I stopped by this Sprouts yesterday after not visiting for quite some time, and wow -- what a difference! The store was spotless, everything looked super organized, and the fruit section looked so fresh it practically glowed. I ended up grabbing more than I planned (no regrets there!) and am already planning to go back today to restock. The real standout though was the staff, everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, but Stacey, the cashier, truly went above and beyond. She was bubbly and upbeat, made sure my points got added correctly, and even explained a promotion we were just shy of qualifying for so we could add more items to snag the free item. When we forgot our reusable bags and had to buy new ones, Stacey thoughtfully packed everything up so that nothing got squished or damaged, you don't get that level of care everywhere. I usually don't write reviews for grocery stores, but this visit honestly made me want to. Huge shoutout to Stacey and the whole team for making shopping feel easy and positive. On Wednesdays, we shop at Sprouts. Why? Double Ad Wednesdays! On "Double Ad Wednesdays," prices in the promotional ads from the previous week and the ones in the upcoming week's ad are both honored. The overlapping deals make Wednesdays one of the most popular shopping days. I love me Sprouts. The staff in this location is friendly and the store is orderly and organized as usual. I recently popped in to grab a small lunch. $11.99 Hot Honey Maple Smoked Salmon Roll and a $6.99 Bana-Nutty Smoothie. I gotta admit that for a grocery store sushi roll, the Hot Honey Maple Smoked Salmon Roll was good. They give you a packet of extra hot Mike's Hot Honey and it works! As for the smoothie, what a great deal. Coffee now costs just as much, if not more, and at least with a Sprouts smoothie, there's nutritional value. Sprouts is always a solid spot to grab some goods for the house. It's a little more expensive than Kroger but the quality is never one you have to worry about. read more

Clean and organized store but employees not friendly. We stopped by last night for a small grocery run and there were a lot of employees out on the floor getting ready to close. We found what we needed pretty quickly and headed on to the self check out as these were the only registers open. None of the employees said a word to us but just watched as we scanned our stuff. I don't normally post reviews, and I like to keep these type of experiences to myself but in this case I really need to get the word out. A few weeks ago I had been diagnosed with a type of autoimmune disorder of my Gi tract. I went to Sprouts on McClintock and Southern looking for a few ingredients to make a vegetable smoothie. I really have never done this before and was just looking for cucumbers and avocados. A gentlemen named Allen approached me and asked if I needed help finding what I was looking for. I told him what I needed and he asked me if I was making a salad. I told him I was making a vegetable smoothie that was supposed to calm my immune response and reduce inflammation. His face lit up which surprised me because I never feel listened to at a grocery store. He went on about other ingredients I could add to my shake that would really improve what I was trying to accomplish. Now understand this diagnosis has been very scary for me and I have been a slight of an emotional wreck. So I seriously started welling up. Here is a fellow who wasn't really asked to help but threw himself in anyways. He recommended to add cumin into my smoothie, he recommended a few other ingredient's like lime for vitamin c, blueberries that have power antioxidants in them he told me all about it but I can't remember the names. But to be honest it was a masterclass given in 10 minutes. I have never felt this way at a grocery store. It cemented my belief in Sprouts as a hub for my health needs. I have sent my family to that very location for their needs too. Sprouts is part of a chain of markets which have a large selection of produce as well as a lot of organic foods. They also have a small meat area with a meat cutter in residence. One of the things that I like about the market is that they have defrosted turkey available most of the time. If you are like me, I eat turkey all year round and not just at Thanksgiving. The market has a fresh made sushi section, a deli and cheese counter and assorted breads. He also brought it to the register for me, which he didn't need to do. What a gentleman! I also got assistance from Laurel, who rocked her purple locks and cat ears headband. I enjoy coming to this store as they have a wide variety of specialty items that I like to check out every now and then. One of my favorite things about this location is the meat department. The employees who work in the area are always very friendly and have great customer service. This guy Allen has been really helpful. He clearly has a love for the store and an interest in keeping things in order and looking good. While were talking, he rearranged the cabbages, so that they looked their best. I asked him how he liked working there and he had nothing but good things to say. I had such a good experience at check-out yesterday! Thank you for being so nice! My receipt said the cashier was Lauren. I don't know who the bagger was. I have vocal cord problems and sometimes cannot vocalize. They were very kind and patient, helping me use my reusable bags. Shopping at Sprouts in general is a favorite of mine because of the ample bulk section, healthier grocery items, and some of the best-tasting produce, plus the appealing layout of the store. Kind of irritated with Sprouts. They put in self checkout and then you get to check out and pay for the bags. If you don't have a sprouts card , then no sales price. I find the self checkout frustrating. Now we get to learn every store's self checkout system. Not well maned. No real checkout isles open. read more

