DFW's pho scene is honestly horrible. HOWEVER Sprouts is a glimmering ray of light that brings hope that we can yet again have a delicious bowl of pho. Service is a bit slow and we did receive the wrong order... but you know what, we didn't even care, we were just glad that we, for the first time in DFW, had a pho that tasted so good we didn't regret choosing pho for dinner. I had the vegetable pho without tofu and it was delicious. Our 2 year old devoured the fried rice. Cute, tiny little place with what I think is the best bowl you'll find in DFW. Someone recommended Sprouts to me and said I should try it out. Not very large but it was welcoming and after reviewing the menu settled on the edamame, gyoza's (fried) and grilled chicken spring rolls. Wow, I will definitely be back as they all were very tasty and appetizing. The spice on the sautéed edamame was incredible and I even had to put some on the spring rolls. The service was great and she checked in periodically to make sure everything was good. I liked the simple setting, and on leaving the staff thanked me for coming...a nice touch for sure. Tried Sprout's after finding them on Uber Eats. I got the large Beef Pho Deluxe, which was excellent. It was a great portion with tasty broth. I also really liked their Pork Vermicelli Bowl. I've been wanting to try Vermicelli for a long time, and I'm so glad I finally ventured out of my comfort zone. My favorite part of the whole meal was the House Eggroll. Just an absolutely amazing fusion of flavors! When I picked up my order, I was surprised by the large number of people in the restaurant. After trying my food, I understood the hype. A great "stop and take care of me" lunch! I've visited Sprouts before and love to come back during a busy day of errands. Starting with #hotgreentea prepares the pallet for the #springrolls with peanut sauce. Then to Enjoy the #chickenpho with the mint, jalapeño and been spouts. Simply a feel good lunch I could repeat often. The staff are very friendly and attentive making eat in or take out an easy and enjoyable experience. My family ordered take out because this restaurant is always insanely busy and crowded. The lady takikg my order was friendly and helpful despite them being busy. I had the Killa Pho, which has oxtails in it. It was served with bean sprouts, half a lime, cilantro, basil, white and green onion, sriracha, and hoisin sauce. All of it was fresh and well packaged. I enjoyed everything about the meal. The broth was flavorful. I also enjoyed one of their spring rolls, which was fresh and tasty, served with peanut sauce. My 7 year old had the kids chicken pho which comes with no vegetables. She really liked it. I tasted it and was impressed with the lemony zing of the broth. My husband had the meat lovers and enjoyed it immensely. We are looking forward to returning, especially when the weather starts getting cold. read more

Disclaimer: My score isn't about the food quality because the food was excellent. However trying to follow GPS to locate this restaurant was a disaster. Then I called the staff for directions with no help from them. How do you work at a place, but can't recall the main street that's in conjunction with your address? After riding around for almost an hour I finally figured out how to get there. Definitely will dine here again because the food is WORTH it. read more

I love Sprouts! Great spring rolls, pho, rice plates, everything is yummy. I recently started getting the chicken lettuce wraps. Also have the Vietnamese egg rolls as an appetizer. We work nearby, so most times than not, we try to come here for lunch during the week. The downside is that it can be hard to get a table during lunch because the restaurant is small and they are very popular. It can be very crowded, and while the staff is very friendly, service is not fast. So combine that with a possible wait for a table, it isn't always possible to go there during a limited lunch of one hour. Still the food is so good, its totally worth it, so they get to keep all five stars. =) read more

