This was my first and last time coming here. I only came here because I saw a flyer on their instagram that they were advertising 10% off all services for memorial day weekend. I called the day before to make sure the deal was valid and the person who answered the phone said yes. I got a pedicure and I am not satisfied with the service at all. My French tip came out very sloppy and crooked. Now one of my toe nail looks crooked because the lady drew the French tip crooked. The lady who was doing my pedicure kept taking breaks from doing my pedicure to text on her phone....maybe that's why she painted my nails so horribly? Then when it was time to pay they didn't want to give me the deal because they said I had to sign up through text messages etc? No where on the flyer did it say anything about receiving a text message that states you get 10% off. Yet, the flyer for 10% off is still up on their instagram page.

I came here for the first time this weekend by a referral from a friend of mine. I called last minute and they were able to book me for the next morning, just in time for my trip! Lynn did my pedicure and eyebrows. And I know y'all know how picky we are about who does our brows, but I give it a try and she definitely came through! The place is beautiful and clean and up-to-date. I will definitely be coming back for Lynn!

My go to in Lancaster! From hospitality to great customer service! Lynn helped me with my pedicure, making sure I was happy with the Gel Set, the temperature to the water, stones, and hot towels. I then decided to get a manicure while set since I'm on vacation, Tom was extremely nice, quick and detailed. Lyynn made small talk, and noticed I do my own eyebrows (it's been a minute since I've made time for them) I decided to give it a shot, and she did a GREAT job! She showed me the shape that she was going for and where I shouldn't be plucking too much hairs from. Lynn was so sweet and attentive, love this spot. If you haven't tried I highly recommend, and maybe let Lynn wax you to beauty

VIVIAN CHANGED MY LIFE! All I can say of that Vivian made me a believer that I too can have baddie nails!! I came into the shop on a whim, googled literally "best nail salon near me". Spring Nails popped up with not only the most reviews, but the best as well. Didn't have to tell me twice... went straight there from far east Palmdale and was NOT disappointed. The shop itself is VERY clean. Very nice and organized with checking in. I've never been to a nail shop like this one! I was very excited and intimidated because it has been YEARS since I had my nails done. Everyone else looked like regulars so I really didn't know what to expect as a new customer. Enter Vivian. Such a sweet, hilarious, and humble young woman with great professionalism. I couldn't believe how well we hit it off. I came in not knowing what I wanted AT ALL and she was so patient with me. She went over all the different options and their pros and cons. I changed my mind several times before I actually landed on a final look. With each and every step, Vivian would ask me what I thought and if she needed to change anything. She said that she loves working with the customers step by step to make sure that they are happy and feel pretty " Everyone deserves to feel pretty." She said. "You are spending a lot of time and money here and I want you to leave feeling pretty!" And let me tell you how amazed I was at the results! I literally teared up cuz I was on my way to celebrate my 10 year anniversary and had no idea that I was going to get my nails done the day before. All that to say, I am so elated that I decided to go to this shop and that I just so happened to get Vivian at that exact time. God truly answered my prayers for a fantastic turn out cuz I really didn't know what to expect! I am a customer for life!! Thank you Vivian!! Thank you Spring Nails!

I had the pleasure of working with Henry and Luna for our girls night pedi session and this is by far the best pedicure place I have found in the valley not only is it clean, beautiful and professional. We were given waters. We were given candy. I went in for a relaxing pedicure and ended up leaving with a painful cut on my toe and a terrible experience and a visit to urgent care! During the pedicure, the nail tech cut me badly enough that I started bleeding and it wouldn't stop bleeding for about 20 minutes. They tried to get it to stop bleeding by pouring some white powder and SUPER GLUING my cut. The whole appointment was spent in pain instead of being relaxed. They still tried to paint my toe but I refused due to the amount of blood crust that had built up on my toe and the amount of pain I was in. So I didn't even get to have my complete pedicure. What bothered me even more was that they still tried to charge me the full $60 for the service with a slight discount of $15!!! Even though I left with an injury instead of a relaxing pedicure AND a visit to urgent care. The lady who cut me was very apologetic and I understand mistakes happen but the way the guy at the front was handling it was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. This felt unprofessional and inconsiderate. Cutting a client to the point of bleeding and then expecting them to pay full price is unacceptable. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone who cares about hygiene, safety, and basic customer service. I included pictures of my injury to hopefully prevent someone else from having to experience this.

