Within 3 days, my iPhone no longer takes input, and now, 10 days post replacement, her iPhone is starting to not accept certain key input. I was straight up in disbelief when Danny said not only could he meet me where ever, but also that he could replace my cracked screen in about 20 minutes!!!! I was honestly skeptical, but he arrived on time and was super chill and friendly. Watching him repair my phone right before my eyes was like MAGIC! I could not stop gushing about how excited I was. I was concerned about damage to my microphone and he checked that for me too!!! And at only $114 with taxes, I would consider this a steal! (My friends who have had screen work done at apple said they've paid upwards of $130!!!) I hope I will not need their services again, but should I or someone else I know need a phone repair, i will HIGHLY recommend icracked!!! ****UPDATE***** It has been 5 days since my phone was repaired, however, I have since noticed that my speaker function for playing audio/using the speakerphone function is impaired! You can't go wrong by contacting Logan if you find yourself in trouble like I did when I dropped my expensive iPhone 30 hours ago and it hit every single wooden step (5 in total) at 3:00 AM shattering the glass into a hundred pieces. Yeah, stumbling around, half awake taking our dogs out to go potty in the middle of the night then breaking iPhone was irritating. You can imagine all the expletives I used when my iPhone took a tumble down the stairs. I am sure I awakened our neighbors because I was very angry with myself for dropping it. Anyway, Logan is extremely accommodating, professional, and turnaround for iPhone repair is incredible. We relocated to Santa Cruz from Colorado and wished Logan would have been a phone call away when our son broke his iPhone screen a year ago by stepping on it with his football cleats. Be reassured that Logan beats any repair shop we used in metro Denver by 1000 times. We had to wait 3 days for repair, paid more for service, and pick/drop off device wasn't easy given it was in downtown Denver. Look, Logan is the cat's meow, he really is. Before I rant, I need to at least give iCracked and the technician I had SOME credit. First of all, it's super easy to book an appointment and you can get appointments day of. The technician I had was super nice and quick and had my phone fixed within 30 minutes -- or so I thought. I'm giving this a 1 star because of the warranty process. One week after getting my screen replaced, the screen quit working and did not recognize any touch. I reached out to iCracked and they informed me that I must reach out to my previous technician to get it fixed again under warranty. Unfortunately, I was leaving for a vacation that day so I had to get a new technician and pay the $100 price again. Overall, a shitty experience. It seems ridiculous that you have to use the same technician to repair your phone if you want to use the warranty. read more

Color me impressed. I dropped my iPhone 6 on a Thursday morning. I found these guys through a google search on my iPad and used their website around 9 a.m. to request service. The site was quick and easy to use, and did not require any up-front credit card info or anything of the sort. I received text messages from the company a couple of minutes later to confirm an appointment, and the tech rep arrived at my office only an hour later. The pre-fix checklist took about 5 minutes to complete with him and then he gave me an estimate on the spot. It was a little more expensive than taking the phone to the Apple store, but again I had a tech, SITTING RIGHT THERE IN MY OFFICE, only an hour after I requested service. That was definitely worth a premium from my perspective. My screen was seriously messed up and the point of impact was right around the fingerprint sensor, so this was a complicated fix to remove the broken screen, rescue the fingerprint sensor, and install the new screen. The tech was done only two hours later and I never would have known that I wasn't looking at the original phone after he was done. The service also included a free screen protector. So all in all, this was about as good an experience as I could have asked for. My phone was up and running again only 3 hours after I requested service, and I can't tell the difference from the original before they replaced the screen. read more

Dave did a great job. He came to my house within 1/2 hour of calling him. He replaced my iPhone battery and cleaned up the terminal ports of my phone while we chatted. He was very friendly and professional. He fixed it up and showed me how to better manage my battery life going forward. Login does great work. He picked up my iPad on Thursday and just delivered it to me at 8:30 am on Friday. My iPad looks brand new. The best part is that Logan's prices along with pick up and delivery are hard to beat. I don't know about their ability to fix Apple products but I do know they suck at sending you your money! I sent my iPhone which only had a cracked screen for them to buy, they sent me an email about 2 weeks later stating that they would indeed buy the phone and send me my money. Then I get this other email stating they shipped my check which I thought was strange and of course I never received it! Then I email them and get no response which resulted in me having to call them up. They blamed it on switching out their email programs (which I am kind of doubting) and will send the check out right away. So if you want to get paid late, have to follow up with emails and phone calls use them! Otherwise look for another pay-back situation. read more

I buy my kids hand-me-down iPhones but they still break them. I knew there were screen repair services out there and happened upon icracked.com. I figured I'd give it a shot. I visited the main website and was quickly referred to Eric Ross out of Hercules. Each iCracked technician works under iCracked but operates his own business. He or she is responsible for their own parts, gasoline and anything else they need to send you on your way. Tip appropriately ;) For $129 I got a brand new GLASS iPhone 4 screen and a brand new battery (if they are opening it up might as well do the battery, right?). No, it doesn't void the Apple Warranty either. Best part? I didn't have to buy a new $399+++ iPhone or enter into another 2 year mobile carrier contract. Those two factors alone make the $129 entirely worth it. Eric performed the service while I waited and it took about an hour. Eric was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. An absolute pleasure to work with and he fixed me up in no time. Highly recommend if you are in the Contra Costa area (if you can) request Eric. He has a customer for life in me and mine. read more

