My only complaints are they don't take credit cards, I was told the flush would be $250. My grand total was $900. They over charge women. I went to fix a flat on my tires and the bolts broke off. So that tells me they over tightened my lugs with an impact gun. Instead of tightening them to specs. I've called them to help resolve my issue. Did not return any of my calls. Both tires cannot be removed because of the bolts one broken and the other lug will not come off. So not only do they lack in CS they over charge, and they will strip your lug down and bolts will be broken. The one day turn around service isn't so great when the overall of your cars care is just ruined. Don't go here if you don't have a man to take the lead on not being taken advantage of. Women have no place or voice here in the south. Go some place else.

A price increase this substantial (50 percent!) should have justified a phone call. When I asked why they didn't call, they said they did but couldn't reach me...I showed them my phone...no call or voicemail was on my phone. A simple apology would have been appreciated. They explained the $600 increase saying they had to find and fix a short. I don't know what their hourly rate is but let's say it's $100/hour...does it take 6 hours to find a short??? Not sure I would trust them or use them again, as much as I like to support small businesses. Very disappointing.

I dropped the car off, and in less than a day I received a call letting me know what all the issues were. (There were wires that had been burnt and needed to be replaced. As well as the A/C compressor was shot.) He explained everything in detail and told me all the options. The shop had my car over the weekend and I got it back on Tuesday. I was able to get a great price for the repairs and the service was unmatched. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! I would take my kids vehicles there to be worked on.

Took my 2022 Telluride here for a rear end repair, was here for 4 months(parts were unavailable for…read moremost of the delay) went to pick the car up and was rejected as there was a lot of unfinished items, went to get the car again and still was not repaired correctly. Ended up taking the car back damaged and settling for a lower amount from the shop. Currently having the car re-repaired(finding a shop to do rework is almost impossible) turns out the car has more work/damage than it originally went in with, about 10k in repairs from a rear corner panel job, 80 of the car had overspray, horrible tape lines, interior damaged from improper window installation. Had to replace most of window trims around the car from razor knife gouges, the list is never ending it seems. Mechanically they repaired the car properly as far as I can tell. I won't be returning to this shop, even for the free oil changes promised for the inconvenience and botched job. Check out how much/thick the body filler is!

1/4/2026 Bad review on W & J Automotive in Clarksville, TN…read more If I could rate him negative stars, I would. I was moving my grand-daughter from the Fort Campbell Army Base back to Texas. (Nov 13-16, 2025). Her 2009 Mitsubishi Galant had a problem that had to be fixed before we could leave the area. Car was blowing only cold air, no heat at all. I look for mechanics in the area, since I was flying in from Dallas, TX, I was not familiar with local mechanics. I called W&J Automotive and explained the problem to Wesley Darnell, the mechanic. He stated he knew exactly what the problem was, so I hired him to fix it. As it turns out, he either did not know, or took complete advantage of the situation. Based on his recommendations because he couldn't solve the problem, we ended up replacing the thermostat first, that did not fix the problem, then the blower motor, didn't help either, then the heater core, the blender door, and some resistor. After all this work was done, the repairs only produced lukewarm air, no heat. Wesley stated that the heat problem would be fixed the longer the car was driven. We left the area on Nov 16, 2025 and up to now, Jan. 4th, 2026, the car is not blowing hot air. Bottomline, we paid him over $1500.00 and the problem never got fixed. I have left phone messages for him several times, and not one response. I am giving this review to warn other potential victims not to deal with business. Frank in Texas.

I've been interested in trading my car in for practicality and finance reasons. I stopped by Monday evening to test drive one of the cars they had on the lot that interested me (mind you, it was used and priced at the same rate as a brand new one) I figured while I was there I might as well have them give me an estimate to see what my trade in would be worth roughly there. Like I said, I bought my car brand new and currently, BRZs in similar conditions to mine are going for around 25k give or take. I left immediately after being offered only 17k. The next day when they tried getting in contact with me again, they proceeded to send me a link to a 2023 Subaru brz with a SALVAGED title being sold for over 18k! After I pointed it out they kept making excuses and tried to gaslight me into thinking that all the cars on the site showed that on vehicle history to try and get you to buy the full carfax... reality was the site they were showing me was selling pretty much all salvaged cars. Anyways, don't be fooled by them and know your cars worth before going if you do!