Your appointment means nothing here. They don't run on time. And they're annoying about upsells and add-ons. They do an OK job once they're working on you, but I can't make any positive comments about people who waste my time. Tonight, on my third and final attempt to like this place, I had a 6:15 p.m. appointment. I walked out with a basic mani and pedi at 8:55. After they seat you, you're still waiting, but your feet are already in the water. To stay or to go? I couldn't just leave because I couldn't find anything else open and tomorrow is my in-office day. Pfffft. So frustrated. read more

They are amazing! They always make sure your nails are exactly how you want it. I got a basic pedicure with gel French tips and paid 55$. They are very open about their pricing and will let you know the price of service before they start on your nails. I had just got my nails done somewhere else and just wasn't happy with them. Did some looking on google and found this place. Cindy did my nails and I'm so in love with them. They're beautiful! Honestly, I've been getting my nails done for a long time and haven't had my nails look this a good in a long time! Another thing worth mentioning is, is the lady you checked me in was so sweet. Sorry to say this is an extremely long review..I am new to the area and I was looking for a new nail salon so I read the reviews and thought this place would be perfect. The first time I came I made an appointment and requested a deluxe manicure with gel and when we got to the salon they just took us right away and gave us both just a regular manicure with a gel add on..The salon itself was very clean and they have a lot of good color choices..That appointment ended with a 1 minute oil massage, not 3 minutes as stated on their website. I left feeling okay considering I liked the color choice and the work she did on my nails..so I thought I would give this salon another chance..this time I forgot to make an appointment and was actually happy that I was seen right away considering I was a walk in. This second visit in my opinion, was not a good visit. Unfortunately I did not get a name, but the lady doing my nails said that my nails were very weak (which was weird because I had always been told my nails were strong) she told me that she will do a dip powder to make my nails look stronger. I said okay and she did it. Then she put my color choice on top and everything was okay-ish. I was not happy with the filing because it is still sharp on the edges but I was trying to not be picky. I did not realize she had fully completed my nails because all she told me was to go wash my hands. So off I went to wash my hands and literally came back to a new client in the chair I was sitting in. I got zero massage and also was not told by her that I was done or a thank you or anything for that matter. I am not one to go out often or do things for myself but I was still celebrating my birthday so I thought it would be nice to get my nails done and get "pampered" with the spring manicure (I think that is what they call it) which has more included in it..but instead just received a very basic gel manicure for $50.00 Imagine thinking positive, going to go celebrate, get your nails done and coming back from washing your hands to someone else sitting in your seat like if you never existed. I personally think this salon just cares about making money and not about the clients. From what I keep witnessing it is more about how many people can get in and out then making a client feel good about the service received. Very long story to say the salon has pros for the cleanliness and direct work on the nails themselves, but I am not recommending this salon to anyone. If you managed to read my long review, find another salon that actually cares about you as a person and not you as a dollar sign. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE it here. The staff is super friendly and it's such a clean and welcoming environment. They are pretty new to the area, about 7 months they said. It's been really hard to find a good nail salon now and the last place I went to definitely doesn't compare. My grandma and I really enjoyed our experience. She changed her color three times and thankfully they were patient with her I had Tar take care of me and she was wonderful. This place really exceeded my expectations and I'm happy with my results. Hello, I got my nails done at Spring nails & they were done by "Cindy" and she was rushing and I believe probably felt pressured by other woman who came in to get her nails done and was rushing on me... also she did not cut my cuticles and she did not push them back and I got them done about 4 days ago and a part of my nail is already showing because their wasn't enough acrylic on there. She also didn't clean under my nails and it was very messy & had to get them cleaned up by other another worker. I'll definitely come back but will ask for someone else to do them:) read more

I stumbled upon this Nail salon when my son was getting a haircut next door. I came in as a walk in and was interested in a Gel builder manicure since my nails are very brittle and manicures don't usually last me. I had Richie do my Gel Builder manicure and she also helped me pick my color as I can sometimes have trouble picking a color. I'm very happy with my Nails & can't wait to come in! It is clean and they do a pretty good job but they don't have any non-gel (you have to bring your own polish), it's a little expensive for Lancaster, and most frustrating, your appointment time means nothing. Second week in a row I've had an appointment for a specific service and then was made to sit and wait like a walk-in. I am sitting here 20 minutes past my appointment time and still waiting. I came here on a whim since my usual place was closed and I desperately needed a pedicure . We were greeted right away and from the start the customer service was awesome . My 5 yr old was with me and the gentleman at the front desk made sure both me and my daughter were comfortable . He was kind Enough to provide us with drinks and some candy . The place is beautiful , clean and fresh. Whitney did my pedicure and I can say it's the best pedicure I've had since I moved to the antelope valley 3 yrs ago and the prices are reasonable and compete with others in Lancaster . I am giving it two starts because I went in today, second time because they were so friendly the first time but I was so upset after today's visit. They were charging me for gel something I specifically and repeatedly said no to. I did not receive gel and they did not want to charge me for what I got. Another thing I tried tipping the lady who worked on my pedicure (she seemed new) I couldn't find her so her boss said "it's ok I'll give it to her" I continued to look for her and found her and gave her her tip but after giving her her tip her boss was telling her something seemed to me as if he wanted to keep it for himself idk this place son roteros. Had a girls outing with my daughter and friend and they were able to squeeze us in last minute. My daughter had a pedicure and manicure and I had a full set done. This is the only nail shop I come to now. They always execute my designs, exactly like the pictures I show them! My daughter absolutely loved her nails and it was so nice seeing the happiness on her face being pampered. They gave her a keychain of colors so she could pick and the color she picked was so pretty. I had the pleasant opportunity to meet Lynn and Luna yesterday for the first time I just moved to Palmdale and this is my second nail shop I've tried and I'll give them a 10 out of 10 there was a wait, but it was definitely worth it.
