We came in to get it fixed and two workers were there and none of them even acknowledged we were there. Then when we finally got their attention and said that we just wanted to drop off a ring for repairs, they shortly just said "Ok well you have to wait". No asking what happened or again any "We'll be right with you". They didn't even look up at us to respond to us. When we finally got to talk to them, they immediately commented on my wife's nice designer bag and her engagement ring (which we had gotten somewhere else), and only after seeing that did they become helpful. They initially dismissed us because we look young and they didn't take us seriously, but when they saw something that they felt meant we had some money, they then decided to be accommodating to us.
