I came into this shop on a Tuesday and i am overjoyed with it. The woman at the counter was super nice and helpful with showing me what they offered and what she thought was very good. I ended up getting for different meals and have tried two of them so far. The chicken and hibachi vegetables is definitely a 10 out of 10. The Yum Yum sauce that it comes with is out of this world. I also tried the Cookie dough fat bombs, and they were amazing. The attached picture is of the Parmesan crusted chicken meal, which is also very good. I cannot recommend this place enough. Since it was my first time, the lady took her time explaining everything to me. All the meals sounded so good. I chose 3 to start with. I'm not doing a true keto but want to start eating better and wanted to try this. They also have sweet options like cookie dough balls and cheesecake. They have some packaged snacks too. This was my first time here after seeing them time & time again on Instagram. It did not disappoint! The flavor in the chicken parm was amazing! I couldn't really tell that the cauli mash was not potatoes. And the cheesecakes were an amazing ending to my meal! I definitely will go back since it's like eating out without the entire guilt. Great selection of keto/low carb food. Price is what I expected for keto meals. The food itself was really good!

I've been keto for 3 years now. Over this time, so many options that allow me to eat like a normal person are coming into existence. Unfortunately, many of those options are mass-produced or full of gluten, and both of those are bad for me. This is a meal prep place and the new menu comes out on Thursdays - put in your order and pick up within the next few days. I don't know much more because I'm bad at planning when it comes to my personal life so I've yet to do this. Thankfully, you can just pop in and select from their grab-and-go fridges. I've done this twice and tried a variety of things - all of which I've loved. So far, my absolute favorite thing is the corn dogs. No way I could replicate that crispy batter and still keep it keto. The nutritional info is on the container, the service is friendly and helpful, and the time it saves me preparing food and cleaning my kitchen is a game-changer. Incredible food. And price is around $10 a meal. I think it's important to know that that have "Fit" meals that are just lower calorie meals in addition to keto meals. It's like your own personal chef! Meals have great flavor, especially if you like cajun food. Quality is great. The price can't be beat. You could possibly make your own meals at equal cost but that's if you eat the same thing. With keto creations- you get to have bulk food and variety. I've only eaten the pumpkin spiced cheesecake and lasagna so far but WOW very tasty. I bought a few more items to eat over the next day and a half so I'm very excited after my first tastes. But what really got me was how incredibly friendly the woman at the front desk was. She was helpful but definitely not overbearing like I feel at that big name prep meal place that's starts with a "SN" and ends with an ap. I will definitely be back. The only thing I would improve on is at some point once everyone finds them, to consider open fridge displays and container with the description in the side so items can be stacked. I just tried this place this week and bought 3 meals and 2 cheesecakes. ($45 total) Fell in love at first bite. All the meals and cheesecakes are delicious. Meals purchased: the Chicken Burrito Bowl, Creamy Cajun shrimp over spaghetti squash, & New Orleans chicken and shrimp w/ Cajun Garlic Aioli. Cheesecakes purchased: Spiced rum, and chocolate PB. My husband is on the keto diet and loves this place. He sent me to pick up 2 meals and the cashier was not helpful at all. There were 3 freezers and I just wanted some help finding the meals he wanted because he is picky. The cashier said if we have it, it's on the board and was not willing to help me locate the meal. I stumbled on this place while looking for keto friendly restaurants in the DFW. Keto Kitchen Creations popped up first. Well, I checked the place out, and EVERY item was appealing and eye catching! Purchased the Shrimp and "Grits", Shepherd's Pie, Crack Chicken and Green Beans, Enchiladas, Sausage Balls, and a few drinks and sweets. Everything is delicious, flavorful, and great in texture. I didn't know what to expect, since I'm new to keto and expect a compromise in flavor. This place has motivated me that I can do this keto thing! They've won me over as a customer! Everything we've had from here is delicious! The cookies are very expensive (+$2 each); but everything else is very reasonable. The menu changes frequently, so I've never gotten the same thing twice. Much better option than eating out for lunch. read more
