located an on-site staff. The staff told me to run the car through the wash a second time. While the second wash did not produce the scraping noise(proving that the machine operated abnormally during the first run), it obviously could not wash away permanent physical scratches. The staff then claimed 'it's just water' and it's impossible something touched my car, dismissing the damage entirely. I contacted their customer service; while they refunded the wash fee, they provided a short video footage showing that my vehicle idled forward during the wash, which they claim absolves them of liability. Because this trackless system had zero staff guidance and confusing indicators, the vehicle was placed in Neutral based on standard conveyor car wash practices. The facility didn't provide clear instructions stating the vehicle must be placed in Park. However, this footage actually proves their equipment's severe safety failure: the Laserwash 360 automated mechanical arm collided with and dragged forcefully across my hood MULTIPLE times, creating loud scraping noises and permanent white scratches. Globally advertised specifications for Laserwash 360 state it features an automatic breakaway and emergency-stop safety mechanism upon impact. The footage clearly shows this safety sensor FAILED to trigger an emergency shutdown upon physical contact, which constitutes severe maintenance negligence. As a new paying customer, I entered a facility that had malfunctioning payment system, zero staffing, and a machine with a failing safety sensor. I cannot accept the conclusion that the liability for the paint damage falls entirely on me. Although they initially stated my case would be escalated for management approval, they ghosted me for a full week. It was only after I proactively followed up a week later that they sent a brief, dismissive final response stating: 'Unfortunately, your case was denied. For $17, I was majorly disappointed. There was still soap residue left all over my car after the wash, and my windows were still visibly dirty. When I tried wiping the hood, it left streaks of dirt rather than coming clean, which shows the car wasn't properly washed in the first place. The vacuums weren't all functioning. Car Wash here is touchless and pretty easy. There is only one line and each car can take about 15 minutes or less. It says it closes at 9pm but it was still operating pass 9 and people were still lining up. This one is owned by the gas station I believe so any problems are directed to them. I've had a problem twice where I scanned my barcode for a wash but when it was my turn, the car wash did not turn on. I went to talk to someone and they gave me a card with a barcode and said to scan this. It did not work. I later looked at the card and it was just a barcode to sign up for the membership. Frustrated after waiting in line twice, I just paid for the wash. I think the best way to avoid this problem is to wait for the car in front is done with their wash before you scan your barcode or pay. For one time car wash, they had a $10, $12, and $15 option I believe. I went with the $12. How it works: - Wait in line - Wait until the car in front of you is done before you pay to avoid any problems with payment - Follow the signage for direction. There will be a green arrow if you can drive in or a red x telling you not to move forward - Once you're inside you can put your car in park and the car wash will do the rest - When the car wash is done, drive slowly pass the blow-dryers to dry off your car - At the side of the car wash, they have a vacuum station read more

I love the idea of this car wash and how it's brushless. The issues are: the timing for a new car to enter while my car is still drying is too quick. My car is drying and it triggers a new car immediately which causes the water of that new wash to impact my drying. So I always have to spend significant time hand drying after. I wish there were times I could just do the wash and drive away. Second, the drying hoses seem to be getter shorter and now always powerful. I hate having to rub the hose against my car while drying, they used to be longer not sure what happened.
