Ursula is very knowledgeable and spends time getting to know your skin care routine, provides tips and suggestions, and finally customizes a facial for you. Although she exclusively carry a German skincare line, at no time did I feel as though she's upselling or forcing me to buy her products. She is so knowledgable about skin care (she customizes her treatments based on your skin condition & type); She is thorough in her treatments (some days she spends more time on extractions than others or I get a dermabrasion, or not, depending if my skin needs it); And her treatments are so relaxing.
