I was tired of paying hundreds of dollars for someone to essentially wash and massage my face but not thoroughly get to the root of the infection. Hannah went straight to the point and told me this is basically not a relaxing type of facial but one that cures the face. She started by deeply exfoliating the face to remove the dead skin and then did the extractions. The extractions HURT but it's the only way to ensure the breakouts dont return. You must get the blackhead out from the root and that's what she does. She explains your skin type and what's happening to your skin and what's the plan to get you to healthy skin. She also recommends products that she doesn't even sale which to me is a green flag. Hannah also ensures you know the price of things beforehand so you're not shocked at the end and get a change to agree or not. My face looks insane right how so I make sure to carry a reusable face mask when I'm in public because it looks like I got attacked by bees lol I can't wait to see what my skin will look like in the next 3-6 months.

Before I ever lived in NY, I heard about how Bonnie gives "the best facials in existence" from my entire family. No surprise that she has all 5 star reviews on Yelp. The experience was somehow even better than anticipated. Bonnie is a real master of her craft. She can and will restore even the most inflamed irritates and stressed out skin. She has all the knowledge and training of from her years working in dermatology, her expertise is clear, but so is her CARE. She cares for her clients and their skin. Also she is so kind and sweet. We did a deep cleaning (because my skin needed it!) A peel and LED light therapy. With Blue and red light. The Blue kills the bacteria and red heals the skin and its anti aging, but with one treatment you get a nice glow. While I don't care much about having a tan, I do value the bacteria zapping benefits and found the warm light to be very relaxing. Can't tell you how bad my skin has been due to stress and masks etc., It feels really wonderful to have my skin deeply and thoroughly cleaned by a professional. Not only does my skin feel and look better, I feel more relaxed. Bonnie also gave me tips to improve my skin care regimen, let me know my current moisturizer is clogging my pores, but suggested a few to try and even wrote out a very helpful post-facial care summary for me! Bonnie was so lovely and so careful. She had a mask and visor on, every patient completes a COVID safety form *before* their appointment and theres plenty of hand sanitizer and extra masks when you get there. I had a few painful ear pimples from mask wearing and Bonnie got them (without me having to she did cleaned every zit behind my ears under my chin on along my hairline). She also gave me a clean mask to wear home! Bring an extra mask so you don't have to put your dirty mask on your newly cleaned face! She does have plenty extra in case you forget. I know times are stressful and tough right now, but if you've been thinking about prioritizing your self-care and skincare, I couldn't recommend Bonnie enough!

And while we accomplished a lot of lifting and sculpting to my face which Joyi did beautifully, I could've done some add-ons like extractions and such but I chose not to and I'm regretting that because I think if you get both done at the same time (although more costly) I think I would've had an even better result that was more long lasting because the lymphatic facial results didn't last until the next morning, but I think it was important to get the fluids moving in my face and my aesthetician accomplished that effortlessly! Joyi did a great job of educating me when I asked questions about the order of products that go on the face and what pressure to use with gua-sha WHILE also allowing time of no talking so I could relax and enjoy her treatments. Truly couldn't ask for an aesthetician more suited for my preferences :-) The room is less than semi-private with just a sheer curtain which is why I'm docking a star. I could hear the other patient chatting during her entire facial which got distracting but every one of their staff members was whisper quiet so the patient volume is really out of their control. The staff did a beautiful job overall from the front desk being sweet and chatty to the very well maintained interior with clean/very comfortable beds and blankets provided. I've included my after shots in the photos but did not remember to take any befores! Trust my face was lifted and sculpted to the nines. This would be great for pre-wedding or before any big event.
