The meat counter is not a place to be polite or you'll keep missing your turn. Inside is clean and organized but the price point here is usually more than other chain grocery stores. The sale items are also misleading if you're not careful. I saw a big sale sign and a number which I thought was the sale price but when I checked out I was told no, that number was how much I saved if I bought the item. So you need to take that number and subtract from the original yourself.

When I go in the mornings they usually don't have too many registers open. As long as you have simple transactions with no coupons or clearance sale items checking out is easy.

Now it's just mayo or mustard, which is a bit of a bummer. Management, if you're reading this, bring back pesto! Despite that, it's still a crowd-pleaser, always a line for those sandwiches, and for good reason. One thing I'm not a fan of is their fresh meat section. it's nice, but always overpriced. Whether it's chicken, salmon, or beef, I just can't justify it. Trader Joe's has better variety for less. On the bright side, their fresh produce is always top-notch, big sections, tons of snacks, vitamins, and even a great soap bar selection (I always grab a few). I got a roast beef sandwich on whole wheat it was divine and some fresh prepared salad and salmon for later. Plus, they have at least eight self-checkouts so helpful when it gets busy. They take all major credit cards, and I love that they have both big and small carts the smaller one makes navigating those aisles a breeze. I understand that everyone has different body types, but this is something that should be handled much more carefully for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Noticed an elderly couple had been waiting for cashier and when they asked I'm guessing the manager. Expressed with rudeness to couple that there were no cashiers and he need to help in self check out. I proceeded to pay and as everything played in front of me I had to speak out loud to him you should have patience and watch the way you talk to them. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like someone thanking to your parents that way. No response from him and he proceeded to scan the items. Manager or employee shouldn't be speaking to customers with that response or that tone. If you don't have cashiers before you open the store to customers, you shouldn't be opening the doors then.
