    New set for my CBR1000RR!!!
    Bill P.

Excellent place to get a chain and sprockets! I called around everywhere in San Diego, and no one had the sprockets for my CBR1000RR in stock. They all said 3-5 business days. I called and spoke to someone on the phone, and he said if I don't want any crazy colors, he should be able to put together the stock geared set, which is 16/42 on a 530. I said cool and started driving from San Diego. When I arrived, he had the stock sprockets ready, and I picked out a really good DID chain. Out the door with tax, this setup ran about 220 bucks, and now I can do the job myself and save a ton. I was quoted on average about $550.00 to supply and install front and rear sprockets with a chain. I highly recommend buying your goods from here and he ships for free but I did not want to wait.

I specifically told Simon that I would be driving over 90 miles just to see the bike. I took the day off work and made the trip out there. When I arrived, I was told Simon works phones from a different building. Fine, no problem. We picked out the bike I wanted, and then I was told my credit needed to be run first to see if I qualified for the advertised financing. Again, no issue -- I know I have excellent credit. After nearly an hour of waiting and discussing numbers, without anyone clearly explaining my score, rate, or financing terms, Zach Walters suddenly told me I needed to put $3,000 down. I asked what happened to the "no down payment" deal Simon had offered me, and Zach responded, "I DON'T CARE WHAT SIMON SAYS," in a very rude and dismissive manner. Driving 90+ miles, taking time off work, and then being treated like this was extremely disappointing. This was my experience at Harley-Davidson of Huntington Beach. UPDATE: Andrew called us back and connected with Hugo who was very diplomatic and helped make the deal happen. When you go to Harley Huntington Beach, look for ANDREW and HUGO .Amazing service and low key sales. Do yourself a favor and avoid Zach at all cost! Attached is the conversation I had with the so-called "online sales agent" named Simon. He claimed there was a 2025 Sportster S in stock, but there wasn't. He also said he could help update it to mid controls based on customer preference, which also never happened. It clearly feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Be careful when making deals over the phone.