Amazing food, owner and staff. Stopped by after our visit to the hospital at Texas Health HEB because my husband and I were craving spring rolls. After having a cesarean section and with a newborn, traveling with the car seat and stroller is my main go to. Restaurant is cute and cozy and not wanting to be that crazy customer that blocks the aisle or take up an abundance of space, a gentleman opened the door for us and offered to rearrange the tables and make sure that we are comfortable. We ended up opting to dine outside on the patio because the weather was beautiful but the kind gentleman still came back out to ensure us that if we changed our mind, he would be more than happy to accommodate us inside. Little did we know that was the owner and it's so nice that he took the time to come back outside to chit chat with us and make sure that we were still happy and comfortable. Staff is amazing as well. I've been in the service industry off and on for 7 years and they exude the energy they are all one big happy family and they truly enjoy their work. The server was super friendly always smiling, and kept our water filled with out having to ask. When we needed a to go box she made sure to bring out the sauces for us as well. Her attentiveness and those little things truly makes all the difference in the world. It's amazing to actually have service at an Asian restaurant. My husband and I were blow away at this hidden gem. Although we originally stopped by for their extensive list of spring rolls, we were intrigued to try the ox tail pho that was delicious. The oxtail was tender and juicy and the broth had the comforting taste of home. Combination fried rice was super flavorful. Loved how they added Chinese sausage because it's my daughter's and a childhood favorite. Now for the spring rolls. You can't go wrong with traditional that is served with the delicious creamy peanut sauce. Everything was layered perfectly and I enjoyed that they used a bigger slice of cucumber for that added crunch. We also tried the phenomenal grilled pork spring roll. So much flavor in every bite!!! I'm craving their food again as o write this as the leftovers were killed when we got home. Will be traveling back to try other dishes. Lord, I can't tell you ENOUGH, how much I love this place. I have the gastric sleeve, so I was really concerned about what I would eat at a "Pho" eatery. Well, I'll tell you what, there's so much delicious'ness at this place. I ordered the Seafood Pho and used my sprouts to replace the rice noodles, so freaking good! My lovebug ordered the wrap with pork and shrimp and the bbq short ribs, my goodness. If there was a mother close to me, I would have slapped her. Yes, it was slap your mamma, good. No, the reason for 4 stars as things seemed to pick up, the slower our service became. My boyfriend never recvd a refill the whole time we were there. This was my first time dining at Sprouts Springroll and Pho, a beloved by my mother-in-law Arlington eatery. As we drove there, I noticed that it is a convenient walk from the AT&T Stadium. Christa gave us excellent and attentive service, even indulging my husband with extra broth in his chicken pho which he loved. We were assured that this ambrosia, the broth, is made fresh in a large pot every morning. My M-I-L and I ordered vermicelli dishes, her the pork and me the sesame beef--both delicious and amply portioned but not too much food. I told them I had the perfect place for them to venture and try They were very happy with the restaurant and the options they had. We ordered the orange chicken, beef fried rice, shrimp fries rice and egg rolls. The food was ok but bought on par with taste and price as pf changs. The service however was terrible. We ordered to go and we told 15-20 min ot took over an hour to get our food and for at least 20 min all of our food besides the egg rolls was just sitting out getting cold. They have no timing and several people were in the same boat. For as much money and better portions just go to PF Changs and have the fancy dinner experience. read more

I went here because I was on the other side of Arlington and was too far away from Pho Pasteur or Pho Palace, and my throbbing pain of illness from the night before was insistent on killing me until I ate something. I ordered some beef spring rolls, which was pretty plain - but pretty good. But if you're named someplace with Springroll before the word Pho, you would have to think that it's their specialty. There's only lettuce, meat and noodles in it which is not very typical of Viet cuisine since we like to stuff everything in it. The meat was tender and crispy at the ends which was delicious. Spring rolls are not hard to mess up which is why I'm not super impressed when I ate the pho. The Pho, however, was not great. The broth wasn't rich, the noodles were average, but the meat was so hard. It was either really old or left in the broth way longer than it came out to me. I'm personally not impressed but I guess it makes due for a gentrified Vietnamese restaurant for other folks. read more

I called to complain and they said sorry, you're on your own with Uber. Yeah we screwed up but there's nothing we can do about it. And their pho stunk like dog crap. I would be ever ever eat or order from this place ever. Disgusting. Had issues with other restaurant with Uber and they went out of their way to make it right. Very very yummy chicken egg rolls. We also had the chicken pho and tofu spring rolls. I loved everything we ate. The service was fast and our waitress was sweet too. A lot of young in's working here, but they were all professional. I am pretty sure at least 4 people thanked us for coming in as we were leaving. I don't live in the area but I would make a special trip back for this place. The only critique is the restroom could use a glad plugin.
