I brought my daughter here for a 2nd opinion concerning braces and the procedure I was told was required by another orthodontist that they remove her 4 top front teeth and place false teeth on her braces, I didn't feel conformable with that suggestion so I went to Lovers Smile after being referred. That was the best decision I made for my child. The staff was so kind and put both of our minds at ease by explaining the issue and different ways it could be fixed. She did need oral surgery still however, they wouldn't have to remove her 4 teeth which for a teenager is a blessing. Dr. Sigurd Enoksen and his staff followed up with us after my daughter had her surgery just to ensure she was okay which made me confirm that they will be the only ones I trust with my daughters dental care. She not only goes for her routine cleanings but has also gotten her braces there as well, which has been a great process. They take the time to tell us her progress and walk us through each next step when we go in for her appointments. Everyone in the office is so kind, caring and intentional from small details to making sure you feel seen and heard. When we go in for her appointments, we are seen almost immediately after signing in which is amazing! I highly suggest taking your family and yourself to see them! read more

Caveat Emptor!!!! I have never had a cavity and have never had any major dental work but somehow this place absolutely demands X-rays every year? Today I refused to give into the astonishing pressure the Dentist tried putting on me. I told them I just wanted my usual biannual cleaning and that I would take responsibility if something was wrong. They asked me to sign an acknowledgement stating the fact that I refused the X-rays, which I did....15 minutes later the dental hygienist comes in putting inappropriate pressure on me once again. She was basically in fake tears stating she didn't feel comfortable cleaning my teeth without the blast of radiation. Forcing patients to undergo regular X-rays, regardless of any obvious dental issues, is not only harmful, but goes against the standards set by the American Dental Association. This place has lost all credibility and I will never be back. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plaque on your teeth! read more

SUSPICIOUS FALSIFIED practices -- DO NOT TRUST THE DENTAL I went to Lover Smile Dental to fix a cavity, but my tooth continued to hurt afterward. I later visited another dentist, who confirmed that the cavity had not actually been treated. I returned to Lover Smile Dental for a follow-up. They told me I needed two additional fillings, and then the front desk staff attempted to charge me extra on the spot. After reviewing my insurance claim, I discovered I had been overcharged by $155. When I requested a refund, the staff refused. Based on my experience, I am very concerned about billing and insurance practices at this office. It appears they may be charging both the patient and the insurance company improperly. This feels unethical and potentially in violation of insurance policies and federal regulations. I strongly recommend being cautious and reviewing all charges and insurance claims carefully if you choose to come here. read more

I have been to this office before, and it was fine. Today I went and when I offered my insurance card I as assured that they had it all squared away already. Then between the exam and the cleaning they came and asked for my insurance card. After the cleaning, they told me that they don't take my insurance and that I owed $137. I don't like it when they tell me one thing on the way in, and something different on the way out. I would go elsewhere for my insurance coverage, but I can just see the front office people sitting there KNOWING that there were going to ambush me on the way out. I'm so angry. I paid the bill, but I can't agree with the business practices of this office. read more

I had an implant done at Lovers Smile Dental yesterday and today I got an email asking for feedback: 5 Stars all the way. This clinic has the most caring and professional staff I have encountered in my 67 years on this planet. The surgery went very well with Dr. Enoksen and his assistants using the latest in computer guided technology to drill and insert the implant in the exact right place. (This is a front tooth with a major nerve ending protruding into the jawbone, needless to say it was important to drill and insert the post well clear of the nerve) This is my second implant with Lovers Smile Dental, in addition to other complicated procedures such as root amputation and laser treatment for aggressive resorption. I live in Florida and buy airfare from Jacksonville to DFW 2-3 times per year to see Dr. Enoksen and his expert team of professionals, money and time well spent. read more

That message appears on the laptop edition, which I only opened for the first time today, so the dentist's good response languished unread for a year! Kudos to this dental practice--from one to three stars-- for responding appropriately, and I will follow up on the offer. I brought my 91 year old mother here for the first time after our old dentist retired. The Staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were so kind, friendly and professional. On Sat 9/12/20 I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Moon. I was aware Dr. Moon was not available because the office had called me on Friday to alert me and said another Dr. Maria (sorry I forgot her last name!) would see to my needs. Maria was wonderful. I spent two hours with her and had a root canal and will come back another day for my crown. She was so wonderful. She's knowledgeable and professional. Her main concern was my comfort and care during this whole process. I can't recommend Maria and Dr. Moon enough. Even on my previous visits this year, I have never had a problem. Everyone is very friendly and professional. During these troubled times they also offered me financial options to help me with my bill, even though I did have great insurance too. Some of my dental issues stem from my avoiding the dentist for several years because I had a few visits with other dentist offices that left me feeling uncomfortable, uninformed, and all around unsatisfied in their services and treatment. Lovers Smile Dental office changed that for me. I now look forward to my visits. I can't recommend them enough to anyone else who needs any kind of dental work. They are courteous, friendly and very passionate in what they are doing for the community. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!\ On Sat 11/21/2020 - I had a follow up visit for my cleaning. The Dentist hygienist was Ricky, and she was terrific. She was courteous and knew what she was doing and did not waste any time. Dr. Maria came in after wards and supervised the final cleaning. Fantastic experience. Friendly staff and doctor. I went in since my wisdom tooth was hurting so bad. I prepared $1000 cash to have an emergency extraction, because I heard every dental office would ask for $200 for each tooth, and mine was emergency. When everything was done, it was only $300 in total for every tooth before insurance (yes, I got them all). That's it. Just this alone it worth a 5 star. read more

I've been a bit reluctant to find a new dentist since my favorite dentist is no longer in town and it's been a journey trying to find a new one that I can commit to. I had driven by Lovers Smile Dental a whole bunch on Greenville and was curious to see a dentist office so close to Greenville where the USPS offices used to me. I decided to pop for my cleaning to see what would happen. Everyone was wonderful during my first visit there. Scheduling was super easy and their hours are super convenient for individuals who work 9-5 jobs. The dental hygienist was super friendly and explained everything she was doing before I was seen by the dentist and after during my cleaning. Dr. Ladak was super knowledgeable the entire appointment and he's one of the few dentists that can get a filling/crown/etc the right height so that I don't have to come back repeatedly to get it filed down. read more