Around closing time saw a manager come outside to confront someone that was being accused of theft, they exchanged words and at one point while the accused was walking away the manager threatened to shoot the person being accused if they should return. The person being accused was absolutely a child. On a separate occasion I saw a different member of leadership chewing out an employee on the floor. My go-to store is Trader Joe's, yet when I need specialty items I enjoy coming to Sprouts...an indoor farmer's market. Regards to price points I was actually surprised at some of my items were less expensive here than at other markets. I hear it all the time that people think being Vegan is so expensive, yet really not if you take a little extra time to look for the good deals. I stocked up on Beyond products from the patties, Italian sausage links, breakfast links/patties getting three of each & came under $40. I treated myself to some other ingredients for the family's barbecue today which turned out pretty darn good. Plus the farm-to-market aspect is an extra benefit on fresh grocery shopping & receiving extremely friendly customer service. I'm starting to feel as if, it's getting cheaper to shop at natural food stores than it is regular stores. Groceries are so darn expensive nowadays but shopping here... I must tell ya that, I got all of the items needed for a better price. The produce were fresher and again more reasonable as well as, the bulk products seemed a bit of a better deal... compared to buying those products already packaged! There's plenty of parking. Love this location, I drive out of my way to go here because the people at the meat counter always make my day. They've given me recommendations (loved the grass fed steak btw Jared!!) and have even given me recipe ideas and recommended marinades to use. The last time I went by they were busy and I was happy to wait but Paul hopped behind the counter and took care of me immediately. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any store ever , I'm completely shocked still. I went into this location cause I was in the horrible area & got a couple of things & wanted to return the essential oils I've bought recently from there because they have been in my car for a week waiting for me to return them. & I go to the location on happy valley like three times a week it. This guy not only said he couldn't do a return for me but he also said he was KEEPING my oils because it doesn't show any were bought on their inventory or something? That it's "their" product & he's not giving them back to me because I can't prove that I bought them even though I said it was from a different store. So obviously it wouldn't show up as any were sold ?! But it won't show that any were stolen or missing either! Like what the fuck it was over 60 dollars with three essential oils. He gave ONE back to me though ? How does that make any sense. I'm already reaching out to the corporate manager or store manager cause that was the most unprofessional thing & his name was ANDY just so everyone knows he was a dark skinned maybe 30's male. I avoid and I would recommend to avoid this location. Multiple times I've came into this store to do my weekly groceries I've been forced to just leave and go to another Sprouts location. From buying a 7 month old dairy item to having to look through all the strawberry boxes and berries to find one that's not moldy. When looking for vegetables again you got to spend minutes finding the lucky item that's not either rotten or unripe. Going to get a rotisserie chicken?! Well ones I get home it's dry like cardboard. When I pointed this issues to the store manager, the response was (oh well not everything will be perfect). When asking to an associate for help, while their talking about Anime and not related work conversations, I got rolled eyes, making me feel like I was bothering them. In conclusion for the price you spend you might as well go to another location, where you're welcomed by associates that want to help and selling fresh quality product. Too bad as I've been living down the street from this store for the past 5 years. With all the above mentioned I will be contacting the local health department as in my believe this store is more prompt in making their sales and not the safety of their customers. "Are you checking the expiration date on that?" "Yes." "Oh, is that a problem here?" Yup, it is! I've had to throw out and return too many items back to this location to not check anymore. I've also had a few problems at this location with items being rung up at incorrect prices. So I've adopted a habit of checking my receipt right away to avoid having to come back to deal with issues. The produce section seems to suffer from the same lack of care as well. While the shelves and bins are typically stocked full, why are there so many bruises apples and tomatoes? Why