We had Apex replace the tile roof, all the windows and paint the outside of the house. Big job and…read morehonestly we were not looking forward to dealing with all of it. The roof came first and they did find some bad wood once the old tile was off, which of course nobody wants to hear. But they showed us everything and it made sense. No weird surprise bill with no explanation. The windows came out really nice too. House is quieter now and the front looks much cleaner than before. Paint was the last part and we went back and forth on the color more than we probably should have. They were patient with us. There were a few messy days, thats just part of it, but overall they did a really good job and the house looks like a different place now. Glad we did everything at once.

They were attentive, communicative, and clearly cared about doing things right. The team did a great job protecting our home during construction and was very detail-oriented, going back to paint the flashing, repairing and repainting the stucco, and making sure everything looked finished and polished. The balconies look fantastic, they matched the color exactly right, and we're relieved knowing water won't be an issue anymore thanks to the waterproof coating they used. We'd absolutely use them again and are really glad we chose them for this project.

I received 3 bids, including one with the same manufacturer that came in about $7,000 more. We brainstormed design ideas so the center cover wouldn't be so low and we came up with the 3 tier approach. I went ahead and splurged with insulation, fan, lights and the "4k" aluminum beams to have 4 post (instead of 6 with alumiwood). The one area, as I've seen on some of the other comments is the scheduling/communication issue. Like other contractors, they sometimes have multiple projects in parallel, and sometimes it wasn't clear which days they were coming and when they were going to finish. So, I did have to text to check in with the owner, Ulysses. I did have a chat with him, and he was receptive to the feedback. Overall, YES I would recommend and use them again.

They claimed they only nicked it, and it was fine but nine months later the power to my back shed failed and it cost me $4000 to run new wires. They were also very late showing up for the installation job and it took twice as long as they said it would
