It's disgusting and it's way too much for what it is. Little Cesars pizza is $5 and WAY better. They should charge $1 for this food. The pizza is ok. The salad bar is really good. So is the taco bar and the deserts. I like the special stuff they have sometimes like the chicken pot pies. I think the buffet is really cheap for seniors on weekdays. We like the food but that's not why we come. The games and spring town are a lot of fun. We have a blast in laser tag too. I was not such a fan of the place when I would buy game time. The money was gone so fast. Now we come a lot. I buy the ultimate package which includes a buffet. $15 of ticket games, two hours of non ticket games and 6 attractions. Then I get my son a kid buffet. He can play games all he wants for two hours without running out of money. Then the 6 attractions we can both jump on the trampolines, it smokes you! I'm dripping with sweat by time the 15 minutes are over. Then we can ride go carts or play laser tag. More often than not we don't use all 6 attractions and they build up on the card. The employees are fantastic. Many remember us we come so often. They have this super nice guy in the dining area. Eddie, he's awesome. Oh yeah. The themed dining areas are cool. My favorite is the 50's one. And my favorite tip of all for you! Sure there are cups for the soft serve. Pizza Ranch is way better quality, but we chose to come here for the games for our kids only to have 3-4 games take credits off their cards without letting them play. There were also countless games that were broken & unable to play at all. Games are overpriced and a lot of them were out of order. Staff at the prize area are super rude to the kids instead of just listening before interrupting them. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I reserve that rating for places like Annie Gunn's which is a five star restaurant located in a suburb of St. Louis. First let me say that I am a Grandpa and don't usually go to pizza places that cater to a mob of half crazed munchkins who are high on simple carbohydrate drinks and covered with chunks of half digested pizza. For those of you who own a couple of these little creatures, this place is for you - there is a game room, a movie theater and food for your wildlife... for those of you like me, there is also a place where you can dine in relative peace separated from the chaos of skee-ball and video machines. The biggest positive about the Incredible Pizza Company is that the food is varied and pretty good. I have been to several pizza buffets (Pizza Hut and Ci Ci's to mention a couple) and this place blows them away. Although they use a standard, machine produced crust which is just so-so, the toppings and sauce are plentiful and tasty. They also offer other fare such as hot dogs, taco makings and egg noodles and roast beef (to mention a few) that will appeal to people or kids who don't like pizza (if there is such a creature on this planet). I also tried the lasagna and spaghetti and found both to be very good. My wife availed herself of the salad bar (which I avoid when stuffing myself with pizza) of which she approved and applauded. The price is very reasonable (especially for the post 55 year group), the food is good and the place is clean and well decorated. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a huge smile and great attitudes. This was my families first time visiting and it was huge and very clean! The gentleman that rung us in was so nice he explained everything great customer Service! The Pizza was pretty good there are a lot of options and they will make you a special pizza if it is not on the buffet bar. There are a lot of good choices which was nice. We had a soccer team that wanted to go. It closed at 8 and it was already 7. I called informed them that we wanted to come but had a group of about 25, didn't want to be rude so wanted to make sure it was okay. They said yes so I asked if they would have plenty of food for all of us I was told yes. There was plenty of deserts plenty of taco stuff but very little pizzas. Then the food was just okay. The kids enjoyed the arcade so I guess that's why it gets 3 stars. If you r wanting to Entertain your kids this is the place to go however if you were looking for good food this is not. read more

We went on a Saturday as a family to celebrate my sons 6th birthday. We had a blast! We bought 2 of the ultimate plays ($36.99 each) and then 2 adult buffets. We ate lunch, played for over two hours (thanks to the two hour unlimited games) and then ate again for dinner! I only gave them 4 stars because each time we ate we had to wait for pizza, it's gone as soon as it's put out. I'm amazed at the quality of their food, the polite and considerate staff and the size of the restaurant. Taco, pizza, pasta, hotdog, salad, Swedish meatballs, ice cream as well as other naked deserts are superior to most regular restaurants. AMAZING staff and facility- I had to host a party of about 160-170 college aged girls, and this event was surprisingly easy to plan! I emailed and talked on the phone with Zack, who gave me details and help on different packages. The day of the event, I came in and they had the food ready for all 170 of us at the exact time we wanted, and they didn't run out! We celebrated our son's adoption at Incredible Pizza and I have to say the only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect would be gluten free pasta! LOL the kids had loads of fun in a wonderful family environment and the food bar had a vast variety of food for the entire family. Which is fine with me because it is one really good pizza with plenty of toppings to choice from. The pizza crust they have available by request also had a number of allergy free items listed. Game and ride attendants were extremely unprofessional. They were very difficult to understand while explaining the rules of laser tag and go kart racing. The boy who was doing all the announcing during go kart racing was impossible to understand. I had no idea what the rules were and had to just guess while we were racing. At one point I heard him say "that's your third warning" but I had no idea what he was talking about or who he was talking to. While we were waiting to start the race the attendants were talking and gossiping with each other and moving very slowly. At one point my husband and I were buckled in and ready to start the race the 2 attendants walked away from us and talked for three or four minutes before coming back to turn the cars on and we were the only two people waiting for the race. read more

Fun place for kids with decent pizza. I have been there 3 times. One time the guy making the pizzas kind of gave my sister a hard time but she is a difficult customer. They have a good salad bar for healthy eaters and if they don't have the pizza you want out they will make it and bring it to your table. This is a great place for kids and kids at heart. Their food is better than you would expect....I thought it was just a pizza place, but was happy to find baked potatoes, salad...even a pretty good meatloaf and various pastas. Look for a coupon for the games they aren't priced as cheap as Chuck E Cheese, but the games are better than Chuck E Cheese. Go there for lunch if you want to steer clear of the kids unless you see more than one school bus in the parking lot...I got lunch for under $7 bucks and it included drink, buffet and dessert... Customer service is nonexistent. First of all, you are blocked from coming in until you pay. Okay, I'll pay but I don't want the negative message associated with that. I can't imagine walking into a restaurant or store without having to pay first. So you don't feel appreciated at the first step inside their door. I have been to Incredible Pizza on several occasions. I went during college several times and I've been with family other times. For both groups of people, it was a great time. They have a great selection of pizza, dessert and salad bar. The game room has changed a little over the years, but it is still the best place to go for pizza and entertainment. My kids loved the games,especially the 'Toddler Area'. There is a laser tag room now, plus the go-cart track. The movie rooms are a unique idea and show an eclectic range. I think I saw Popeye with Robin Williams last time I was there. It's a lot of stuff for a good price. read more

The restaurant part wasn't the cleanest but the food wasn't bad, but when we went to the gaming room it wasn't like it used to be all the games were rigged if u get something it would drop it and it wouldn't be fun I had a $50 game card and in 10 mins it was down to $6 and I only won 1 thing out of my like 20 tries so don't try the claw machines. Then the other games if I would press a button it wouldn't work but when I don't it does random things. So overall my experience wasn't that good. It used to be much better in 2015-2018. read more

Go on a Thurs! They double the $ you put on your game card w/ each buffet. And fill out their surveys, you get $5 for them. So, What I do is fill out one or two surveys from past receipts, and get a CHILD buffet for my kid.. And a $25 on a card that they double. So I'm getting a $60 card-- for $25! read more

While the menu crushes that of Chuck-E-Cheese's, the games are near bankrupting in cost. Lots of trick-shot, carnie, truck stop-type, teen or adult skill level games that will drive your under-16-year-old insane with frustration. That said, the pizza is excellent, and the venue is clean.
