My produce clerk Allen was so kind. He let us try a sample of the cherries. We enjoyed them so much we bought two bags!

I also love their smoked salmon and the brisket @ the self serve smokehouse hot bar for only $14.99/lb. I love that I can pick out the pieces I want and where can you get briskets for that price? I sent this email about my experience on 7/2 and the Corporate/Global Team's responses (weeks later) and treatment toward me is disappointing for such a large well known brand, especially for something they knew was an issue with their e gift cards and told none of the e gift card recipients about. This has cost me hours of my life at this point and undue stress trying to use the remaining balance for daily grocery needs. I have all of the emails as proof of the timeline and resolution from Corporate. Note: I wasn't getting any replies for weeks (the gift card phone number goes to a non functioning phone numbers well) so I filed a BBB Complaint. WFM didn't reply to that either. While they ended up "fixing the issue", there was no apologies, remorse for the unnecessary experience, treatment, or literally ignoring me for weeks using the sole method of communication (email for gift card support- went wholly unanswered). The fact they still guided me to the non functioning phone number was appalling On Jul 2, 2026, at 12:41PM Hello I just spent literally 25 minutes in a Whole Foods trying to have somebody figure out why my Whole Foods gift card in the email below, was not working and kept saying invalid pin. The gentleman on the phone literally just got off the phone with your company and they told him to have me email you all. I am extremely frustrated at the horrible and disappointing customer service where they should have just issued me a new gift card in store. I left all of my groceries there and spent way too much time in that store that was completely unnecessary. That was after three people tried to help and told me that the guy I just talked to who talked to your phone reps said he could help me. So who can fix this urgently and make it right since my experience has been absolutely atrocious and resulted in unnecessary time additional work on my end and stress that was not needed today.

It's a very warm and welcoming environment. The staff are insanely nice and treat you more as a friend than a customer. The food is equally as incredible! I had the green chile chicken sandwich with fries. I love all things green chile and this really measures up to all others that I've had. The fries are very well done and crispy. Make sure you ask for some aioli to dip your fries in or just go ahead and buy a bottle because it is that good.

There were several dishes that I wanted but settled on the French Dip for my lunch, which came with fries and a garlic aioli. I also added grilled onions to the sandwich. My family got the, Mediterranean salad, tacos and Rotner fries. Our lunch came out in about 15 mins. They had a small kitchen and the place really filled up as we waited. My lunch was fantastic. The gluten free bread was perfect, with a great chew and no grainy texture. The steak was savory and the jus had just the perfect amount of seasoning. We all agreed that we would return, to try out more of the menu.

It is so hard to categorize this place! Imagine a health store with all of today's products, but…read morewith folks who, while clearly modern looking and acting, in attitude and hospitality stepped right out of the 70's. So I walk in, curious as to what they have - though I was at the shopping plaza for something else. The lady at the counter immediately says, "Hello there. I'll be with you in just a moment". She finishes her conversation with the current customer, chatting her over to the door and giving a happy good bye. Then she comes over to me and asks how she can help me. I explain I hadn't been in before and wasn't looking for anything in particular - just wanted to check the place out. With pride she told me that she would show me where everything was and how they had it all set up. Hand guided tour here - not pointing from aisle to aisle. Walking me down the rows she points out the joint section, the pregnancy section, the floral essence collection, etc. She the points out their free literature section. She mentions that while it's important to them that anyone can read freely, there are also 2 doctors on staff to get advice at almost any time - though one of them, her husband Dr. Dennis Clark, PhD, had stepped away right then. They have several lines of products that can only be provided by a Dr, so it's important to have them available on staff. She explained that they bought the place in December of last year and tells me a bit about the changes they've made. She said she thinks it's important to keep things section based on usage when she can so folks can see all their options. She also keeps free literature right next to the product it's about - even if that means putting it in the freezer. While I was there she said I was also free to get advice from the licensed herbologist (I believe) who was on staff and waved from their reading area. I'd seen her a few minutes before back in the Tea Room. And no, this isn't the kind of tea where they serve you with china. This is free tea to help you unwind or rejuvenate after a long day. The tea room is right next to the US Post office. Oh yea - they have their own personal mail man/station in the back of the store. I couldn't believe it when I walked in. This was the most amazing place. She was so warm and caring. And she talked like Joan Cusack. If you have any interest at all in herbs, tea, supplements, vitamins or any other homeopathic options, this is the #1 spot I would suggest for you. Real professionals who just want to make the world a bit better - naturally. Note - I think they web site may still be controlled by the previous owner as there hasn't been anything new since Sept of 06.

They did, and I also found a pair of Mickey shoes that were so cute, I couldn't resist!! The Disney products are an Aldi Find, which means they are only available for a limited time or while supplies last, whichever comes first, I guess. I was shocked that the price tag for the shoes was just $14.99!! The best part is that they are so comfortable!! I definitely hit the jackpot! They also had a different style with a holographic Mickey on the shoe, but I opted for the original Mickey. I dropped a star only because I tried to call this location to see if they had the Disney ears in stock. I didn't want to waste my time or gas if they didn't have them, as I know stock varies by location. However, when I called, the generic recording comes on telling you that because they are short staffed, they don't have anyone to answer the phones which is laaaaaame sauce!! But whatevs, I got what I came for thank God, and even found an extra treasure during my hunt. You can't really beat Aldi prices, but make sure you ha e time to sift through the merch.
