I contacted a few flooring places that had good reviews on Yelp and narrowed it down to Arizona Wholesale Floors. We visited this company and they had a large selection of flooring samples. The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. When I say half ass/partial cleaning let me vividly explain. My house was fairly clean before the cleaners came in. When I reached out to Tracie via Yelp I was requesting upkeep monthly services, nothing major, sweep, mop, vacuum, windows, most importantly dust!!! I feel like the cleaners walked into my house (I was at work), looked around and said "Easy money" because it wasn't much to clean per se, I needed housekeeping, literally. I feel completely scammed. So when I say half ass, here's what I mean. The workers wiped the refrigerator off, but didn't clean the outside of the ice maker (see pics). The cleaners took the trash out in all of the bathrooms and bedrooms did NOT sweep around the trash cans. They cleaned the inside of the toilet but didn't have the decency to clean the actual toilet seat. I left it up and it was still dirty. I shut the door to use the bathroom and noticed all the same dust and dirt in the corners of the bathroom that were there before I left that morning (see pics). They cleaned the shower but didn't bother touching the tub. I fell asleep on the couch the night before and left the pillows as they were. When I came home they were the exact same way!! There was still crumbs on the counter from my toast I made that morning. I swiped my hand across the counter ... yup ... hasn't been clean! I saw vacuum lines in my master bedroom but none on the steps. Lastly, Tracie Clean chargers $5 per window. No problem! Great. That $5 per window does not include the window sills ( that was not explained in the initial consult) so they were left filthy. My cleaning was initially supposed to be for 3 pm. Tracie texted me around 1 and said they finished a job early and wanted to come and start mine. Great! Around 5 when I was on my way from work she texted and said done ... here's the invoice. I'm thinking wow! 4 hours of cleaning. It's gonna be spotless. Nope! It was the same damn way I left it that morning. I was so disappointed! I reached out to Tracie and said, Tracie I want to share this with you before I share it with Yelp. Your workers came in and did close to nothing. They didn't even fake me out by moving anything around. Everything on the counter in my bathrooms and kitchen is the same. They literally "wiped" around everything." She said that was unacceptable. They were "new workers and in training". She said she would personally come out to clean and correct everything. She seemed apologetic but didn't come out to correct anything as she said she would. I feel like I've been scammed completely. Never mind those two 5 star reviews. I'm not even sure if they're real. I've never stirred my followers wrong, so ... here's the real deal!!

Where to start... they were two hours late... they came in here wiped some things down but the…read moreentire job was half assed...I paid extra to have my walls cleaned.. my place detailed.. they left dust hanging on all the vents they didn't even take the pictures down like I asked.. there's still dust cobs in the corners... they cleaned inside my toilet but not the toilet itself they didn't take anything off the bathroom counter leaving it dirty underneath.. the floor behind the toilet was left undone... the bathroom ceiling had mold i paid to have cleaned but wasn't...the floors they mopped had residue you can see... the ceiling fan was not done... so much dust... It was my stupid ass fault that I paid her before I looked at the work... She charged me $400 For a detail clean on a 900 foot square apartment and I didn't even get a regular house cleaning... She sent people to do it, she didn't do it herself and when I asked her to come back and look at the work that wasn't done she said she would, she scheduled a day to come back then didn't show and has been ghosting me ever since... It's been 2 weeks since she cleaned and she still hasn't come over or she refuses to video call me... I feel like she ripped me off 400 bucks and now I have to pay somebody else to do the work that she didn't do... If I were you I would keep looking to find somebody more responsible and more professional someone who actually knows how to clean...this girl is not it

We got four quotes and Becks came in with the best price and Dave, who took his time to walk our home discuss what we wanted in detail was clearly very experienced. The demo was done quickly and without any major dust or issues as we went with the dustless removal. That team was in and out and very profession. No mess either. The tile crew came in the next day and they were clearly very experienced and cared about doing a great job start to finish. Guy and Mike were fantastic though the entire process constantly chatting with us as they went. We had a few small things that needed to be done and Guy and Mike were all over it. The end result was amazing and could not be happier. Becks has a very fair price , great quality work and no hidden surprise. We will use them again on our bathroom remodel and highly recommend.

I needed to extend exiting tile installed 4 years ago by a different company to other parts of my home (master bedroom, walk-in closet and office). I had additional tile for them to use. They matched it up perfectly, executed as promised and left the place 100% clean. The entire process was so easy: I measured the room and sent pictures. I got a bid with-in hours and they schedule my install. They showed up on time, were very courteous and talked through any issues they encountered. I liked them so much I had them come back out the next week and install more tile. This is a company you keep in your contact list and refer.
