You really got me on that one! Also, something being organic does not automatically make it better for you. Lead is also organic. While we are on the whole eco thing, glass bottles can also be recycled without all the ink on boxes as well as the plastics involved, as an aside. I will strive to not be ignorant and improve my palate by drinking more box wines. I thank the management for their response as it provided a negative image I was not previously aware.

I popped in to sit at the bar, and the bartender, RB, was happy to answer questions about booze on tap and in the cooler. I'm a big fan of stouts, so I had an Irish stout so tasty I had to take a second home. RB taught me a really cool fact, too: if you buy the booze to go it's almost half the cost! This place has a great vibe, kind regulars at the bar who are happy to strike up a conversation, AND RB has recently invented a new shot that is a real panty-dropper, the "Muscle Mommy."