are there packages with moldy blueberries out for sale? Perhaps these occasions were just off days, but I sure wish the produce would be checked better. This location's customer service can be all over the place. Some days I feel like the cashiers are in outer space. Some days the cashiers barely say a word to you. Some days you get a smile from the cashier - Yay?! The employees on the sales floor can be friendly and are helpful but only when asked direct questions. The employees here are not as genuinely nice as the employees at other Sprouts locations that I frequent and do not seem happy to be there. Last year this Spouts received a little bit of a remodel which made shopping frustrating at the time but now the extra space is nice and a welcomed improvement. With all the above being said, I have never had a problem fixing any issues I've come across at this store. It would just be nice to not have to deal with these problems in the first place. read more

I like this Sprouts. It's close to work so I came here to get lunch from their deli. They have three varieties of soup, a salad bar, sandwiches, sushi and more. I got the broccoli cheddar soup and a veggie sandwich with a side of chips and it came out to just under $10. Great place to grab a healthy lunch as I noticed several other folks doing the same as me. It is also a big store and seems to have the groceries you'd need as well. read more

I don't know if I'm reviewing sprouts or if I'm reviewing instacart but I'm having a very pleasant time chatting back and forth with my driver as he shops for my items that I placed for order last night, I will say that the substitutions are a bit annoying, always more expensive or they simply just don't have what I needed.. no ginger today.etc so having to stay on top of it is a bit time-consuming but sprouts should not be listing things as available putting my instacart shopper to that much more work. I mean I placed the order last night they could have updated it themselves. It's not the first time... For instance listed corned beef never saw corned beef there... But because I'm supposed to go dairy-free and they have like aisles and shit dedicated to that That's where I've been choosing to place my dough....(gluten free dough next) I just do the suggested tip wait for the adjusted total and then confirm that my shopper is my driver and then give cash. I shop this store frequently and although it is consistent with products within the Sprouts chain, this store has some areas of improvement. Gripe Number 1. One time I wanted to try Daiya brand non-dairy ice-cream bars with a special offer coupon I received. Noticed that there are 4 different flavors of ice-cream bars according to the shelf tags. One flavor was a coffee cream bar, but they were out, so I decided to wait till they get more. If you like coffee ice-cream, then you know it's BOMB and worth waiting for. So...Waited a week. Came back the week after, but they faced the other bars in front of the coffee flavor space! So none got ordered and they were still out. I took it upon myself and pushed aside the other flavors that they filled it with so the empty space would be scanned on their inventory. Not so subtle hint, but for coffee ice cream this desperate measure is necessary. Next week, same thing! Are you kidding me?? THREE WEEKS IN A ROW. Other flavors faced incorrectly in its place, NO COFFEE bars and my craving was left unsatified! This is UNACCEPTABLE. I have worked in retail, and this repeated offense is due to laziness and negligence of the staff. Whoever works in the frozen department is facing the product without paying attention. Whoever is scanning outs is not even noticing a TRIPLE FACING of the same item. I was going to mention something to the manager, but I figure, they are the one losing sales. I will not buy ice cream from spouts any further. Gripe#2 about this store.... the lines are ALWAYS long. The lines are so backed up that they go through the aisles of the store. Don't plan on shopping here between 6-8pm. Not the cashiers' fault. They have more check out lanes that they could utilize if they would have only hired more help! So after a year of battling their lines, lo' and behold, today, magically self check out machines were installed. It's about time you put all that money you saved from the low staffing to good use! Gripe number 3, general gripe. Be careful with their sale pricing. Ex: If it is 2/$6 then you have to buy 2 to get them for $3 each. Buying one single item will not get you the sale price. I normally like shopping at the store. I can get some of the organic and clean food type of stuff that I'm looking for which is what I was doing tonight down there. But I bumped again into a bit of racial profiling. This is happened before. Here's how it goes: I get in line with my stuff. The person in front of me she did not ask this question. Then she ask me "is this your stuff?" I said "well who else would it be? I'm standing right here and I just put it on the belt" she said "well it could be door dash or something" wtf? why does she think my food is DoorDash? So I slow down as I was leaving and listen to see if she asked the young white woman right behind me if that was her food she was putting on the belt. No. Her assumption is that if a very casually dressed black man is shopping in there it must be DoorDash rather than for myself? That's fucked up. read more
