I am a resident in Norwalk and this is my local yogurtland, I visited this location on Saturday 4/11/26 sometime close to 5:00pm. I witnessed the male employee (did not get his name, male dark skin) lick the yogurt off the cup of an online/door dash order he was working on. He filled the cup as I watched him thinking "oh he must be on his break and is getting a yogurt for himself" as I continued watching I noticed he went behind the topping bar and went directly to lick the yogurt from the cup, again Im thinking its for himself but after adding the topping he placed a lid on it and bagged it and put the receipt with a sticker on the bag, confirming it was an online order! After posting this review, the owner then texted my girlfriend and making her feel bad on why I left this bad review. This yogurtland is absolutely phenomenal. I come here pretty much weekly. Also wanted to point out the lady that works very hard here almost everyday and props to her because she is always super polite, kind, and friendly. She is always working very hard and keeps the place super clean being the only worker there at the yogurtland. The yogurtland is very clean and neat unlike the one in the cerritos mall and they also never run out of flavors. They have numerous flavors that rotate and change periodically and have delicious toppings from the more fruity ones to the more chocolatey indulgent ones, very versatile. They even have sugar free frozen yogurt flavors as well which are more on the healthier side. Even the restrooms are well kept. It does get quite busy here as well which makes perfect sense due to the fact this yogurtland is so nice and delicious. An amazing 5 out of 5 stars for a yogurtland! read more

We came to this location after seeing the 4 1/2 star rating on Yelp, but that was a big mistake. I'm not sure how they have such good ratings, but maybe we came on an off day. When we walked in, there was only 1-2 other parties inside and it wasn't busy. That being said, the place was a MESS. There were toppings scattered all over the floor, and syrups all over the counter by the toppings station. I tried to sample the Hibiscus Pear, but the flavor next to it, Cranberry, came out instead. They did have a lot if tart flavors, which was a plus for us. As we were getting our yogurt, one of the employees started cleaning the topping area, so at least that was addressed. Once we got to the topping area, we noticed a lot of the toppings were empty and hadn't been refilled. I ended up only getting 2 toppings because a lot of the toppings I wanted weren't there and the fruits didn't look appealing. There was another employee there, but we saw him walk to the back and he never came back out. Maybe his shift was over, but they should have had another person there to help clean while the other employee was on the cash register, especially on a major holiday. I might give this location another chance since it's close to my work, but my expectations won't be that high. We love going to Yogurtland. It is always clean. Employees are constantly cleaning up spilled toppings and fixing the spoons to serve the aforementioned toppings. The employees are friendly without coming off as forced or fake. The freedom to mix yogurt flavors and toppings to whatever you feel like at the moment and having control over serving size. I really love this Yogurtland! It is in a busy shopping strip, and the parking lot can get busy but Yogurtland itself is almost always empty (at least when I have visited). I don't know if that is good sign for the business, but I welcome it since I never have to wait in line and can move around at my own leisurely pleasure picking out my flavors and toppings! The cashiers are always friendly and helpful and provide sample cups as soon as you enter.
