love this location! The staff is always very helpful and friendly. They consistently take the time to check in the back for a product if it's not on the shelf. There have even been times when employees were busy stocking shelves, yet they stopped what they were doing and willingly helped me find what I was looking for. I've never once felt like I was bothering them, which I really appreciate. The shelves are also always well stocked! Shout-out to Kelli, who let me know that my points eventually expire (I had no idea!) AND that Sprouts recycles the glass jars! She explained that I can bring them back clean with the lids and get $3 back for each bottle. That's a win-win! Kelli and Melissa were both incredibly helpful the night I went in. There's also another lady who is always helping at self-checkout who has THE MOST PATIENCE I've ever come across! I see her there a lot during the weekdays when I go after 5. I'm going to get her name and update this review because she definitely deserves a shout-out too! Beautiful new Sprouts! I almost wanna keep it a secret so they can stay nice and clean and quiet and friendly just for me lol. I happen to be in the area today and frequently this sprouts location. As soon as I walked in, I was surprised happily to see a bunch of samples by the front door. The store layout is very different than the one the Walnut Creek where it's very stuffy and hard to get your cart everywhere. They're typically boxes everywhere are people stocking and it's just super chaotic and Walnut creek. This location has a very spread out store and though it's a little bit difficult to find things sometimes the staff are extremely and I mean extremely kind. I will walk you over to make sure you get what you need. The cashier, I wish I would've forgotten her name was just so super friendly and had a nice conversation with me. We weren't holding anyone up and so she and I had a nice conversation. I definitely wanna come back even know this place is a little bit out of my way just because of my experience. read more

The Sprouts in Pittsburg is a fantastic store, especially if you need to eat gluten free. I have celiac's disease and I buy a lot if the Schar products. The ciabatta rolls are great for making breakfast sandwiches or even small sliders. Male sure when you go, head over into Erika's line when checking out. Zero stars if I have the chance on the service my daughter received. We loved coming to this store until yesterday when she went in to follow up on a job application she filled out online. The hiring manager basically scolded her for coming in person showing some initiative and responsibility to follow up on a job opportunity. The manager told her, that "This is not how you do it, why would you come here. You are not supposed to come in unless you receive an email to do so." The produce is consistently fresh, the store is clean and well-organized, and the staff genuinely seem happy to help. What I appreciate most is that shopping here never feels stressful. Sprouts is fantastic if you are looking for gluten free items (cereals, pasta, lunch meat, etc.), quality brands of groceries, and decent produce. The service I received at this location was great. I asked a question about the pre-seasoned chicken & veggies skewers, and the worker went and got the seasoning packet so I could look at the ingredients. The ambiance is nice for a market; clean, well-lit, and stocked in an orderly fashion. It's a little on the small side for a "supermarket". They also have the BEST deal on deli sandwiches: $5.99 for a regular combo, which includes a sandwich, chips, and a drink. If you want Boar's Head brand meat it's $6.99. Other than the sandwich meal deal, the prices are a bit on the steep side. But, I love it. Great options and hard-to-find items. It's great that this location opened. There has been limited grocery store options for this community over the years. read more

I went on Friday after the morning rush. It was the Grand Opening Day and at 6am there was a line of people wrapping around the building. I made a U Turn and came back at 1pm So for my experience. Staff was so friendly, everything is set out nicely, Simple Sprouts market set up, bulk products and produce in the center. Bakery/Deli/Meats on the right side. Cold goods, eggs, milk, etc on the left side, bought 10 items then I went to our local Safeway. Everything was cheaper at Sprouts. Now you won't get the huge selections that you do at the Bigger Safeway. Bit of you want produce, meat/fish. GO HERE!!!! read more
