My spouse runs a medical practice is another city; they would not be so unprofessional. I am going to look elsewhere, but I hope the office eventually reads this and realizes they are losing new patients. I'm not holding my breath though as if they don't care about communication, they probably don't read Yelp either. What if an established patient had an emergency?

They charged me for something else entirely. They have a policy in which they will charge you full price upfront for services and the insurance would reimburse you. This should have been my first clue, that something fishy was going on. Long story short they charged me and arm and a leg for something they DID NOT DO and something they knew my insurance won't cover. Please avoid this place unless you don't mind paying hundreds of dollars for routine cleanings.

My first service was a screening and to go over a treatment plan. Believe it or not, I only had 1 tooth hurting me even though after X-rays I was told I need 3 fillings, 2 root canals, 3 crowns and a deep cleaning. I scheduled my deep cleaning and 3 fillings for the following week. While the work looks cosmetically great and I feel more confident about my smile, my mouth has been in constant pain since my procedure which was on 03/31/26. I did go back about 1 week later to have one filling readjusted. While the tooth that needed to be readjusted still hurts when eating, it's the constant throbbing pain I have all over my mouth that's taking me out. As I mentioned above, only 1 tooth hurt me prior to coming in and this is a tooth that needs a root canal and crown so it did not have work on it as I respectfully could not afford to do everything at once. The staff was so friendly and welcoming but I feel uncomfortable going back again.

In fact, they had no record of me in their system at all. Their next available slot? Three months out. I'm sure Dr. Fletcher himself is a great dentist, but I'll never know. His front office is so disorganized that I lost time from work and gained nothing from the process. If you value your time and want a reliable appointment, I'd steer clear--at least until they get their scheduling under control.
