My alignment was off by 2 degreesafter they did it. so when I checked on the cars computer it wasn't even calibrated right. At 0 degrees, the car would turn to left slightly when driving. So whatever alignment they gave me on the paper was wrong and wasn't correct . It was a very rough alignment and it only took 20 minutes. Should've known better than to come here. Not even gonna try to come and get it fixed here just so they can f*** it up worse . In addition , guess what they did ? They tilted my steering wheel on the measurement to make it look like it was misaligned when in reality it was perfect before hand, but it was my fault and I told the guy I had recently hit a small bump and wanted to do alignment . Well he took advantage of that and tilted my steering wheel to make it look like it was worse than really was . Honestly my alignment was perfect before coming here . But i love my car so much I couldn't wait to get an alignment done at Subaru so I can here . Well big mistake . Literally it's like they just positioned the wheel to look straight at a glance and we're like "yup" looks straight enough ! They even put "sensor calibration". Didn't know sensors are off by 3 degrees when you calibrate them . Lol. Also, my car smelled like oil inside and coolant . Really hope they didn't get my seats dirty , but they're black so I can't really tell. Parking lot is super small and they park the cars super close to each other . Saw a worker open a clients door and hit another car with the door . Do not come here if you care about your car . The alignment they do is very crappy, but then again it's a chain where people there have been there for about 2 weeks probably lol. TO Be specific , RAMON was the one ringing me out and bascially f***** me over . I'm so stupid for thinking a Firestone place could take care of my car well . Don't believe me ? Look at the alignment I had days before coming , and then the measurement they took after I hit a small bump . By the measurement they gave me , my wheels should've been twisting and turning and squealing from how bad the toe was . Well , that wasn't the case and my car was perfectly fine before , but I was just stupid enough to think these guys could look at my car for me . The tire wouldn't hold air, and Pacheco's was nearby, so I stopped in. I was told the tire couldn't be repaired, which I understood. They said they had one tire in my size, used, for $80. Given the situation, I felt pressured but went ahead with it. To be fair, the tire was a Continental and appeared to be in very good condition--solid tread, no visible issues. I was even told that this tire was "gold," hard to come by, and that I had lucked out. Three days later, I decided to replace all four tires at another shop. Since Pacheco's had spoken so highly of the tire they sold me, I figured I'd sell it back. When I returned, I was told to speak with the owner. That's where things took a turn. The owner looked at the tire and said he would give me $5, claiming it wasn't perfect and that they have plenty of these in stock. That directly contradicted everything I was told just days earlier. When I questioned it, the response was essentially "$5 or nothing." So which is it? A rare, valuable tire--or one worth five bucks? I walked away disappointed and honestly disgusted by the dishonesty. I kept the tire as a spare since it's apparently "not perfect." This kind of inconsistency and misrepresentation is not good business practice, especially when someone is already dealing with an emergency. I hope others pay close attention. Don't take advantage of customers in vulnerable situations, and don't say one thing only to completely reverse it later. Trust matters.

I suspect he was angry because an old woman didn't go along with his manipulation. I paid $20 for the tire plug after talking to a younger Hispanic male at the shop.
