Staff are incredibly polite, dedicated and go the extra mile. We were in the weekend of the 14-15 November 2025 for the Kilo Company Graduation at MCRD - Parris Island. Needless to say; things were busy. Nevertheless, staff ran things well. Free Morning Breakfast could have been a bit better; - Nevertheless - Fairly priced. We had an issue with the Remote Control to our TV and the Front Desk Gal - came directly up and sorted us out. Far from a luxury hotel; - Regardless - things were clean and the place was orderly. They have a nice outdoor poor for the season; - I would likely return to this location. Very busy place and lots of food and convenience options nearby. We were pleasantly pleased with our stay. I believe this is the only Marriott brand facility in this location. Semper Fi!

Ms. Karen on checkin was a dream. We exchanged pleasantries and she accommodated our request for a room near the elevator. There were a few bumps and noises over heads occasionally, but mostly we didn't doesn't much time in the room other than sleeping. The facility was quite clean and we had a full room cleaning g after the second day -upon request. The breakfast was okay and the two people in that area over the weekend were nice. They kept the area clean. The young lady "Kyanna" was pleasant at check out. Hopefully I didn't butcher her name. I would recommend staying here.

Shitty stay, literally. Arrived late night and pulled back the sheets to find curly hairs and a legit shit stain on the sheets. Moved rooms, still found curly hairs on half the towels. Didn't look like any surfaces had been wiped down. Would not recommend.

May 21-24,2023 Booked through the Marriott site as I get reward points. Unfortunately it wasn't as centrally located as I would have liked. Actually it was in a bit of a depressed area. So why the three star review? My husband loved the room and slept great. That was music to my ears. Note this hotel was extremely effected on no help so you are lucky to find someone to check you in. Once that occurs forget it that person is gone she is either vaping outside or gone. Our stay does include a free breakfast of cereals, waffles and fresh fruit. We did have the coffee and hot tea. After our first night I tried taking a shower but their shampoos and body wash were faulty and were sealed shut. So hubby had to find someone and got the girl from the breakfast bar to get new shampoo and soap. By this time I already got out of the shower and wrapped my self in a towel to wait. So glad we weren't in a rush to go anywhere. Finally the lady from the breakfast bar brought us two bottles that would open. She said they all came in faulty. Doesn't anyone in management run this place and check? Also note no housekeeping services until our last day of a three night stay. Again the only reason they get a three star is that hubby was able to sleep. Would I stay here again while in the area NO. Parking was free that too gives them a star.

We booked this hotel after a bad experience at the Bestwestern Plus Airport Savannah, we usually stay at Marriott or Hilton properties anyway and the reviews on google, Yelp and trip advisor all looked good for this place. It's a clean hotel both inside and out, the rooms as usual were clean and the beds are always amazing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, very quiet in the evening with very little to no noise even with our room location. The pool is small but very refreshing and they also have 2 umbrella tables and a few lounger chairs and small tables, the pool is accessible with a lift for people with disabilities also. They have laundry, a fitness room and the breakfast area was large with good selection of food, snacks and beverages for all food types including vegetarian. It's in real close proximity to lots of food options and even shopping and the downtown Beaufort, definitely worth the stay and we had a great view also. Would highly recommend if you are looking for comfort and convenience. Thanks for a great experience.

    Fraser family thanks YOU!

What a well run Hotel! The staff was kind, courteous. Special shout out to Daveisha for being so helpful and pleasant. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Best hotel stay for me in years. Thank you Marriott.

Through our research, we finally settled on 607 Bay Inn and I'm glad we did. We were graciously welcomed upon arrival and given a lay of the land which included two communal kitchens, the veranda and balcony, and our room. Our room was situated on the second floor at the back of the house. Each room has its own private bath. We also received vouchers to be used for breakfast at our choice of a couple of different eateries downtown. 607 Bay is easily within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as the waterfront. The inn has delightful waterfront views itself. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony as well as our evening nightcap. It wasn't until a few years ago that I realized I had an appreciation for architecture, especially that of the previous century or two. This inn has that charm in spades. Though the essentials are updated as you can see from the pictures, the old wooden floors have a creak to them and the doors to the front of the house have notes on how to open them with ease. It's a charm that, to me, is priceless. Everything at the inn was well appointed. We had zero issues during our stay. If we're ever back in the area, staying here again would be an easy yes for us. I would recommend it for you as well.