What Warranty? I recently had my iPad screen replaced. After letting is sit for 24 hours I picked up iPad and the brand new screen promptly cracked. There appears to have been a small area that had not adhered properly and merely picking the pad up with a finger over the area caused the screen to crack. When I filed a warranty request with iCracked I received the following response: "Thank you for taking time to submit the Warranty Repair Form. Unfortunately, frame damage and subsequent cracks is not covered under our lifetime warranty (www.icracked.com/warranty). If you would like, I am more than happy to arrange another repair for you or I can offer you a 25% off discount on our mail-in repair service. " So basically there is no warranty.... The Technician was prompt courteous and efficient. Unfortunately due to the adhesive cure time (8 hours) there is no way for him to check his work on a house call basis. read more

Now the 5 stars is mainly for the tech who serviced my phone. Kiley H. was everything customer service should be. There was a slight issue with the installation and she did not have a part that was needed to make the phone work properly (leaving out all the techie jargon) She said she can replace the phone in a couple days (not a problem) Phone was "ok" after about an hour the phone started acting up I contacted the tech and she said she would fix it next day although she was busy (very big day for her, sparing the details) This alone was worth the high price of $135 for the service call and repair! Also the CS Agent I spoke with in the beginning was also very friendly. Web site was easy to use! Although the price is a high it is worth it, Normally this repair would cost about $70-$100, so about right. I mean they come to your door, I hope this review helps! read more

Today my screen shattered to smithereens on my iphone 6. I yelped a few places that all would do the work quick, but the place that stood out was ICRACKED. Why you ask? Because while I was at work, Robin came here, fixed my phone in under 30 minutes, was very pleasant and professional, and even educated me a bit about my phone. Absolutely my best find of 2016. I usually don't give reviews until multiple encounters. Unfortunate for me I have three Iphone and two were shattered last year. First time I called I got a tech named Dean and boy was he great! Done 20 minutes came to my house and accept cc. Second time, later in the year, my daughter shattered her's, I got Dean again. My daughter was only 9 and I am a single mom so I can't have her without communications it freaks me out, I called on a Friday and it was fixed by Monday morning school bell. ON TOP OF THAT this poor guy had a fever and chills visibly did not feel great, but showed up, on time and again 20 minutes DONE. He even would not come close to us, as not to get us sick but did not want to cancel. Man - thanks. As I was busy typing away at my desk within about 10 mins he said "ok all done!" I was thinking, oh he's done getting off the screen, awesome, no.. this guy was done-done! For those of you who think $150 is steep, you pay for the curbside assistance and for those of us that work in a fast paced atmosphere, thats worth all the $! I originally scheduled a repair in January 2016 for a cracked camera (iPhone 6s). Over the course of a year, the quality of my photos went down, they were blurry and dark spots were appearing in certain lighting. So, in late March 2017, I contacted iCracked through their customer support portal and after some back-and-forth, they linked me with a local repair shop and I got it repaired FOR FREE. iCracked honored their lifetime warranty, something you rarely see or have to spend countless days, weeks, and months with support. I had an aftermarket screen installed a while back at Valley Fair for $75 but it disconnected and the kiosk closed (despite their "warranty" guarantee), so my bf called this place to make an appt. I had no idea we didn't even have to leave the house!!! He showed up less than an hour after calling to asses the issue. He tested the device in front of me and told me that many aftermarket screens disconnected from the glass often. He replaced it w/ a higher quality screen w/ a lifetime guarantee. He said if anything happened, he'd come to the house and fix it if it weren't a result of being dropped free of charge. We paid about $100 for quick receptive service direct to our home. Don't use them. They are not worth 1 star! I'm writing this review so people don't make the same mistake as I did. My charger was stuck and couldn't get it out so I contacted them. Instead of fixing the phone, they broke my phone!!!! First, it took them 5 days to order their part so I waited patiently. They didn't contact me the day they were supposed to contact me. Also when their technician opened my iphone to take a look, he made a mess and didn't close properly. To make a long story short, they didn't fix my phone and didn't refund. Bad customer service!! So I met with Josh two days in a row. The first day he came to my work office. The second day I asked to meet him at a coffee shop nearby. Very happy with the service I got from iCracked and Chris Vargas. I was looking for a place to get my wife's cracked ipad screen fixed and found the iCracked site. Reviews looked good so I submitted a request. This was about 11 pm Sunday night. I got a call from Chris the next morning and the ipad was fixed by noon. I actually watched him do it (he was very nice about explaining what he was doing, I was interested since I had done iPhone repairs but thought the iPad was a bit much for me; having watched him I was right). Chris was meticulous and the iPad now looks and works as good as new. I looked around at a few places and while you can find places that will do this for a bit less when you figure in the shipping charges and the time I thought the price was great, especially with the lifetime warranty. I had unfortunately broken the screen of my phone - it became completely disconnected from the chassis. I wasn't even sure if iCracked could fix it, but I took it to them anyway. The gentleman I worked with was Paul, and he gave me an honest evaluation on the condition of the phone and the cost, and then proceeded to repair it. Beautifully. It looks almost brand new again.
