They are located on the 1st floor of a residential community, their studio is actually pretty nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the mani and pedi they gave me was just not up to par. The receptionist was really nice but was a bit flustered when another customer and I showed up at the same time. Seemed like there may have been a bit of confusion on our reservations but she sorted it out. She did the facial for the other customer, and she told me that the nail person was coming in shortly and had me seated in the nail room first. Literally only fits one person, so I think they can only accommodate one nail appointment at a time. The rest of the rooms seem like they are for massages/facials. Not sure if she was late, or called in last minute because they were unaware of the appointment, but she arrived maybe 10 minutes late? She also didn't speak any english at all so it was a lot of hand signaling (which was totally fine, but just FYI). No biggie she was a bit late, but you could tell she was rushed throughout the whole appointment. At first it may seem like it's an OK job, but upon further inspection, you can really see the results of her rushing the paint job. On every finger, I'm seeing mini air bubbles everywhere, and two of my fingers have already chipped a few hours later. Don't really know how clean their tools are either, they are definitely not coming out of any vacuum sealed packages. Now my eyelids are so tense and wide open - I look like a crazy mass shooter- and I have severe eye strain. I confirmed with someone who answered the phone that the injector did indeed add units that did that. Again... without asking me if it was ok. For some reason the person who I spoke to on the phone thinks a consultation will help. However, I already know from experience that once they inject it the only thing that works is letting it wear off and I have to have severe eye strain for 3 months. The injector was also very careless and I bruised like never before. She even just felt sloppy and inexperienced. I'll never go back again. Nothing like the feeling of waking up with eye strain when your eyes should be relaxed! And the shape of my eyes is so terrible and embarrassing.