I visited the Beaufort Inn with my husband on a Wednesday and Thursday night. I purchased my room…read morethrough Hotels.com and thought that I may have gotten a terrible room based on booking through a third-party booking site. I almost gave the hotel less than four stars because our room was right next to an HVAC system that was on and off all night long and I had a horrible time trying to sleep with the loud unit making so much noise on and off. The bed-and-breakfast is adorable though, the grounds are fantastic and they have a nice breakfast. There are so many beautiful courtyards to sit down and eat your breakfast or get a bottle of wine and enjoy the natural beauty and historic setting. This was my third visit and I would love to have the opportunity to go back, but I definitely don't want to stay in the same room.

We booked over a month in advance, so we weren't worried about room inventory. During our arrival, the hotel representative was touting our room as new- having a ramp, large shower and its own parking... it was a disabled parking spot. We were assured staff knew no one would need this parking spot... But it was because we were booked in an ADA accessible room. We figured it out quickly after going in. Of course not a huge deal, but absolutely worth giving us a heads up as we paid quite a bit for this one night stay. It was certainly not what we were expecting. The room was on par with a hotel costing a fraction of the price- half at best. I cannot imagine we would stay here again. The whole situation felt deceptive and simply not worth the cost.

Unacceptable Safety Breach & Shocking Management Failures…read more I returned to my room at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, July 15th to find housekeeping had left my door propped wide open to the public. I immediately went to the front desk where two receptionists were working. One receptionist located an available, clean room and actively began processing my safety transfer, while the other receptionist stepped away to call General Manager Faith Allen, who was off-property. Faith Allen explicitly ordered the staff to halt the transfer and withhold the clean room to prioritize guests who hadn't even checked in yet, forcing me out into the night for my own safety. When I noticed they wrongfully billed me for an extra night, I called Faith Allen on Thursday. Instead of showing accountability, she was aggressive and dismissive. She told me I checked out after 4:00 PM, ordered me to "live with it," and insisted I would absolutely be charged--completely ignoring that her own staff's severe safety breach forced my emergency departure. Her total lack of integrity and hostile attitude are a disgrace to the Hilton brand. When I tried to escalate her actions, I discovered the ownership group, Fidelity Management Group, has completely disconnected phone lines and ignores all emails. They are running a reckless franchise with zero local oversight. Ultimately, the Hilton Corporate Executive Office had to step in, override this local property, force a full night's refund, and issue major compensation for these severe violations. Avoid this location. Faith Allen is a liability, and Fidelity Management Group is completely asleep at the wheel.

During my longer stay, several issues started to add up and made the experience disappointing. Pros: +The gym is nice and well-equipped. +The beds are reasonably comfortable. +The location is convenient, with several restaurants and cafés nearby. +The elevators worked reliably during my stay. Cons: -As a member of Hilton, they gave no water. -There is no free or complimentary breakfast. -The shower water never gets truly hot, it only gets warm. -The sink also did not provide hot water, which made shaving difficult. -When I arrived, the shower was not clean and still had someone else's hair in it, which I had to clean myself. -The toilet was not clean upon arrival and doesn't flush properly unless you hold the handle down. -Housekeeping was very inconsistent. During my stay of more than four days, the room was only "cleaned" once, and even then they only made the bed. Items like toilet paper and other supplies were not replenished; I was left with a nearly empty roll and had to get another myself. -The complimentary shower soap dispenser was empty and never refilled. It's a small thing, but it's the principle since it's supposed to be provided. -The mini-fridge never got cold, only slightly cool. -The TV only had very basic channels. -The walls are very thin. I could clearly hear conversations in the next room, including a couple being intimate. I'm sure they could hear my TV as well when I turned it up to drown out the noise. -The pool was locked during my stay, even on a 90-degree day, and it didn't appear to be well maintained. Overall: For a very short stay, the hotel may be acceptable due to its location and decent gym. But for longer stays, the cleanliness issues, inconsistent housekeeping, lack of hot water, and noise from thin walls made the experience frustrating. I don't recommend this hotel.
