First I'm a Sprouts supporter! This store is closest to me but I must say the sushi is no way as good as the Sushi at your Carlsbad El Camino Real location! If it's the same vendor they must have their trainees at this store! I just tried the Shrimp roll today and each piece fell apart as I was eating it and there was NO ginger on the side! Don't use their Instacart pickup! I placed an order on Instacart at 12:16 . It said the order would be ready between 5 and 6 PM. I checked the order at 5:00 and it had been rescheduled for the next day. I called the store to find out why. The boy who answered at the Instacart line said he had no idea how it happened. I spoke with the manager. I asked her how this could have happened and she was very sarcastic towards me. She asked if I wanted her to look at the cameras... I told her that as the manager of her store with her employees and her customers that she needed to do as she felt fit. I contacted Instacart and they said that within five hours, the Instacart person at this location chose to not pick up my order of 23 items, but rest assured, they can get it tomorrow at 10am. Today when I was placing my online order on the Door Dash website on my home computer for my dinner meal. I also saw that I can order grocery items on Door Dash with no delivery charge since I am a Door Dash Pass Member. I decided I needed to buy some Fruit since I was out of these things. I ordered one bunch of Organic Bananas. The price is $2.37. I love bananas in my cereal with cold milk. That's the reason I placed my order today because I can use these organic bananas in cold cereal and I also make banana sandwiches. My favorite kind of sandwich. I also ordered from the Door Dash website, one container of the Good Farms Organic Strawberries. The price is $3.50. These Organic Strawberries is in the (16 ounces) container. When I received these organic strawberries they are all a beautiful red color and these Strawberries looks very sweet and ripe. I will also put these Strawberries in my cold cereal. I also use Strawberries in washing them first under cold water then I cut off the green leaves and then slice up these Strawberries and put them in a bowl and fill them with cold milk. This is a really delicious way to eat with Strawberries and cold milk. These Organic Strawberries would taste really delicious as a topping on buttermilk pancakes. My subtotal was $5.87. My bag fee was one bag and I was charged 10 cents. The Delivery Fee would have been $1.66 but I was not charged a delivery fee due to I am a Dash Pass Member so I get really great benefits in not being charged a delivery fee and the service fees are also reduced in price. The Service Fee was 88 cents. The estimated tax was 7 cents. The Dasher Tip I had chosen for Roberto was $2.00. My total bill was $8.92.This total cost was charged to my visa credit card account today. I really enjoy shopping at this Sprouts Farmers Market since it is only about 3 miles from my home. I also feel good shopping at this market because every thing in this Sprouts Farmers Market has organic ingredients with their Fruits, Vegetables, Meat Products are always organic and their All Natural Ground Beef, Chicken, Turkey and Pork Products. I also like when I walk inside this Sprouts Farmers Market location their displays are neatly organized and inside their store their floors are all shiny and spotless. There is also a sales associate walking around on the floor to greet their customers and also that person is very helpful in assisting me to find an item if it isn't located on their shelves. Their employees are always very friendly and really helpful. When I pay for my groceries everyone of their cashiers really have a positive attitude and very helpful in answering any questions I have about their organic food items. Also my favorite department in this Sprouts Farmers Market is their Bakery Department. I usually buy their huge homemade muffins. My favorites are the Chocolate Chip and their Orange and Cranberry flavored muffins. Their prices for these large size muffins is $1.00. Their desserts they have like their Blueberry and Strawberry Cream Cheese Scones are very flaky and really delicious. Their homemade Quick Breads are also very good. I will definitely will be doing my grocery shopping again at this Sprouts Farmers Market again soon. My Door Dash Order that I received today from Roberto was very accurate and Roberto arrived at my house on time at 6:10 p. m. Roberto my Dasher delivery driver was very friendly and polite to me. Been shopping here almost a decade. Today one of the produce item's label was missing, so I politely asked the produce manager for assistance. He was annoyed, patronizing to say the least, and implied I was stupid for asking ("you have to f&*$ng look for it"). He came over, and indeed the label was missing, and when I tried to re-engage politely, he doubled-down with obvious distain that he "knew his job". He certainly didn't know his place. My wife was appalled. This is not customer service whatsoever. Ironically, when I came up front and filed a complaint, the floor manager was getting a complaint from another customer about an exchange with a different produce staff member, which she just dismissed. If your produce people can't be friendly about simple requests, perhaps they should get more breaks, or training to understand that customers keep them employed. Love coming here to buy groceries and organic foods. Plenty of aisles filled with goodies. They even have a fresh bakery where you can get delicious baked goods, pastries, and muffins. I like their seafood section as well. Very clean and staff is very nice. Their frozen section has many kinds of pizza, meals, ice cream, and desserts. Their dry goods section is large. I don't like how some customers self sample and don't use the utensils. wish there was a better way to store these dry goods. read more
